  • Protomax was a very weak cycle. I Didn't gain much but that was my goal. I cleaned up my diet and was going the whole recomp thing.&. I didn't get too much of side effects. First week I had back pumps and head aches but nothing I couldn't deal with. I cut down a bit and showed alot more definition. For the PCT, I went with Primordial Performance TRS with daa. I liked the PCT more than the cycle. Felt I had more gains in post cycle. One thing that protomax was good on is energy at the gym. I could go work out and have plenty of energy to do cardio after. Now that I am off, I can't do what I was doing.

    That was my first experience with a PH. I wouldn't recomend it thought. I didn't feel it was worth the cost of on and off cycle. But, for a first cycle to just get you feet wet, this is a good compoud that can't screw you up too bad and you can learn how you respond.
