-anabolic window preach
-suck down 15g glutamne post workout
-suck down carbs for insulin spike post workout
-suck down protein post workout
-supplement beta alanine to buffer lactic acid
I thought we all knew this already. Still don't buy into anabolic window or nutrient timing

Interesting, since glutamine is praised by some and condemned by others. At the very least, glutamine is basic and can help balance out the body's ph level (which is usually leaning on the wrong side, as protein is highly acidic).
Since they say pre-loading glutamine works best for intake of leucine, would it be better to take glutamine pre-workout then get the BCAAs intra and post workout?

I think it would be better to not worry about it. Any article still preaching anabolic window should be saved for the high school kids, it's just a bunch of myth science

Myth science? I'm not a convert or anything to the so called 'anabolic window', but it seems to me that they laid out some pretty solid cellular processes and how to take advantage of them. You have anything to disprove? I'd be interested to see it.
