Awoke from another great, restful sleep this morning ready to do some damage. Mass HGH has seriously improved the quality of my sleep. I got in some unexpected cardio today as I had to let my gf use my truck, leaving me to ride my bike if I wanted to go anywhere. Which, I did. Other than that, today was back/biceps in the gym and I was ready to kill it.
