Downed 4 caps of slinshot today after the gym and its legit. I felt so full and pumped after my shake =) only negative (which isn't even a negative) was very interesting tasting burps lol.

Yeah I get these sometimes too. Basically need to drown them down with some water when you take them. Glad you can tell its working!
