Hello to all, I'm new here!
My name is Terry, I'm a 40yr old man just now getting back in the gym after an 18yr hiatus!
I actually started hitting the weights again in late April and I've seen some great ego-boosting gains (example: 1st workout saw me bench 185 for a pathetic 2 reps, but during my most recent workout, I was able to knock out 265x5! Thank you muscle memory! LOL).
Anyway, at my age now, I can use all the help I can get (aside from AS), so I was checking out some Test Boosters and some contain fenugreek, of which I'm a bit confused and hoping y'all could help me out a bit.
From what I've read, fenugreek mimics estrogen and is in fact used as homeopathic meds for women for a range a hormone therapies as well as natural breast enlargement, so how is it that it is found in test boosters? Does it fool the body into thinking that too much estrogen is present thus signaling more LH?
