191lb today I swear to god on everything that's what the same scale I've been using to weigh myself said today haha so just wait for this epic update....you...will...love it :)
 
Day 8: ok starting to feel it now or it was the drive/rpm combo I took pre work not sure lol but anyway I'm up to 191lb so either I'm a genetic freak for my muscles must have been insanely depleted when I weighed myself at the end of my cut lol...strength was insane today also this workout was absolutely INSANE!!!!!

Chest n Back

Back row Mach wide grip EZ bar 6 sets

Chest Mach 6 set

Back rows 5 sets new PR 160lb 12 reps

Smith Mach bench press 4 sets

Back Mach 6 sets 3 close grip 3 wide over hand grip

Flat bench/incline bench flys 3 sets each

Superset:
Lat pull down 4 sets
Peck deck 4 sets

Insane!!!!!!!! Took me 1 hour 35 mins in there and I did not want to leave!!! But I had to get my daughter haha now my post workout meal will be 1lb ground beef and plenty of peanut butter and milk

Working on it bro 3.5k cals today since the gym was so intense it should really kick in week 4-6 bc that's when my test will kick in and I'll be up to 60mg tbol hehehehehehehe

I know it honestly sounds like I'm lying which is deff a big no no for me but I think it's bc I went from a 3 month cut with very little carbs to a decent bulk with anabolics in my system for the first time ever so my receptors are virgins mixed with starting a new workout routine on top of going from 45 min workouts to 75min-90min workouts it just shocked my body and mainly my glycogen stores so I figure once they fill up and saturate all the way I will slowly gain then which should be about now plus I know tbol helps lower SHBG levels so test works better I'm sure with all those factors combined is why I blew up so fast

Nice job on the PR bro. The weight gain is a little of both I'm sure man. Your carb intake was so low that you were really dry. When I carb up its easy for me to put on a quick 5-6 lbs or more depending how long i allow myself to re-up. In any case with how lean you look the weight doesn't appear to be bad at all bro. keep up the good work in here bro! Glad your feeling on! My first time I felt it I rode that high for over a month!
