I feel ya man. I have a lot of regrets as far as things with my Dad that I'll never get to change now. My Dad passing made me re-prioritize a lot of things.

Sorry to hear that bro, and I hate getting all mushy and feeling-ish in public...but I'll be honest with you, the only way you can make up for the things you left unfinished with your father...is to not let them happen with your son, and bro...I am sure your father is somewhere up there (or in another dimension , w.e. you believe in) looking at this and getting the feeling you have of regret...and he has already forgiven you and himself for w.e. happened, come on cheer up soldier :) at least you have a son, I can't ever have kids bro...(no I am not impotent , and no I do not carry AIDS...its some other reasons...)

Well, here we are again. After a nice weekend of rest, today was back to the old iron. I'm not going to lie, I wanted to quit today. I wanted to just say screw it, I don't need to follow this stupid program. Week three of Y3T is a boogerbear. I wanted to scream, puke, pass out, quit, cry..and this is just day one of week three. I'm sure ya'll are curious to know what it is I'm complaining about, so here's the workout from today:

Thighs/Hamstrings
Leg Extensions - 2-4 warm-up sets - 30x10/40x10/50x10
Leg Extensions - 2 triple drop sets of 30-40 reps - 100x20/90x10/80x10 for both sets
Barbell Squat - 1-2 warm-up sets - bar x 10/95x10
Barbell Squat - 2 sets of 20-25 reps - 135x20/115x22
Barbell Lunge - 2 sets of 15-20 reps - bar x 20 for both sets
Leg Press - 2 sets of 40-50 reps - 180x45/160x40

Superset:
Lying Leg Curls - 2 sets of 20-25 reps - 30x25/50x18
Stiff-Legged BB Deadlift - 2 sets of 20-25 reps - 135x20/135x16 (I was completely done at this point, could not get another rep no matter what)

Week three may be lighter weights but with that many reps, it still kills you. I wanted to quit so freaking bad. I was cussing with every rep and wanting to find Neil Hill and beat him with his own shoes. But, I pushed through it and somehow managed to finish. If ya'll don't hear from me for awhile, it's because I'm unable to move or wake up..LOL.

As for the Mass HGH, I am still getting the best sleep ever. I really feel like I'm more solid. One weird thing that I've spoken to Lecheek about but I can't say for sure that it's the Mass HGH that's doing it is that I simply cannot ejaculate. It started back around Thursday and has continued. No matter how many times my gf sets the plunger on the detonator, there simply is no "boom goes the dynamite". We go for hours until I just get irritated and tired and give up. If anyone else is experiencing anything like this, let me know.

Wow, great update Capt. I can't say I have had any issues ejaculating. I guess that's something I should be monitoring.

Killer workout I can't wait to try y3t in winter.. But i only set aside 3 weeks for one round of it.

Anyhow- I'm concerned for ur issue man.. I can't say it hasn't happened to me from time to time, ill be 24 in sept and had a bad medical hstiry of anorexia from 16-18 where I could orgasm but not ejaculate. Are you unable to orgasm? Or there's just nothing coming out?

If You cNt orgasm.. I would say try really hard to look back Ay any dietary changes, stress, lack of sleep.. Etc. Anything that could throw your body off- hell- maybe this volume Is too much for u? Maybe you're not eating enough that some bodily functions are unable to occur? I say get a big high fat (healthy ones obv) meal in you and quality rest when not training.. And see if you cant get it going

That's right. Like I said, I can't say that the Mass HGH has anything to do with it. But, being that it's happening during the log, I noted it and discussed it with Lecheek. It could be any number of factors. I hate putting my business out there, but on the off chance that maybe someone else is experiencing the same thing on this or a similar supplement, I felt it needed to be said.

For sure. I only did two logs but I felt compelled to make it diary status lol. Its all good, we all family here lol

Are your orgasms harder than normal?! Like more intense? If so, there is a possibility that the semen is bypassing your urethra and going into your bladder. There isn't really anything in any of the supps your on that will make your semen "disappear".

Negative. They feel normal. Plus my urine isn't milky post-orgasm as it would be it the semen were back-feeding.

Alright guys, I'm back. I took a little mental break from posting since last night. Got some personal things going on and had to focus on that. On a brighter note, the issues I was experiencing did not continue today. That definitely made me feel better to get that out of my system so to speak. Still getting very nice deep sleep and waking up feeling completely refreshed. Tuesday night's workout was Chest/Tri:

Chest:
Smith Machine Incline Bench Press - 4 warm-up sets
Smith Machine Incline Bench Press - 3 triple drop sets of 12-15 reps
Incline DB Flyes - 3 drop sets of 12-16 reps

Triceps:
Triceps Pushdown - 4 warm-up sets
Triceps Pushdown - 3 triple drop sets of 12-15 reps
Tricep Kickback - 3 drop sets of 15-20 reps

Today was a scheduled rest day but due to all the junk I'm dealing with, rest didn't happen. I went to the gym just to blow off some steam earlier and spent 40 minutes on the elliptical. Tomorrow is another day and hopefully a better day. I apologize for the delay in getting this up and the lack of weight numbers, but ya'll know I'll come back badder than ever.

Saturday and Today were rest days. These workouts are about the only thing keeping me sane. I get to go and take all my frustration out on the iron and it is always glad to take it. My appetite has hit levels this past week that I didn't know it could hit. I am constantly hungry, just can't seem to get enough food in me. My sleep is still great. Even if I don't get as much sleep as I need, I still wake up refreshed.

Well, today has been pretty interesting. Today was the first day of classes at my new school so I've been trying to figure everything out on their website. Shouldn't be too bad once I get the hang of the new routine. Had a pretty good workout today. It was leg day again and that always brings forth a challenge with my weak knees not being to hold as much weight as my muscles want to lift. Week four on Y3t means back to heavier weight and lower reps.

Slept like a corpse last night. I was in such a deep sleep and had such vivid dreams it was insane. Today was a rest day, and I have definitely succeeded at that. Jehovah's Witness folks woke me up ringing my doorbell this morning..Seriously? They still do that? I went back to sleep after they decided I wasn't coming to the door. On top of that, I had a 4 hour nap this afternoon. I'm a pro at resting.

Spent many rainy days watching Andy.
