What's the optimal dosing protocol for the C20?

Yep what's the best dosing of c20? Got 4 bottles

While training fasted; I personally dose 2 capsules with my first post-training meal and 2 more with dinner.

You typically do an 8 week or 12 week run Casey? 4 caps a day or 6 like some others like?

I wake up 0530am first meal is 0600am and i train at 1600pm. My pre workout meal is usually at 1300pm, so about two hours away from training. Would you still dose the 4 caps the same?
 
Recreate was one of my favorite "fat burners". I put fat burner in quotes because it did help me lose fat but also seemed to put me a great mood and definitely helped me maintain muscle mass while dieting. I even gained some strength while using it. You can lower you calories really low and not have to worry about losing strength.

Its not necessarily required, but something I personally do to beat the hunger.

In your situation, I would say your dosing should come with your 0600 and 1300 feedings. Start with 2 caps per dose, yes.

Exactly my thoughts... I've stacked it with O.G. DCP for a little more help in the "fat loss" end of things, but I've done Recreate over and over again over the past few years as my go-to recomp agent.

I'd love to see C20 mimic the results of OEP; hence no stims.

Casey, Do you think 4 caps vs. 6 or even 8 a day makes a huge different when it comes to terms in Compound 20 from what you have seen?

I've never dosed over 6 per day... 2/2/2 so I can't really comment. I saw equal results my first time with 2/2 as I did with 2/2/2.
 
You guys are big on the C20 but I didn't see much after my one bottle run. Does it work that well for you guys or do you run two month's worth?

Seriously though, I don't know why Recreate doesn't get much love on here. The great mood it puts you in is worth the price alone. About compound 20 I think people take an extra dose and get low blood sugar side effects and somehow think its working "better". With certain supplements, especially herbal supplements they work better over time or slowly build up effects over time.
 
No discernible recomp or fullness; I was wondering if 4 caps wasn't enough or one bottle wasn't enough. It's too cost-prohibitive for me to try again, although I'm intrigued by everyone else's positive experiences with it.

You can find some good deals on it if you search online. Supplement auction sections of different sites too.
 
I don't purchase all my supplements at one time. If I'm gonna do a run of something I purchase a bottle here, a bottle there and in a few months time I have enough to do a good length cycle.
 
I love recreate but I can no longer function without STACKING stims... No bull****

For example, Today i took 1 AP, two OEP, 1 methyl ephedra by sportsone, 3 caps yok3d, and 1g PLCAR Pre workout- An hour later I was ready to fall asleep while driving to the gym.. Problem?

This is how I am too. I purchase a bit here and a bit there until I'm ready to run my cycle.
