Hola PJ's chica!! Welcome to AM and the Avengers. Be not afraid by PJ's extended family here, we may be weird, but we're good people.
PJ, I was trying to keep up with the list..but then everyone started just claiming names, some didn't even make an announcement and just added a sig and I lost track. Hopefully Caesar can bring some sanity to the list.

Well I got 125 curl easy - I went for 160 leaned back and got it but I'm not counting it. I'm going to try another attempt after I'm done with shoulders .

Well I just left the gym and avenged my chest for its failure 2 weeks ago. Now I can say I had a good chest day :)

We need to show these muscles who's boss ! I got 150! I'll put my 125 , my fail at 160 and my successful 150 curl videos when I get to the house .
I'm not on anything either no natty boosters , no delicious halovar , just some hemavol and body octane.

Oh BTW I started doing Dips with BW+70 like 2 weeks ago but went through a deload , I can get 5 reps like that...I remember when I started adding 50 it took me like a month to get to BW+50X10 i wanna get BW+70X10 SO bad...I get such a good pump and burn out of them on my tri's and pecs <3!

Lets first get you some Yok3d and Clout, that combo is f*cking epic...Though I think Yok3d+D-Pol+Agmatine would yield good pumps, got it all there, high arginine, creatine nitrate and agmatine...no way in hell you don't get skin tearing pumps from that!
