"We better just go to bed right now, so we can go to the gym in the morning...and we can watch another movie tomorrow night!"

and since we are neighbors i walked her home haha, its ok ^_^ i don't mind taking it slow...and she looked so cute...I imagine tomorrow in the gym hahaha tomorrow she goes to MY homefield, I get the advantage , she'll play by my rules >:3!!

I'm good for striking and kicking for the flexibility I got (when I was a little kid like 7-13 y.o. mom thought it would be a good idea to get me into gymnastics , mostly rings) but the grappling was always my week spot, I mean I would tough through it or try to slip away but since I barely started going to the gym 11 months ago...well my strength wasn't that good haha. Yet I hold a 12 fight record in the manner of 10-2-0 , 10 wins where 5 were by knockout (some kicks some just uppers and jabs) , 2 by tko and the rest by decision , 2 no contests from my opponents and one was quite funny since the guy couldn't fight not because he didn't show up, but because he slipped and broke his arm on the shower before the fight haha...that mo-fo was gonna kick my a55 BAD...I was saved. Didn't lose not because I am like really good at it, but coach literally told me he was spoon feeding me wins to get confidence up and basic reflexes , he thought I could show talent and wanted me to go into the gym and all at that age...thing is I moved away from that town soon after and well :( there went my MMA dream...

Heck I wouldn't mind working for the government , I wanna go either into Border Patrol, Costums, or even FBI after graduating college and even joining the Army...I got a lot of dreams...and well, probability and likelihood of death on the job doesn't really scare me at all haha. I rather live my dreams and die in them, than never live em at all and let them be just wishes in my mind...

Tomorrow I'm treating you guys with Update pics and weight in! I am pretty sure even with dried up weight (after fasted cardio) I'll be up by the weight from past weeks! And also, tomorrow is my 3 weeks in cycle thoughts , I am doing 6 weeks so , a mid point review is in order to be able to have some comparison standpoint as to the final 6 week review :D!

I'm not sure :/...I do feel puffier but I think its mostly bloat, yet I do know its not at all close to when I was at 7...I just still feel like its below 10% , some days I'll wake up real lean , others just bloated since I increased carbs and kCals so much :blink:

I don't think its truly fat, bloat is extremely deceiving.

I never take pics of my legs, but I am pretty sure its not that much fat because of my legs. I mean I always had big calves but now that are even bigger, and my hammies finally got a bigger shape and the leg separation of the quads is coming along nicely! Bigger legs=weight gain haha

I'm 160-165. If it weren't for my legs... Who knows.. If they weren't so muscular and dense, I'd prob be 140.. Which iscrazy to think about :/ but legs do add to the scale easier than any body part

There's people (a few) who add mass faster on the upper body though...But mostly us regular people add mass faster to the lower body...and even though this is just awesome and its better and more useful than upper body mass...well...most of us want both (some just want upper body mass though, retarded I know) With me the thing that lags the most for me is my chest and my biceps haha Back, legs, calves , glutes , tri's , shoulders , all in check and growing fine...but damn...this damn pecs are hard to stimulate, don't get me started on how much I HATE curling haha.

I used to hate curling until I stopped trying to go so heavy and focused on my form- then workouts for bis became fun and I strted seeing results- chest... Wish I knew what that was like. Mg chest has always been huge... Solid B cup. U can see from my log how little and light I go.. Otherwise my body would never keep up. Same with legs=why I will NEVER squat again!

Quick update I'm gonna be kinda busy ATM so my cardio will be pushed until later but I did wake up to a solid 141lbs and hope that post cardio ill stay around 138 so I'll finally have that as dry weight.
 
Day 21 7/8:

Cardio day:

40 mins of stair master for 550 kCals
15 minute shirtless tan walk on nice 100 degree Texas weather conditions.

Form-X notes:
-works out wonders for self stream haha seriously. Thoughts after 3 weeks, weight in and progress pics coming up in a bit.

No acne at all bro :/ oily skin yeah , specially around the nose and cheeks but nothing else...I've never had acne though, not even as a teenager or child :blink: my genetics are acne and balding resilient from both sides of my family haha.
 
Ok Check point of 3 weeks in.

So far I have 21 days on Form-X under my belt. This 3 weeks have yielded:

-Increased endurance. (Amount of reps increased I.E. Deadlift went from 235x3 to 235x5)
-Increased strength on certain lifts. (I.E. Dips from BW+50 to BW+70 , also Weighted Chin ups from BW+20 to BW+25x12)
-Increased vascularity during workouts.
-Increased aggression and libido.
-Good self-steem enough not to mind losing my 6pack and earning a belly.
-Grown in this main areas:
-Lats
-Obliques
-Serratus (the lines on the side of the abs along the ribs)
-Triceps
-Deltoids
-Deeper sleep in many nights a week.

Side effects so far:
-Oily skin on the face, along the nose and cheeks.
-GI discomfort when taking Form-X without BCAA's during my fast.

Thus far I have really liked Form-X , but this 3 weeks is where it has a chance to shine as this week will be the 3x3 week of 5/3/1 and my lifts are meant to go UP , specially my deadlift. During the consecutive week its the 5/3/1 week where Form-X will face its greatest challenge as I will attempt a 260x1+ deadlift for my new max. Also I will attempt 185x1+ bench press, being that my max literally is 185x1 I did not raise the stats in this macrocycle until I can really do at least more than 1 rep as per Wendler suggestion and regulation of the program.

Stats today:
-Waking up today felt amazingly bloated and weighted 141lbs
-After cardio and draining water and achieving a #2 I was standing at solid: 137.0lbs

This might look like -1lb from past week, but past week I had not being able to sweat as much on cardio, and waking up I was a meager 140lbs , and I was still holding a LOT of water and had yet to do the deed on the toilet furthermore I made the mistake of taking about 42oz of water after cardio so that lb might be right there, I still consider this a week where I gained, seeing how I can tell and feel denser obliques, and bigger lats, this can be shown if asked, I have a shirt I broke this week while stretching at work...it ripped from the back lol!

So far I feel I have gained also Spinal erector mass and density, feel free to comment guys please! Any input is well appreciated :). Oh and my abdominal section , though not that lean anymore feels way harder and much more dense :blink: I really wanna cut and see what I've done there since my core is my main part (besides my legs) where I have felt real growth.
