Help with NOLVADEX and ERASE by PES

Can any one give some help with putting nolvadex and erase in the same pct?
What week to start erase?
 
I'v seen it posted like this before for a stack of 3 compounds for 6 weeks.

Nolva___20/20/10/10__10/x/x/x (mg)
Erase_______x/x/x/x__3/2/1/1 (caps)
 
The nolva dosage depends on what cycle you'll be coming off. 20/20/10/10 is for a light cycle and something like 40/40/20/10 would be for a stronger cycle. I dose the Erase just like it says on the bottle starting on week 3.
 
Light cycle ill run Nolva 20/20/10/10
Heavy 40/20/20/10

Erase 1/2/3/3/2/1
 
40-30/20/20/10 sd is harsh. It is a low dose but also running 6 weeks. Ur gonna be shut down hard
 
I'm intrigued by this thread. My PCT in several weeks has both Nolvadex and Erase Pro. I also have Erase. I didn't really think about there being an issue with using both together

I was gonna run Nolva at 20/20/10/10 and Erase Pro at the 1 cap dosage throughout.

I'm not gonna go 6 weeks for sure. I'm on day 7 right now. Gonna see how this next week goes sides and gains wise. Go from there.

Make sure you carry your AI two weeks past serm
 
what if you have 20mg nolvadex and run 20/20/10/10, break tablets in half? then run erase pro in your second week so you go two weeks over with your AI? Does that sound right?

Nolva has a long half life. For the 10 just take every other day. I get mines in caps now so I do the same. Just as effective. As for Erase Pro. Yes sounds good :-)

How about week 4-6 through week 1&2 of pct. help me keep my gains. I have NMDA nolva and propadrol for my pct. the prop has some AI's in it.

No bro stano is still a ph. The point of pct is to recover and solidify gains

Nolva, natty t booster and erase or AI of choice + staples and a proper deload and ur solid
 
So I just started pct today and saw that the nolvadex expired in 2008. I was wondering if its okay and if the potency is all good. I've read all over the place saying yes and no. It is pharmacy grade 20mg and was stored in a wooden box for a while. Let me know what you guys think. thanks.

Its probably fine, but 4 years is pushing it a little in my opinion. If it was just 3 yrs I'd say it definitely fine, but thats about where I draw the line for myself. I do know some guys who have taken super old stuff (5+ yrs past exp) and it seems like everything went well for them.
 
yeah I was just kind of skeptical and wanted to see what everyone else thought. I knew it was old but didn't realize how old till I started pct. haha
