I guess I should tell my body it is doing it wrong. I am skipping breakfast and eating late. Doing this while gaining muscle and dropping fat.

Ya I thought it was heading in the right direction when it was talking about the 12 hour fast. After that it basically went downhill imo.

^ me too. I have a weird work schedule where I work 7p-7a during the week and work 7a-7p on weekends. It can be a challenge on when to eat.
