yeah I know....I also know that I can compartmentalize a lot of stuff, I'm good at that for some reason...so i usually don't take too much home with me....other than maybe women problems, that I tend to think about too much...bitches!....but I know its a lot of work, lot of stress, and not so great starting pay for a position that requires a B.A. .....we don't have parole here in FL, but we have probation....some type of social work at a correctional or sheriffs facility would work....a few of my professors suggested something to this effect, I was always very pro-rehabilitation in my discussions or opinions in class....another words I felt if you are gonna imprison them, don't just throw them back on the street....but help them out while they are in prison and help get them ready for the outside world again...
Dude, we could start a whoooooole damn thread on this and discuss it for days!! Governments preach rehabilitation, but it's a sham for the most part. I'd venture to guess less that 15% truly find some form of rehabilitation. I'm speaking in broad generalizations mostly, but it sticks.
