Not expecting to see a 15-pound increase in ROCK HARD LEAN MUSCLE TISSUE, but has anyone ever heard of using just a little 5mg dose of Epi a day to reduce gyno? I've got some puffy nippies. Not from a cycle. Just always had 'em.

It won't do anything for you. Ifyou want to maybe reduce puffy nips try getting your BF% as low as possible or run Androhard for 8-12 weeks.
 
My bodyfat is, ehhh, not low. I'd say 15-17%. Probably 18%.

hard to have non puffy nipples at that bf

lower your bf through dieting, lifting, and cardio and you will see a big difference
 
:run: Dude... 5 mgs of epi a day?.... are you serious? thats a total waste. also you have puffy nipples but you do realize that theres something called pseudogyno?... if you have real gyno then run exemestane at 12.5 ED or EOD... but epistane ? nah yer kidding right? :D ... good one bud! :P

Exemestane will work great, run x 4 weeks tho (only if you have real gyno)

Or run Erase for an otc solution, run it x 4 weeks, that will help you, its a fantastic product
 
It's not real gyno, so I guess I'll just keep grinding. Boo-ya.
 
Epi's effects against gyno are completely blown out of proportion online these days...most of the people claiming it's true offer anecdotal evidence, and most of them are running other AIs simultaneously. Those who try using medical backing cite ONE study where the unmethylated parent compound (different binding affinities) was used to treat breat cancer, but they never mention that masteron (DHT) had the same effect in the same study. Androgenicity is itself anti-estrogenic in terms of gene expression. Epi isn't magical, it's just a good steroid.
