Day 25

I got another 5 hours of sleep in last night. I was hoping for some more, but I think after two days of at least 5 hours my current condition is improving. The addition of D-pol and Recycle seem to be helping me recover and power through the long days. It's supposed to hit 100 out again so I'm gonna need all the energy I can get.

2 caps of FS XR gave me a little boost shortly after getting up and 4 caps of SLINshot made my 160g carb breakfast easy to stomach.

I forgot to weigh in before my meal so I held off on checking it this morning. I'm not sure, but I may be holding a little water or even gaining a minimal amount of fat. I can't make that judgement yet, but I'll be monitoring the situation closely. My diet has changed the last couple weeks for convenience. I hadn't had bread for about year and I'm now getting about 8 slices a day through sandwiches while working. My body may be adjusting to the sudden change in carb sources, but that's just a guess. I've increased calories a good amount, but I don't think I'm taking in much more than I burn compared to a few weeks ago. With another month of the stack left I'm not too concerned and I have time to adjust things if needed for better end results.

Back workout is scheduled for the early evening and I'll be looking to keep the progress rolling.
 
Day 25 continued

Today was another rough day of work. One guy I was working with actually ended up blacking out due to the heat...I felt close to it a couple times. After some A.C. and a cold shower I'm ready to hit the gym. I had my D-pol and a cap of FS XR with some chicken and broccoli and I'm finishing up my MM now (looks like I have less than a scoop left).

My plan is to work back. I'm really drained and not sure how I'll approach the workout. I might try going higher rep for a change, but who knows once I actually start lifting...my addiction to strength gains usually gets the best of me.
 
Day 25 continued

I was very happy with tonight's workout. I kept deadlifts in the high rep range, but other than that I lifted somewhat heavy. At the beginning I wasn't feeling well at all, but the further I got into my routine the better/stronger I felt. I think I must of still been recovering from the sun when I arrived at the gym. Strength was up again which I really didn't think would happen. I guess I should expect it at this point, but I'm still surprised daily. I think I did more total deadlift reps than I ever have in a single session. I didn't know at the time, but I think the number of reps at the weight used might have indicated a strength gain from last week.

When I left the gym I was feeling better than I have all day and I still am. Hopefully I can get to sleep soon after being amped up from my workout. I'm about to eat some food and have my second dose of Recycle. I'll be looking for any noticeable differences with the increased dose over the next week or so. It would be great if while my body gets more accustomed to my schedule the Recycle increases the performance edge that I'm already seeing. I'm liking this stack more every day and can't believe I'm only about halfway through.
 
Nice job bro, you don't even realize how impressed I am that you are going up 10 lbs from workout to workout every time! Even if every lift is going up just to have one thing do that a week is amazing progress. This is anabolic free too!!! WTF Keep it up you alpha mofo!

Edit: I'm crushing back tomorrow too and I'm GOING to get a PR in pct! You've encouraged me to!

Thanks LTL! I'm impressed myself. I think muscle memory must be a factor. Either way it feels amazing going from losing strength weekly leading up to being sick, to being my weakest shortly after, and now crushing previous week's weights while getting my strength back...I am feeling like an Alpha beast right now.

Hell yeah brother! Get fired up and kill it tomorrow.

I woke up after about 5 hours sleep, had two caps of FS XR, 4 SLINshot, and a 165g carb breakfast. I also cracked open my second bottle of Recycle last night for the second daily dose and had another this morning as well.

My weight was 200.5lbs (+1.5 overall) this morning. It looks like the week of sweating my ass off caused me to drop some weight. I don't think its caused much of a change in body composition at this point.

I'm feeling pretty good and recovery seems to be improving. I figured with work and the high volume deads yesterday I'd be a little sore this morning, but I'm feeling fresh.

I'm planning on going to the gym for an arm focused workout tonight. It might be a long day, but there's a good chance ill have tomorrow off so I won't have to rush to the gym and worry about getting sleep.

I'm about to eat a late dinner with SLINshot before and Recycle during. I'm not sure if the twice daily Recycle is having any impact after only a few days. However, I made it through the toughest workday of the week easier than I have every other day prior. I could just be getting used to it, but the supps could have a role as well. I should be able to figure out any changes, if any, from the increased dose with time.

After finally making it through the week I've never been so excited to get some sleep. I should be nice and refreshed for my leg workout whenever I wake up.

Thanks Aaron. Yeah the support is strong with the Purus logging crew and everyone seems to be seeing positive results. I'm hoping the rest of the run only gets better.

I just ordered another bottle of SLINshot a few minutes ago...

I agree I'm addicted to the Purus Line. Ordered some Organ shield for pre cycle as well ;-) and Dpol for later since it was only 20 lol can't beat that. The support is great between us as well as seeing results. Purus doesn't just provide supps they provide friendship as well

Looks as if I may be changing from a slin sane addict if it works as good for me... Sucks because I'm about out and there's no slin available at the moment! May have to purchase a bottle for now.

Have some sitting there waiting to log... Use that but remember to replace it for that log!
I read some where else u ate some Chinese or cheesecake (your fave) & used slin sane, try SLINshot!

I agree it's a great product. With all the heavy carb meals I eat its nice to always have around. I wanted to be able to use it twice a day and not worry about running out.

I almost grabbed more D-pol for later too...realized I had too many things I needed ASAP. I'll have to take a break from it after the unopened bottle I already have anyways. I agree on making some AM friends through the Purus logs as well...good stuff.

Honestly it was a trust thing I don't want to use it before the log is up. I still have some of my slin sane for now and will put an order in for this week. I feel better using something I bought before something for a future log! Can't wait though from the feedback! The problem is I rarely eat 70 carbs in one sitting so I may have to up my carb intake to judge the product! Carbs bloat my sixpack and I can't be having that. ;-) then again maybe with that product I won't have it at all.
 
You won't get boosts with SlinShot. 2 caps will work perfect for 75 g carbs

and 6 work perfect for for 230g carbs...

I wouldn't worry about any bloating with SLINshot (at least in my case). I've put it through rigorous testing with 600-700g+ carbs a day lol. I'm not weighed down and remain bloat free after some of the biggest meals of my life.

Day 27

Caught up on some sleep somewhat with 6-7 hours last night. It's still not optimal, but it sure beats 4-5. I had my FS XR and 5 caps of SLINshot before a 170g carb breakfast. D-pol and everything else was taken with my meal as well.

My weight was 200lbs (down to +1lb overall) when I got up. The recent weight loss seems to all be in the form of fat/water. I'm looking leaner than I have been the last week. Earlier this week I thought I might have started to add a little fat, but after the last 3 days of running around like a savage in the heat, its clearly not the case. I'm sure the crazy amount of calories I'm burning during the day have a part in it, but I think Recycle is drying up my appearance as well. Things are noticeably tighter around my midsection. Joint soreness is up which could be the AI aspect from 8 caps of Recycle daily. I can't be sure because I feel like this without Cissus anyways. I ordered some last night along with more SLINshot and a bunch of other staples like protein powder/Quest bars, fish oil, BCAA's, etc.

I finally have time to get some shopping done to better prepare myself for the long work days. I've been scrambling to come up with the necessary calories and getting away from my normal diet. I'm gonna keep the new day job for at least another week before going back to my old routine and I'll be looking for groceries after the gym to make things easier going forward.

I'm heading to the gym to work legs. They are actually a little shaky from work yesterday, but I'm hoping it won't change the outcome of my performance. With no MM for the time being I had a couple scoops of Craze and I'm heading out.

-decided to add these to the routine after giving it a shot last week.

That was one of the most satisfying workouts I've had in a while. I was completely out of gas by the time I finished and it felt great. Lunges are becoming a favorite due to the intense beating they put on my legs. After each set I'm out of breath and on the verge of collapsing...I love it.

I had a cap of FS XR this afternoon and will be using SLINshot again before the day is over. I haven't decided which meal to add it to at this point. I'll have another 4 caps of Recycle with dinner to make it 8 for the day. I'm looking to see continued differences with the increased dose this upcoming week.
 
These lifts are so beastly bro! Put my numbers to shame but also motivate the Fock out of me! Good to see more increases. You have me debating adding lunges to my routine.

Thanks bro. My legs have always been a strong point. They were already massive from hockey and once I added weight training they got ridiculous...they're making a steady comeback. If you keep your diet and training on point like it is you can keep watching your numbers go up. You should give lunges a go...they definitely take a toll on you. I just brought them back into my routine recently and forgot what I was missing.
