this is how we judge strength increase. we both will list three lifts of our choice and track strenght increase
you vote how every you like wither it be percentage or what ever gives you harder wood

rate how defined we look over all


each category is worth 10 points so there are 30 points possible

yeah the ****ing SD. i was laying in bed. got up to drink some water and all of the sudden i wanted do do some clean & press. now im wide ****ing awake and have to be up for work at 430am.

yeah the adex started kicking in today. i also pin 200mg of testp. it was the last of my prop :(

i hate how my nipples get all puffy when im ON. it goes away as soon as the ph/ds is out of my system. but what are you going to do

unfortunately they wont milk. no matter how hard i tug. there is nothing behind them they just stick out a little bit more than normal. last cycle i thought it was estro but i got it tested i was in the clear. so i thought it was pro related so i started L dopa, p-5-p and forma stanzol. never really got better. 3 days into pct. it was gone.

Sup fuk buckets, I've been up for 28.5 hours and still have 3 more on shift. Sd is going hard. Feel like my blood sugar keeps dropping and I can't get enough food. I'm going to pop some melatonin when I get off and hopefully sleep till 430am when I have to be back at work. I ****ing hate having sleeping problems when I'm On, I feel like I'm shorting my gains.

Very true. You have a great base. I started 140lbs 3 years ago and 1 year ago I was 160ish. I ran 3 Ph cycles then came to the dark side... now in about 195. If I can do it (with not very much knowledge until I found this site) you can do 3x better than me.

Chicken tacos with rice mmmm just had it... Wife fried up corn tortillas in EV olive oil. Threw some cheese, chicken, onion, avacado and rice on them bitches with a touch of siracha. GRUBBIN!!!
