I beat up some guy in the street who weirdly had a tub of beta phase Test Powder under his arm.

I haven't tried it yet but it smells pretty damn good. The tub is staring at me saying "stop your T-Force and eat me".

And he will have to be a genius in order to balance all this and still have time for his spouse and children

Hurt my forearms at the gym somehow. Went back to the gym thinking that I'll be Alpha and just push past the gym. They hurt even worse now. Grip strength is almost completely gone. Taking and alpha week off now. Hopefully I don't get alpha fat and become and alpha slob.
