Brand new on here' first post :)
Any way I've been taking these sups for about 8 months now 5 days a week. I've been thinking about using a different product still get good pumps nothing crazy anymore though, anyone know if any sort of body down regulation could happen using them long term?

Perworkout: 45mins prior
Arginine 7g
Citrulline Malate 6g
Beta alanine 4g
OKG 4g
Taurine 4g
GPLC 4g
Caffeine 200mg

My new blend started taking last week, it's great, helps pumps and definitely sustained energy
Preworkout/during*
Maltodextrin 50g
Gatorade powder23g
L leucine 10g
Creatin pyruvate 6g
Glutamine 5g
L Alinine 2g
Vitaim C 1g
Magnesium 300mg
Alpha lipoic Acid 65mg
Any thoughts would be great thx,

First thing that sticks out is the periworkout Vitamin C. It is generally admonished around these parts with science that backs it up.

And why malto? There are much better carb powders for intra if you really feel you need it.

Yeah, ok I just sounded good, but did some quick research and came up with the whole anti-oxident thing post work out had a negative effect, thx for bringing that to my Attention, I will look it to it more

I get everything form my work, was thinking of ribose but really we have a lot of malto

Keep Beta Alanine post workout, Agmatine, as stated by coop would be best, if you like training with carbs , drink them intra workout some 25-30 mins after dosing Agmatine, since the CNS effect it poses merely will last around 45 minutes for both pumping effects and GDA effects, thus make the best of it!

I would keep Citrulline malate preworkot at 6g in your new stack, do not take it out its needed, if you are going to add caffeine to it , it goes well with Agmatine since it will control the hunger effect it might have on some people...Hm...lets see...Taurine mainly keep it in if you suffer back pumps, if not...well no need really, creatine monohydrate or MCC would be best , check dosages for your weight, I would say some 6-8 grams of mono a day would do, doesnt matter when you take it really. Be careful not to exceed to long dosing cycles on Vitamin C or to go too high since it can turn pro-oxidant that way...hm...what is the point of ALA in preworkout? I mean what are you trying to achieve by it?

Been thinking about agmatine for quit some time now, we usely buy like 25k at a time of a product so it's quit pricy, could buy it personaly but I think I'll wait to see if we decide to carry it at work.
You think creatine mono is better than creatine pyruvate in a carb blend? Pyruvate and L-Alinine as far as I know work together to support glucose for energy' as well as the ALA I have it in there for a better glucose uptake, it also increases ATP production. I'm not an expert but I thought it sounded right. It's also two separate blends I drink the carb blend during my work out, and the caffeine blend about 45 mins before work out.
Def going to scratch the vitamin C in carb blend, and ditch the arginine in the pre work out, I like. The idea of taurine because it can keep electrolytes in you cells' if I didn't have it at work I wouldn't go out of my way to get it, buts it's easy to get for me,
Any other ideas, or some thing I said that is wrong
