Day 27 continued

My leg workout felt amazing. Strength was up and I took the punishment to a new level.

Cable Crunches
120x15

125x8
120x13

Reverse Lunges (smith 20lb bar)
160x15 (140x17)
180x10
200x8
-decided to add these to the routine after giving it a shot last week.

That was one of the most satisfying workouts I've had in a while. I was completely out of gas by the time I finished and it felt great. Lunges are becoming a favorite due to the intense beating they put on my legs. After each set I'm out of breath and on the verge of collapsing...I love it.

I had a cap of FS XR this afternoon and will be using SLINshot again before the day is over. I haven't decided which meal to add it to at this point. I'll have another 4 caps of Recycle with dinner to make it 8 for the day. I'm looking to see continued differences with the increased dose this upcoming week.

Wow...no wonder you have such a spartan body brother  that's one Heckuva[SUP]TM[/SUP] workout right there!

Note: Heckuva is a copyrighted and patented term from the redneck community I do not own it and merely use it from time to time in the awe and amazement of something magnificent that knocks me off my socks.

Haha thanks for the compliment brother. You're one heckuva guy lol.

Day 28

A few minutes after waking up I decided that I should take advantage of not having work and get tomorrow's scheduled workout out of the way. I'm sure I could use a rest day, but it will be nice to get to the gym not being worn out from work and rushing to get home trying to fit in 5 hours of sleep. Now I can take tomorrow off and have time to get things done/rest after the workday.

I weighed 200.7lbs (+1.7lbs overall) this morning and I'm looking fairly lean...I think I have some recomp taking place. I'm sure the weight gain would be more if it wasn't for me having to guess my calorie expenditure as of late.

I had 2 caps of FS XR and 5 SLINshot before a 190g carb breakfast. I haven't been eating for at least 30 mins after my morning FS for over a week and the gut burn has been nonexistent. It looks like the issue has resolved with continued use.

I took my D-pol, Recycle, Organ Shield, and the rest of my morning staples with my meal and I'll be heading to the gym soon. I'm going to try a sample of Launch (no MM for now) and go work chest and triceps. I might keep things in the higher rep range for the sake of my elbows, but I'll see how I feel warming up first. The difference without Cissus is night and day for me and I can't wait until more arrives. I'm giving the new SNS Cissus XT a shot and hope it let's me get back to pain free heavy lifting.

I'm hoping for the best. I decided to drop the intensity a little today to give my joints a break.

Day 28 continued

I changed up the pace of my normal routine and did my best to keep the reps a little higher than usual. With the condition of my elbows and the beating I gave my CNS yesterday (and all week) I set a goal to try and keep things above 5 reps. I had a hard time not adding weight on BB bench lifts, but I held strong and focused more on mind muscle connection with everything. The majority of exercises were performed with a slower tempo than usual as well. The workout wasn't as satisfying overall, but I did enjoy the slight change of pace and increased pump it provided.

-I had some strengh increases based on reps, but I'll hold off on posting previous BB bench #'s until I try to increase weight next week.

DB Kickbacks (3 sec. hold at top)
30x15
30x15
30x15

I'm glad I didn't get too crazy with trying to add weight because the last thing I need is an elbow injury causing me to take time off. It still felt like a solid workout and I was happy with what I accomplished. I'll definitely be hitting the chest hard next week.

Since I'm getting close to the end of month 1 of the stack I'll try to get a picture update ASAP. I attempted a couple this morning but the sun coming through my window caused a big glare every time. I'll try again tonight or tomorrow.

I made another picture attempt and the lighting was weird again, but the glare was gone. I'll put it up because i probably won't have time to try again in the morning. You can see that I've got some veins showing up in the lower abdomen which should indicate a drop in body fat despite adding some weight. I'm really going to focus on increasing my calories because with work last week I dropped a few pounds. I need to try and get a minimum of 6500 on weekdays going forward.

I forgot I mentioned putting up a pic from last June after I got sick and dropped a ton of weight...I've made serious progress getting it back this last year.

Your body just absorbs all those extra calories straight to your muscle bro! You were saying your diet isn't even that strict because you have to catch up on calories often times? From what I'm seeing to do a lean bulk that turns out this successful is next to impossible in that amount of time! At least for me it would be, for some reason it seems I have to pack on a bit of fat to get some muscle. Luckily I know how to pull a few tricks out my sleeve to dry out in a day or two but damn bro I'm impressed! 6k cals a day and nearly no fat on your body bravo pimp! :hail:

Yeah I've turned into a freak lol. It's gotta have something to do with my digestion/malabsorption issues. My body actually hardly absorbs anything which is why I eat so much. I used to gain fat pretty easily eating half as much. My diet is still very clean most of the time. I usually resort to olive oil to pick up the slack, but junk doesn't seem to effect me much anymore either. I got super lean after that old pic because I couldn't figure out how to gain weight at that point. When I finally did, I was actually steadily adding some fat up until a few months ago. The recomping started when I did the USP/PES log and it hasn't stopped. My body is a mystery, but over the last year I been feeling better every month. It sucked losing all my weight, but its nice that its coming back relatively fast...I didn't know what to expect.

It's definitely been fun to ride along with ya in those months bro! I enjoy following the madness! Keep killing it!
Seems that c20/epro run did something to both of us! HAHA

Thanks brother! I'm finally starting to get some enjoyment out of living it...its hard to keep up with though.

Haha. Yeah looks like that last log started us both down a good path. Now we just have to keep it going.

Thanks bro! Wish I was still holding the weight from a week ago, but nothing wrong with getting ripped.

Day 29

My weight was back up to 203.2lbs (+4 lbs overall) this morning after a couple days without pouring sweat for 9+ hours. We'll see if I can hold on to it by the week's end.

Glad I got my workout in yesterday because I only managed 4 hours sleep last night. I needed FS XR and a scoop of Focus XT to get moving. I had 6 SLINshot before a gigantic 225g carb breakfast. I'm not messing around with my food intake this week and am much better prepared after grocery shopping. Last week I came up short with the calories a few times because I simply couldn't find enough to eat...food expenses are ridiculous.

I don't plan on working out today and am due for some much deserved rest. However, if I end up getting out of work early due to the weather there's the possibility I would get in some light bi, forearm,ab, calve work. Probably not, but it would cut my back/bicep day in half which is helpful on my schedule.

I like ur set up. Im prob gonna use ur training days for my cycle. Like what u do for those days with my excersizes

Airborne42 said:

Yeah I like to have the option of splitting up back/bi when it fits in my schedule better. I don't worry about fitting it in though because I usually have an arm focused day later in the week. I can keep tris light on chest day for that reason too.

Already out of work because of thunder and lightning. I'm pumped that I have plenty of time to work from home so I can get some sleep tonight. At this point I've got plenty of energy to hit the gym. If I had taken yesterday off I'd do some bigger lifting (back work) but I'm going to stick to the bi's, forearms, calves, and abs I mentioned earlier.

Day 29 continued

Had my D-pol and 2 Orange Triad tabs with a couple cans of tuna and I'm about to leave for the gym. I shouldn't have to hold back today because i don't see my joints being a problem with what I'm doing.

Day 29 continued

For not having any major lifts in today's routine the workout was great. I felt strong as hell and made improvements with everything. Previous weights seemed easier than they have been since I started the stack and my endurance was up, making me not want to leave. I'm hoping this same feeling carries over to some bigger lifts the rest of the week.

Standing Cable Curl (straight bar)
100x7 (95x9)
100x7 (100x5)
105x5 (100x4)

250x22
290x17

Standing DB alt. Curl
50x12 (50x9)
55x8 (55x6)
60x4 (60x3)
60x4 (60x3)

40x10

330x12

Preacher Curl (machine)

205x6 (205x4)
210x4 (175x10)

BB wrist curl (palms down/over bench)

21's
3 sets
70x7x7x7

Seated Ab Crunch (machine)
205x36
205x28
205x25

The workout couldn't have gone much better. I'm thinking that the 8 caps of Recycle daily could be starting to add to my performance. Not working a full day could have helped, but I only slept 4 hours and was a little groggy even though I felt extra strength.

The pump and vascularity achieved today was ridiculous. I've never seen my arms so vascular and that combined with my increased strength had me feeling like a monster. I attribute this to the nitrates in D-pol. I also had a ridiculous amount of carbs (more than usual) from when I woke up until about 1.5 hours before my workout...maybe that added to the effect?

My libido is noticeably up another notch today as well. It's now the highest its been in over a year by a decent amount. I feel this further increase could be the extra Recycle too.

I held off on my afternoon FS XR today and I think I'll use my remaining 6 caps, 2 at a time, once daily in the morning. I'll be using an unknown amount of SLINshot tonight based on my carb intake.

Man you crushed that last set on the preacher curl machine! Holy sh1t! I love seeing "The workout couldn't have gone much better" or something like that in your log every day! The positive approach and feeling is contagious and keeps everyone pushing even harder. I've been noticing my body becoming way more vascular too man. Seems even when I'm having my high carb days I have the same veins all over I have when I'm dry and shredded! Makes you feel way more alpha when you notice a new vein! Keep it up man nice job all around again!

Edit: Also noticed you are hitting abs more lately. Is that because with the increased calorie intake (6K) you are trying to minimize the bloated look? Or was this premeditated? Why I ask is because I remember you mentioning you didn't really have to hit cardio or abs to keep that lean look.

Thanks LTL! Today was another good one. I'm loving the way things have been going. I'm in a great mood all day and the gym performances are keeping it that way. I didn't really do the type of lifts to show it, but my strengh felt on another level today overall and my vascularity was the same way.

I'm actually still doing ab work twice a week. I've been doing them with legs (Saturday) and then again with whatever I do Tuesday. I'm a day ahead of schedule right now because I didn't take Sunday off. I'm most likely going to have a rest day tomorrow and won't being doing abs until Saturday. I could actually notice increased strength in my abs today which I never really do...that surprised me a little. I'm still not a fan of working them though and force myself to get it done. The cardio just made it too hard to gain weight and I'm experiencing that now with the amount I get at work. It's a job in itself trying to eat this much everyday.

Thanks bro! I had eating 4500-4700 calories down to a science and ate the same shyt everyday. The extra 2000 with less time was a curveball and I'm still working out the best approach to make it easier. The Quest and VPX bars I have on the way should be the final pieces to the puzzle. The cost for everything is the worst part, but I'll drop weight fast if I don't keep it up.

Thats why I try to keep it simple...had 2000 calories worth of oats today.

Day 30

I weighed exactly 202lbs (+3lbs overall) this morning. Now that my weight is back up a little I'm going to be doing my best to not let it drop again...hopefully it only goes up.

I had 2 caps FS XR this morning and got a slight energy boost. My breakfast had 225g carbs and I'm still able to move thanks to 6 caps of SLINshot. This stuff feels like it was made for my crazy carb diet.

I finished off my Organ Shield this morning and have my last serving of the first bottle of D-pol for later today. I held off on taking it in case I get out of work early again and decide to go to the gym. I'll try to get up a one month review of the products when I get a chance...I think I've been doing it all along anyways.

Day 30 continued

I'm outta work fairly early and feel up for the gym. My workout recovery is better than I can remember the last couple weeks. With the new day job and poor sleep schedule factored in, recovery could actually be at an all time high. I was going to have a rest day today, but I should be working late tomorrow, and that would lead to a late workout and only a few hours sleep. I'm going to pick my "off days" based on how late I work going forward.

I finished up my first bottle of D-pol with my multi and some tuna/oats (not mixed). I'm about to mix up some Craze (hopefully MM arrives soon) and head to the gym to work shoulders. I'm pretty tired, but that hasn't been much of a problem lately, so I'm hoping for some progress.

I like that your recovery is quick! My recovery since PCT started and after that slight de-load has been terrible. I'm sore from head to toe for over a week now! Oddly I kind of like it though, when I cycle I almost literally NEVER feel sore even though I push through my limits everyday in the gym. Once I get off and start feeling that pain I remember what I work so hard for. Kill it today bro!

Yeah recovery is up without a doubt. I don't really get sore very often, but I usually feel it when rest is needed... That "feeling" hasn't been happening.

Day 30 continued

Shoulder workout was solid. I felt the same extra strength that I did yesterday and a good amount of previous weights used were noticeably easier. By the time I left my shoulders had blown up and I had trouble steering my car for a bout half the ride home. That feeling hadn't happened in a long time and it was great to experience it again.

I didn't know to what extent I improved on the majority of my lifts until I got home. I have my workouts stored on my phone and it died shortly after I started working out, so I was basing my weight solely on how I felt. I was happy to see the improvements because I couldn't remember where I left off with most exercises.

I had another 4 caps of SLINshot before my post workout meal which may be part of the reason my shoulders are still pumped up. I had my second serving of Recycle with my meal as well. I'm starting to believe that the extra 4 caps is increasing the edge I already had from D-pol and a single serving of Recycle.

I managed to get all the calories I was shooting for and hopefully that will be enough to start adding some size. With the way my workouts have been going I don't see why not as long as my calorie intake will support it. I have some supplies arriving tomorrow to make things a little easier on me for the next couple weeks. I'll have protein bars to make sure I don't have trouble finding time for extra calories, Cissus to finally get some joint relief and push harder, and more SLINshot to help me with my carb intake. I'm going to be much better prepared for the final month of the stack and I'm looking forward to it.

I found out today that I will probably be getting some labs done on Monday. I'd been without a doctor for a while and I think the new one I'm seeing will be doing a bunch of blood work. The last time I had any done was about 6 months ago so it won't be very relevant for the log, but I'm still very curious to see the results. I've been feeling better every month and this last one I've felt amazing. I'm thinking my health has pretty much made a full comeback (except for the digestion issues).

Day 31

My weight was back up to 203.2lbs (+3.2lbs overall) this morning. I think I have my caloric intake in a good spot currently for my goals. I'll see where I stand at the end of the week and make any necessary adjustments.

2 caps of FS XR helped get me moving, but the energy I'm getting from it has died down slightly. I used 6 caps of SLINshot before a 210g carb breakfast and it continues to prevent any bloated feeling from my heaviest carb/calorie meals. I'm glad I have another bottle arriving today because I'm burning threw the current one like crazy.

I'm thinking today will be an off day from the gym, but I held off on D-pol this morning just in case. Even though my workout recovery has been great, I know it would be in my best interest to get some rest before progress starts to slow. The condition of my joints is another good reason to take it easy...Cissus arrives today :)

I should be posting a more detailed review of the products by this weekend at the latest. I don't want to rush through it when I'm pressed for time.

Same here. Should be another winner from Purus.

Good job supporting each other through the logs. I'm not around as often and you guys are keeping each others logs running.

Thanks Aaron. Plenty of support going around for sure.

Day 31 continued

Came home to a supplement order (always feels like XMAS) and immediately had some Cissus XT. If this stuff works I should be in much better shape in a few days.

I'm working later the rest of the week so I'm going to get my back workout in shortly. I had my D-pol with my multi, tuna, and an Apple Pie Quest bar. I'm about to mix up a couple scoops of Craze and take off for the gym. Hopefully my Muscle Marinade arrives soon because I'm missing it already.
