Thought:
Gym's A/C was broken today. It hit 99 degrees in my city. At the end of my workout it looked like I had just jumped into a pool. Shirt was drenched, hair was matted down, sweat dripping off the tip of my nose...the whole deal. Felt some slight cramps in my chest caused by the heat and felt my blood pressure was heavier than normal, but at the end of the workout it felt great to have accomplished it lol.

Almost forgot to mention - weight today was 198.8lbsAnd that was after taking a huge dump! Thinking 200lbs or more by Saturday morning...got two workouts and a lot of cals before hitting that mark.

Good question lol. To me, in the mirror, I look just as lean if not leaner. Buuuuutttt it's hard to tell, because with the low-dosed AI and a lot of carb intake/glycogen storage, I definitely feel more water-logged than usual. As I come towards the end of my cycle I'm going to increase my AI dosage to shed some more of the water weight (along with tightening my diet up to recomp/cut), and at that point I'll truly know. But I'm 17lbs heavier than where I started, and it's just been 6 weeks lol. If the majority of that were fat, I would know...I'd say at most it would be 1-2lbs, but it may not even be that.Any fat gain so far?

Thoughts: Hell yeah budday! Thought I would post up some before and current pictures for my cycle thus far...first pic is week one, second pic is today. This covers 6 weeks of test-e and basically the entirety of my epi cycle. My entire upper body has really exploded (chest, shoulders, traps), my arms are larger, and my midsections looks the same, which would suggest that perhaps I have kept the same bf% (don't care about my midsection until the cut/recomp). Makes me really excited for what the last 4 weeks of test will hold:

Thoughts: Last day of Epi. I'm feeling great and looking huge...getting comments left and right everywhere I go, always feels good lol. I'm thinking I'll bulk for this week, and then hit my straight cut/recomp part of the cycle for the last 3 weeks. I have the greatest temptation to extend the cycle and extra two weeks (12 weeks total), but I will update on that later![]()
