She may be correct when it comes to the avesta guy, who probably doesn't need more than 100g of protein a day, the sugar thing is wrong, deads & squats done for a long time coupled with heavy weights and bad form can be damaging. P butter and almonds are fine they actually help lower your cholesterol....

I want to go visit it after looking it up. According to wiki, "Lower Peach Tree is an unincorporated community in Wilcox County, Alabama, United States.[1] Lower Peach Tree is the oldest European settlement in the county. Due to its proximity to the Alabama River, Lower Peach Tree was a major cotton shipping port during the 19th century. As of 2010, only the post office, a country store, and a historic United Methodist Church are actively used. There are many dilapidated buildings, including an old school."
