This is your best line of the day. The majority of what you post about are established fringe conspiracy theories. Oh yeah, and your frequency of Alex Jones posts. Not a conspiracy theorist?

No he is not. He posts written laws, documents, quotes and commentates on them. He was right about the police state, TSA, drones which they are planning on putting up 30,000 way before anyone else knew about it. These are just a few examples. edit: and as Ive stated over and over...be skeptical of him too, nobody is my definitive source of info.

Stop labeling me with slogans to discredit me so you can dodge debating the issues the easy way.

a couple of things:

There are NO legitimate news sources, at least not in this country. They are all bought and paid for, and the problem becomes people turn to Joe Schmo's blog for news. That is silly and dangerous. Also, Breitbart....really? no agenda there at all

Obama v. Romney...does anyone think there will be a huge change if Romney wins? If he does win...in 4 years when nothing is done, everyone will be clamoring for Hillary or Cuomo or some other dem. We are such a silly society.....we blame the president when it is more congress than anything else that has caused the dilemma we are in. But lets forget that.....nothing to see here.

I dunno man...you sound alot like a conspiracy theorist above to me man...I mean come on, you really think there is a hidden agenda to buy out both parties and all media? Geez...You been listening to that show again havent you, lol

Debating the issues? What issues? All you have shown is that you are a birther who thinks there is a global cabal set to rule the world and enslave us all. That about cover it?

Your response doesn't seem to directly reference what I wrote.

Right...there is alot of questions about Obama's birth and and citizenship. When you can download the document direct and rip it apart the way I did on a laptop computer these issues should be addressed. There is nothing wrong with asking questions.

Global Canal? What is the UN and NATO doing? Read the bills such as Agenda 21. I presented links to the internet global tax...we have Obama pushing for a global carbon tax, we have all these people who have had or in power and the media speaking of Global Goverment over and over again such as CNN and you think Im making this up.

New World Order Quotations
A collection of quotations from elite figures, media heads, government officials, persons from history, authors and more on the subject of the move toward a new world order under a one world government and a reduced human population.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
It is not my intention to doubt that the doctrine of the Illuminati and the principles of Jacobinism had not spread in the United States. On the contrary, no one is more satisfied of this fact than I am.
George Washington
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Today the path of total dictatorship in the United States can be laid by strictly legal means, unseen and unheard by the Congress, the President, or the people. Outwardly we have a Constitutional government. We have operating within our government and political system, another body representing another form of government - a bureaucratic elite."
Senator William Jenner, 1954
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"The Trilateral Commission is intended to be the vehicle for multinational consolidation of the commercial and banking interests by seizing control of the political government of the United States. The Trilateral Commission represents a skillful, coordinated effort to seize control and consolidate the four centers of power political, monetary, intellectual and ecclesiastical. What the Trilateral Commission intends is to create a worldwide economic power superior to the political governments of the nationstates involved. As managers and creators of the system, they will rule the future."
U.S. Senator Barry Goldwater in his l964 book: With No Apologies.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"The case for government by elites is irrefutable."
Senator William Fulbright, Former chairman of the US Senate Foreign
Relations Committee, stated at a 1963 symposium entitled: The Elite and the Electorate - Is Government by the People Possible?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the larger centers has owned the Government ever since the days of Andrew Jackson."
A letter written by FDR to Colonel House, November 21st, l933
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"The depression was the calculated 'shearing' of the public by the World Money powers, triggered by the planned sudden shortage of supply of call money in the New York money market....The One World Government leaders and their ever close bankers have now acquired full control of the money and credit machinery of the U.S. via the creation of the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank."
Curtis Dall, FDR's son-in-law as quoted in his book, My Exploited Father-in-Law
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"The United States must stay involved in the world and we must lead. Today there is a strange coalition at work in Washington and across the country consisting of people on the political right and the political left coming together to keep us from staying involved. Big labor and liberal Democrats are joining some Republicans on the right in calling for America to come home, (saying) we have done our part and that it's time for others to do the heavy lifting on international leadership. And we must not listen to that siren's call of protection and isolation. "
Former President George Bush
Addressing Duke University Graduates May 17, 1998
USA Today May 29, 1998
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Rarely have Americans lived through so much change, in so many ways, in so short a time. Quietly, but with gathering force, the ground has shifted beneath our feet as we have moved into an Information Age, a global economy, a truly new world."
President William Clinton State of the Union Address 1998
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"...all of us here at the policy-making level have had experience with directives...from the White House.... The substance of them is that we shall use our grant-making power so as to alter our life in the United States that we can be comfortably merged with the Soviet Union."
H. Rowan Gaither, Jr., President - Ford Foundation (as told to Norman Dodd, Congressional Reese Commission 1954)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"The New Deal is plainly an attempt to achieve a working socialism and avert a social collapse in America; it is extraordinarily parallel to the successive 'policies' and 'Plans' of the Russian experiment. Americans shirk the word 'socialism', but what else can one call it?"
H.G. Wells The New World Order 1939
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Our job is to give people not what they want, but what we decide they ought to have."
Richard Salent, former president, CBS News
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Ultimately, our objective is to welcome the Soviet Union back into the world order. Perhaps the world order of the future will truly be a family of nations."
President George Bush Texas A&M University 1989
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"We will succeed in the Gulf. And when we do, the world community will have sent an enduring warning to any dictator or despot, present or future, who contemplates outlaw aggression. The world can therefore seize this opportunity to fufill the long-held promise of a new world order - where brutality will go unrewarded, and aggression will meet collective resistance."
President George Bush State of the Union Address 1991
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Under Socialism you would not be allowed to be poor. You would be forcibly fed, clothed, lodged, taught, and employed whether you liked it or not. If it were discovered that you had not the character and industry enough to be worth all this trouble, you might possibly be executed in a kindly manner. . . ." [This is compassionate liberalism.]
Fabian Socialist Bernard Shaw in his Intelligent Woman's Guide to Socialism and Capitalism, 1928.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

For 40 years (now 72 years) freedoms and governmental procedures, guaranteed by the Constitution have, in varying degrees, been abridged by laws brought forth by states of national emergency."
Senate Report 93-549 (1973).
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Even though it is quite true that any radical eugenic policy will be for many years politically and psychologically impossible, it will be important for UNESCO to see that the eugenic problem is examined with the greatest care, and that the public mind is informed of the issues at stake so that much that now is unthinkable may at least become thinkable."
Sir Julian Huxley, first Director General of UNESCO, 1946-1948.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

'They came first for the Communists...
but I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist.
Then they came for the Jews...
but I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew.
Then they came for the Jews...
but I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew.
Then they came for the Unionists...
but I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Unionist.
Then they came for the Catholics...
but I didn't speak up because I was a Protestant.
Then they came for me...and by that time...
there was no-one left to speak up for me.

"I reject the idea that humans are superior to other life forms. . . Man is just an ape with an overly developed sense of superiority."

President Bill Clinton
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"There is no such thing as an independent press in America, unless it is in the country towns. You know it and I know it. There is not one of you who dares to write your honest opinions, and if you did, you know beforehand that it would never appear in print.
"I am paid $150.00 a week for keeping my honest opinion out of the paper I am connected with. Others of you are paid similar salaries for doing similar things. If I should permit honest opinions to be printed in one issue of my paper, like Othello, before twenty-four hours, my occupation would be gone.
"The business of the New York journalist is to destroy truth; to lie outright; to pervert; to vilify, to fawn at the feet of Mammon; to sell his country and his race for his daily bread. We are the tools and vessels for rich men behind the scenes. We are intellectual prostitutes."
John Swinton, editor of the New York Tribune.

"In total, during the first eighty-eight years of this century, almost 170 million men, women, and children have been shot, beaten, tortured, knifed, burned, starved, frozen, crushed, or worked to death; buried alive, drowned, hung, bombed, or killed in any other of the myriad ways governments have inflicted death on unarmed, helpless citizens and foreigners. The dead could conceivably be nearly 360 million people. It is as though our species has been devastated by a modern Black Plague. And indeed it has, but a plague of Power, not of germs."
Dr. R. J. Rummel, Death by Government.

"The people will be crushed under the burden of taxes, loan after loan will be floated; after having drained the present, the State will devour the future."
Fredric Bastiat

"Undersecretary of State Sumner Welles tonight called for the early creation of an international organization of anti-Axis nations to control the world during the period between the armistice at the end of the present war and the setting up of a new world order on a permanent basis."
Text of article in The Philadelphia Inquirer (June 1942)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"The statement went on to say that the spiritual teachings of religion must become the foundation for the new world order and that national sovereignty must be subordinate to the higher moral law of God."
American Institute of Judaism, excerpt from article in The New York Times (December 1942)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"There are some plain common-sense considerations applicable to all these attempts at world planning. They can be briefly stated: 1. To talk of blueprints for the future or building a world order is, if properly understood, suggestive, but it is also dangerous. Societies grow far more truly than they are built. A constitution for a new world order is never like a blueprint for a skyscraper."
Norman Thomas, in his book What Is Our Destiny? (1944)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"The United Nations, he told an audience at Harvard University, 'has not been able--nor can it be able--to shape a new world order which events so compellingly demand.' ... The new world order that will answer economic, military, and political problems, he said, 'urgently requires, I believe, that the United States take the leadership among all free peoples to make the underlying concepts and aspirations of national sovereignty truly meaningful through the federal approach."
Gov. Nelson Rockefeller of New York, in an article entitled "Rockefeller Bids Free Lands Unite: Calls at Harvard for Drive to Build New World Order" -- The New York Times (February 1962)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"He [President Nixon] spoke of the talks as a beginning, saying nothing more about the prospects for future contacts and merely reiterating the belief he brought to China that both nations share an interest in peace and building 'a new world order."
Excerpt from an article in The New York Times (February 1972)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"If instant world government, Charter review, and a greatly strengthened International Court do not provide the answers, what hope for progress is there? The answer will not satisfy those who seek simple solutions to complex problems, but it comes down essentially to this: The hope for the foreseeable lies, not in building up a few ambitious central institutions of universal membership and general jurisdiction as was envisaged at the end of the last war, but rather in the much more decentralized, disorderly and pragmatic process of inventing or adapting institutions of limited jurisdiction and selected membership to deal with specific problems on a case-by-case basis ... In short, the 'house of world order' will have to be built from the bottom up rather than f rom the top down. It will look like a great 'booming, buzzing confusion,' to use William James' famous description of reality, but an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old-fashioned frontal assault."
Richard N. Gardner, in Foreign Affairs (April 1974)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"The Final Act of the Uruguay Round, marking the conclusion of the most ambitious trade negotiation of our century, will give birth - in Morocco - to the World Trade Organization, the third pillar of the New World Order, along with the United Nations and the International Monetary Fund."
Part of full-page advertisement by the government of Morocco in The New York Times (April 1994)

"The truth of the matter is that you do have those standby provisions, and the statutory emergency plans are there whereby you could, in the name of stopping terrorism, apprehend, invoke the military, and arrest Americans and hold them in detention camps."
U.S. Representative Henry Gonzalez, August 29, 1994

We are moving toward a new world order, the world of communism. We shall never turn off that road."

"National Socialism will use its own revolution for establishing of a new world order."
Adolph Hitler during World War II

"To keep global resource use within prudent limits while the poor raise their living standards, affluent societies need to consume less.
Population, consumption, technology, development, and the environment are linked in complex relationships that bear closely on human welfare in the global neighbourhood. Their effective and equitable management calls for a systemic, long-term, global approach guided by the principle of sustainable development, which has been the central lesson from the mounting ecological dangers of recent times. Its universal application is a priority among the tasks of global governance."
United Nations Our Global Neighborhood 1995

"[E]ducation should aim not so much at acquisition of knowledge. . . [today] there is less need to know the content of information. . . . [There should be a] transformation of life in totality . . . [a] profound commitment to social tasks. . . . Achievement of socialist countries . . . have laid the foundation of a way of life which makes everyone understand its [sic] individual relevance. . . [whereas capitalism] lays the foundation of *****ry and aggression and encourages exaggerated consumption, [making] man a slave of ambition and social status symbols. . . [Lifelong learning promotes] equality of end result, and not merely of opportunity . . . [and] fosters equality in terms of opinions, aspirations, motivation, and so on. . . . There is a dilemma -- if lifelong education were to be based on the aim of increasing the yield of business enterprises and economic growth, it would merely serve to establish a totalitarian, one-dimension society."
-- Foundations of Lifelong Education, a UNESCO publication in 1976.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"There does exist and has existed for a generation, an international . . . network which operates, to some extent, in the way the radical right believes the Communists act. In fact, this network, which we may identify as the Round Table Groups, has no aversion to cooperating with the Communists, or any other groups and frequently does so. I know of the operations of this network because I have studied it for twenty years and was permitted for two years, in the early 1960s, to examine its papers and secret records. I have no aversion to it or to most of its aims and have, for much of my life, been close to it and to many of its instruments. I have objected, both in the past and recently, to a few of its policies . . . but in general my chief difference of opinion is that it wishes to remain unknown, and I believe its role in history is significant enough to be known."
Professor Carroll Quigley, in his book Tragedy and Hope, 1966.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"A total world population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels, would be ideal."
Ted Turner, in an interview with Audubon magazine.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"We in the press like to say we're honest brokers of information and it's just not true. The press does have an agenda."
Bernard Goldberg, as quoted by Harry Stein in the June 13-19, 1992 TV Guide.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"The real menace of our republic is this invisible government which like a giant octopus sprawls its slimy length over city, state and nation. Like the octopus of real life, it operates under cover of a self created screen....At the head of this octopus are the Rockefeller Standard Oil interests and a small group of powerful banking houses generally referred to as international bankers. The little coterie of powerful international bankers virtually run the United States government for their own selfish purposes. They practically control both political parties."
New York City Mayor John F. Hylan, 1922
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Let me control a peoples currency and I care not who makes their laws."
Meyer Nathaniel Rothschild in a speech to a gathering of world bankers February 12, 1912. The following year, the USA subscribed to the 'services' of the newly incorporated Federal Reserve, headed by Mr. Rothschild.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"We need a program of psychosurgery for political control of our society. The purpose is physical control of the mind. Everyone who deviates from the given norm can be surgically mutilated. The individual may think that the most important reality is his own existence, but this is only his personal point of view. . . Man does not have the right to develop his own mind. . . . We must electronically control the brain. Someday armies and generals will be controlled by electronic stimulation of the brain."
Dr. Jose M.R. Delgado, Director of Neuropsychiatry, Yale University Medical School, Congressional Record, No. 26, Vol. 118, February 24, 1974.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"One of the least understood strategies of the world revolution now moving rapidly toward its goal is the use of mind control as a major means of obtaining the consent of the people who will be subjects of the New World Order."
From The National Educator, K.M. Heaton
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of "liberalism" they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened." Norman Thomas, for many years U.S. Socialist Presidential candidate.

"The world can therefore seize the opportunity [Persian Gulf crisis] to fulfill the long-held promise of a New World Order where diverse nations are drawn together in common cause to achieve the universal aspirations of mankind."
George Herbert Walker Bush

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."
Hermann Goering, President of the Reichstag, Nazi Party, and Luftwaffe Commander in Chief
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"We live in a dirty and dangerous world. There are some things the general public does not need to know and shouldn't. I believe democracy flourishes when the government can take legitimate steps to keep its secrets, and when the press can decide whether to print what it knows."
-- Katherine Graham, Washington Post publisher and Bilderberger
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"In the next century, nations as we know it will be obsolete; all states will recognize a single, global authority. National sovereignty wasn't such a great idea after all."
Strobe Talbot, President Clinton's Deputy Secretary of State, as quoted in Time, July 20th, l992.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus, in order to contribute something to solve overpopulation."
Reported by Deutsche Press Agentur (DPA), August, 1988.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"I just wonder what it would be like to be reincarnated in an animal whose species had been so reduced in numbers than it was in danger of extinction. What would be its feelings toward the human species whose population explosion had denied it somewhere to exist.... I must confess that I am tempted to ask for reincarnation as a particularly deadly virus."
Prince Philip, in his Foreward to If I Were an Animal; United Kingdom, Robin Clark Ltd., 1986.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"It is now apparent that the ecological pragmatism of the so-called pagan religions, such as that of the American Indians, the Polynesians, and the Australian Aborigines, was a great deal more realistic in terms of conservation ethics than the more intellectual monotheistic philosophies of the revealed religions."
Press conference at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. on the occasion of the ``Caring for Creation'' conference of the North American Conference on Religion and Ecology, May 18, 1990.

"I don't claim to have any special interest in natural history, but as a boy I was made aware of the annual fluctuations in the number of game animals and the need to adjust the 'cull' to the size of the surplus population."
Preface to Down to Earth by HRH Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, 1988, p.|8.

"This is a moment to seize. The kaleidoscope has been shaken, the pieces are in flux, soon they will settle again. Before they do, let us re-order this world around us."
Tony Blair, Tuesday, 2 October, 2001

"Other countries will not take lectures about the so-called new world order from a British prime minister who cannot deliver basic public services run by his own failing government."
Tony Blair, 5th January, 2002
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"We are grateful to the Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries."
David Rockefeller, Baden-Baden, Germany 1991
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order."
- David Rockefeller
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"We have before us the opportunity to forge for ourselves and for future generations a new world order, a world where the rule of law, not the rule of the jungle, governs the conduct of nations. When we are successful, and we will be, we have a real chance at this new world order, an order in which a credible United Nations can use its peacekeeping role to fulfill the promise and vision of the U.N.'s founders."
President George Bush, 1991
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"No one will enter the New World Order unless he or she will make a pledge to worship Lucifer. No one will enter the New Age unless he will take a Luciferian Initiation."
David Spangler, Director of Planetary Initiative, United Nations
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Today, America would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order. Tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there were an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by the World Government."
Dr. Henry Kissinger, Bilderberger Conference, Evians, France, 1991

There are many of these HW at A&M, Clinton etc... That are so far fetched. I love it when you quote something that say new world and make an enormous assumption. Too comical.

Its coming from people who have been or currently are in power. Its your choice if you want to laugh it off so be it.

Its not comical when our military seeks permission from a non-us governed body of non-us elected officials. Its not funny when the top military brass admits the Executive and Military takes orders from the UN, and tells our elected officials in congress they are just ceremonial.

I never stated that a global cabal is taking over, they already have.

Im sure you went out of your way to research the UN's Agenda 21.

This report analyzes the gap between current international governance institutions, organizations and norms and the demands for global governance likely to be posed by long-term strategic challenges over the next 15 years. The report is the product of research and analysis by the NIC and EUISS following a series of international dialogues co-organized by the Atlantic Council, TPN, and other partner organizations in Beijing, Tokyo, Dubai, New Delhi, Pretoria, Sao Paulo & Brasilia, Moscow, and Paris. The executive summary is below.

Executive Summary

Global governance—the collective management of common problems at the international level—is at a critical juncture. Although global governance institutions have racked up many successes since their development after the Second World War, the growing number of issues on the international agenda, and their complexity, is outpacing the ability of international organizations and national governments to cope.

With the emergence of rapid globalization, the risks to the international system have grown to the extent that formerly localized threats are no longer locally containable but are now potentially dangerous to global security and stability. At the beginning of the century, threats such as ethnic conflicts, infectious diseases, and terrorism as well as a new generation of global challenges including climate change, energy security, food and water scarcity, international migration flows, and new technologies are increasingly taking center stage.

Three effects of rapid globalization are driving demands for more effective global governance. Interdependence has been a feature of economic globalization for many years, but the rise of China, India, Brazil, and other fast-growing economies has taken economic interdependence to a new level. The multiple links among climate change and resources issues; the economic crisis; and state fragility—“hubs” of risks for the future—illustrate the interconnected nature of the challenges on the international agenda today. Many of the issues cited above involve interwoven domestic and foreign challenges. Domestic politics creates tight constraints on international cooperation and reduces the scope for compromise.

The shift to a multipolar world is complicating the prospects for effective global governance over the next 10 years. The expanding economic clout of emerging powers increases their political influence well beyond their borders. Power is not only shifting from established powers to rising countries and, to some extent, the developing world, but also toward nonstate actors. Diverse perspectives and suspicions about global governance, which is seen as a Western concept, will add to the difficulties of effectively mastering the growing number of challenges.

  • Brazilians feel there is a need for a redistribution of power from developed to developing states. Some experts we consulted saw Brazil tending to like “old fashioned” multilateralism, which is state-centered and does not make room for nonstate actors.
  • Many of our Chinese interlocutors see mounting global challenges and fundamental defects in the international system but emphasize the need for China to deal with its internal problems. The Chinese envisage a “bigger structure” pulling together the various institutions and groups that have been established recently. They see the G-20 as being a step forward but question whether North-South differences will impede cooperation on issues other than economics.
  • For participants from the Persian Gulf region, the question is what sort of global institutions are most capable of inclusive power sharing. They bemoaned the lack of strong regional organizations.
  • The Indians thought existing international organizations are “grossly inadequate” and worried about an “absence of an internal equilibrium in Asia to ensure stability.” They felt that India is not well positioned to help develop regional institutions for Asia given China’s preponderant role in the region.
  • Russian experts we consulted see the world in 2025 as still one of great powers but with more opportunities for transnational cooperation. The Russians worried about the relative lack of “transpacific security.” The United States, Europe, and Russia also have scope for growing much closer, while China, “with the biggest economy,” will be the main factor in changing the world.
  • The South Africans assessed that globalization appears to be strengthening regionalization as opposed to creating a single global polity. They worried that the losers from globalization increasingly outnumber the winners.

In addition to the shift to a multipolar world, power is also shifting toward nonstate actors, be they agents or spoilers of cooperation. On a positive note, transnational nongovernmental organizations, civil-society groups, churches and faith-based organizations, multinational corporations, other business bodies, and interest groups have been equally, if not more effective than states at reframing issues and mobilizing publics—a trend we expect to continue. However, hostile nonstate actors such as criminal organizations and terrorist networks, all empowered by existing and new technologies, can pose serious security threats and compound systemic risks. Many developing countries—which are likely to play an increasing role at the regional and global level—also suffer from a relative paucity of nonstate actors, that could help newly emerging states and their governments deal with the growing transnational challenges

Just so you all know and understand the significance of my source, the former Chairman of the Altantic Council (post above) became Obama's national security advisory back in 09.

Neither AE nor Southpaw have offered up any credible news sources so we can know what they deem acceptable and be able to be as informed as they are.

I've got a solution to all of this debating, lets just all agree that Obama sucks and THAT'S THE BOTTOM LINE....COS K0NG SAID SO. ;)

You seem to have neglected what I wrote. Please reread it before commenting. All sources are biased. We have reached a point where to find a shred of truth we need to decipher all sources and look for truth. Kind of a puzzle really.

I am just trying to find out what is an acceptable group of sources to gather those puzzle pieces from. I read what you posted. It seems that a person of your caliber gets news and information from somewhere. While I agree you have to get multiple sources, its not feasible to post 10 links to make 1 point. And to dismiss everyone else's posts as illegitimate and not discuss the point being made is no different than you saying Tea Partiers are racists, and they can't justify it by saying that liberals are racists. As I said before, just because your "qualified" news source doesn't report an event doesn't mean the event didn't happen. As I posted before, one of Obama's advisors admitted to hiding Obama's past during 2008. It doesn't really matter who posts the video of him saying it, when the man is on video saying it.

While I agree a lot of what AX1 posts are quite far from the reservation, along with some of his sources, you can't dismiss everything he is talking about when their is video or recorded evidence proving his point.

I dont disagree with you here. I try to cut out the ultra biased (MSNBC, Fox, etc...) and search outside the US for more US news. Not always the best I will admit, but by and large I find it slightly more unbiased.

My issue with Ax is he takes things so out of context. I believe 2-3 of his "quotes" uttered the words new world and he makes an assumption about this great globalist cabal. It is all about lost freedoms, and I truly ask you how your life has changed over the last decade if at all. Some of the other quotes are just known fakes.

Additionally, people like Ax (and Ax) love to use the great constitutionalist Jefferson as there "guy", which is an utter crock of sh!t. I have two words for that: Louisiana Purchase. Our founding fathers were no different than the politicians of today.

I also think you might be misterperting my thoughts here. I am by no means an Obama supporter, nor a Romney supporter. They are awfully similar, and their differences are in areas that will offer me nothing noticeable.

Im using direct sources from the UN, the military and other global organizations outlining their plans and global wars but you think Im a conspiracy theorist. Im giving multiple quotes, statements, and documents from people and organizations with power and influence. I havent even started yet. Somehow Im having a hard time believing you. We live in a country where it is a known fact that the Federal Reserve issues 16 trillion dollars in secret transactions to secret overseas institutions revealed by a tiny partial audit, nothing is being done anything about it by the white house but there is no global cabal, right? Obama's answer is to give the Federal Reserve more power than ever before.

Now...as Ive asked, what do you think these G20 meetings are all about? Why dont you listen to the direct sources Im offering such as Gordon Browns speech at the G20 meeting...

Gordon Brown New World Order Speech

Britains new Prime Minister Gordon Brown talks about the Elite's Plan for a One World Totalitarian Socialist State, the Globalazation Agenda for a New World Order.

As far as our founding fathers...there are things that are said, and things that are written. I may like those things especially when they are written law such as written in the constitution. Im a grown man, when it comes down to it I follow my own philosophy about politics and life, things can be can be sound and good and there are good teachers out there, but when it comes to politics I do not adhere to any political set belief. No politician is my defines my thinking.

I just watched the Brown one....you can't b e serious? He makes reference to a new world order no doubt....but do you listen at all to what he says? It is entirely different to hear than to listen and I fear you hear things.

We do live in a new world with a far more global economic structure than even 15 years ago. For survival of specific countries, working together is the only way to breed success.

I do love a good conspiracy yarn though.

You just acknowledged 1 point I've been trying to imply the entire time.

Now we can start to see the consequences of globalization. Look what good it's doing for our country.

I do love debating with someone who acknowledged what they have denied.

I do have a question for you AE since your a supporter of globalism and can help me understand.

How does sending 16 trillion dollars of our own money to secret unknown overseas banks and overseas interests without oversight of our elected officials breed success for America?

What have I acknowledged. I explained the gordon brown video outside of your conspiracy glare.

Once again ax......bravo for trying to insinuate things that were not said.

You are too much.

How we are moving to a global infrastructure.

Now, who took our 16 trillion and how does that breed America success?

The thing is right or wrong globalization is not going to go away. With the internet our economy is tied to other economies more and more and will continue to be. Our success (and other countries success) will be dependent on global factors in the future as much as possible. We already see it with the "ripple" effects based off what happens overseas. I don't see a scenario (or a politician) who's going to change this.

moving to? Sorry to tell you....we have been there for years.

Your simplification of foreign aid is short sighted and naive. Foreign aid to the right locations is something that assists us on national security. If you look at our budget as a whole, the foreign aid is just a small piece of the puzzle.

I would suggest you try being more forthcoming in your side of this discussion. In all honesty, I am greatly disappointed in the manner in which you try to distort and simplify facts. You might have missed your calling.....you should have been a politician.

Edit...Im letting this go and debating directly with you AE. Im not engaging in a debate with someone who tries over and over again to discredit me by labeling me with slogans and accusing me of being a conspiracy theorist...I put enough UN documents, statements from world leaders and agenda's everyone else can see for on their own and decide for themselves what it all means.

In the end I dont want this to be about me and proving Im correct...its about the documents such as Agenda 21, finding out the G20 agenda, world banks, 16 trillion secret bailouts... etc and having people decide for themselves what it all means....if you think its all in the name of good and breeding success I wish you are correct. If you think Im a "conspiracy theorist" so be it.

ok...so lets leave the conspiracy and globalist crap on the side.

in all honesty I think you are quite naive. If you truly believe that we must function as an isolated nation, you are a few hundred years past your time. the world has changed, and thus we all need to change with it. We need to adjust to the fact that this is a global community, and to thrive and survive, we need to work together with other nations that prove to be strong allies and good business partners. not every decision and transaction made will benefit us.....but we cannot be shortsighted enough to not see a bigger picture.

I asked yesterday (and received no answer) what has really changed for you?

This is the world that our leaders are trying to dredge through. Are they doing a good job....not mostly, but there is little to do besides vote them out and try again.

Now....are there secrets? of course, every government has secrets and not all information is necessary for public consumption. To be honest...if you dont like it, go off the grid. Go on the show mountain men on the history channel and call it a day.

Ax, in our conversations in the past, you have proven yourself far too intelligent to believe half the drivel that you post, and especially that Alex Jones crap. I am still awaiting your response from weeks ago about his prediction of the Perry/Palin ticket that was going to take 2012

Im just a "naive conspiracy theorist" so why do you care for my opinion?

If you really know what has changed for me though, if thats what your asking you dont know me or my purpose. Thats fine because its hard to know someone on the internetz. My activism isnt about me. Im upset and saddened at the suffering of others, not my own.

Nobody should take Alex Jones or any other media source, political mind set or belief, philosophy or religion and cling to it. Ive stated this in the past and Ill state it now again. I dont believe or conclude on everything I post, I think about it and want people to think about it. There are many alarming things out there, and nobody including especially myself is a know all. All we can do is think, speculate and try to make the world a better informed place.

Ill address this to clarify my view. I totally think globalization and having a sense of world community and world economy can be a very good thing, and it should. Having healthy relationships require efforts both political and economically by both sides while respecting each others sovereignty.

The issues I bring up are the culmination of world government, the united nations, secret transactions with our tax dollars with no oversight and no authority to do so, UN directing our military for war approvals (approvals should be done by our elected officials in congress,) global laws (let our own people make our own laws by those we elect) and others (trying to keep this short, lol)

Im just against having world government and world laws that are made by people who are not our elected officials (which rids our potential of having a democracy) One example of global laws thats currently in development is the UN's control of the internet

I admit Im not a actual supporter of Ron Paul (Im not voting for him)...but I do agree with many of his views. Im going to quote him as he can put it into words far better than my ability. Below is something Is some of what I believe in when it comes to global relationships.

Transcript CNN Interview

Wolf Blitzer: … when they write to me and they say, “Ron Paul is not an isolationist, he’s a non-interventionist”. Tell our viewers right now, once and for all, the difference between an isolationist and a non-interventionist.

Ron Paul: An isolationist is a protectionist that builds walls around their country, they don’t like the trade, they don’t like to travel about the world, and they like to put sanctions on different countries. So some of the people who call me that, are actually much more in favor of sanctions and limited trade, they’re the ones who don’t want to trade with Cuba and they want to put sanctions on anybody who blinks their eye at them. And yet, the opposite is what we believe in, we believe Nixon did the right thing by opening up trade doors with China, because that is when we quit killing each other and we are more at peace, which we better be, because they have become our banker. So non-intervention is quite a bit different since what the founders advised was to get along with people, trade with people, and to practice diplomacy, rather than having this militancy of telling people what to do and how to run the world and building walls around our own country. That is isolationism, it’s a far cry from what we believe in.

Wolf Blitzer: And just to be precise, you want to bring all the U.S. troops home, not just from Iraq and Afghanistan, but from Germany, Japan, South Korea and everyplace else around the world. Is that right?

Ron Paul: Yea, because I believe in national defense and our first responsibility, and probably one of the major responsibilities of the federal government, is the national defense. And fighting these wars does not help us, I mean, getting bogged down in Afghanistan brought the Soviet Union to its knees, and is bringing us to our knees, too. We’ve been there for ten years and it’s contributing to this huge deficit that we have. Those wars over there have contributed 4 trillion dollars worth of debt in the last 10 years. So yea, I want to bring them home, and I think we’ll be stronger for it, I think we’ll have a stronger national defense and we’ll have a lot stronger economy. If we’re serious about straightening this mess up, we have to deal with foreign policy as well monetary policy and fiscal policy and tax policy.

Also they want a global financial trading tax. Which is a disaster and has failed every time it was tried. Socialists/dems/liberals (all one in the same) love it. Europe is pushing it now. UN wants it globally. Anyways, I manage a small futures fund and this would put me out of business, and I don't trade that much.

The dems here in the States have a much bigger goal of global totalitarian socialism with total power of a few elite leftist. They hide behind it, and use racism, class warfare, circle jerks with unions, guberment freebies (handouts) and illegal immigration for one f*cking thing...votes and power. They will piss on the Constitution to get what they want.

Also, the dems never want their voting base to do better socially or financially, because they have to sell the same **** sandwich to them every year like they have for decades.

Liberalism is a mental disorder

+1!

I think obamacare was secretly invented to cover the mental disorder of liberals :-S

While I agree there are Liberals with metal disorders, they can be found in all political parties.

I know Liberals that support Obama, and I know Liberals who condemn Obama...what we really need to focus on are people at an individual basis not by their political affiliations.

I think the issue here is the political infiltration and manipulation of all political mind-sets that can be found in all parties. It may not be a true representation of the roots of thought. This is one reason I condemn all political parties and elections should be based on individual not blind faith party votes based on gang symbols.

Ill tell you right now, Obama is not a Liberal or a socialist. Let his policies tell you who he is, not his teleprompter reading. (edit add: Obama care is not a socialist policy by farrrrr for example, its sloganized as "Obama-care and just sounds socialist by title)

I am not a huge fan of most of Mitt Romney's politics in the past. I do think he's a good man. His Mormanism does not bother me. From what I've read of it, the actual theology and beliefs are somewhat strange, but if you read the Old Testament, there are MANY strange laws that both Jews and Christians are meant to follow but have just been fazed out over time.

Anyone whose religion leads them to follow a strict moral code in their daily life has my respect. So long as that religion doesn't lead them to hate/kill others in the name of their religion.

I respect Romney's business background greatly. If you know anything about the economics and the capitalist system you know that private equity is what drives the economy and is beneficial from the top to the bottom (Business men, franchisee's, corporations, employees, consumers.) Denying this means you either are a Marxist/Socialist/Trotskyite or just haven't done your homework.

What people need to understand is that Capitalism is not perfect. There are winners and losers. There are people who get lucky, and people who can work their tails off their whole lives and are unlucky and never truly reach their goals/dreams. BUT, for the most part, if you work hard you will succeed. And when you compare capitalism to the already tried and failed economic systems such as socialism, communism, etc.... capitalism always deems more functional and rewards those who WORK!

I'm not going to go into private equity because it can be very difficult for the average citizen to understand, which is why Obama has his minions have brainwashed so many regular Americans into believing the whole "Vulture Capitalist" description of Romney.
To sum it up though, venture capitalism/private equity, again not perfect, but necessary for our economy and the employment of millions of people.

What people need to understand is that Private Equity and Hedge Funds/Investment Banks are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Private Equity firms such as Bain Capital, for the most part invest in corporations who employ people and provide services and products for the consumer. Their goal is to make a profit, and in order to make a profit, their business model and investment in these corporations must be successful. So everyone must win in order for the Bain Capitals of the world to win.

Hedge funds/Investment banks (Goldman Sachs), on the other hand invest in OR AGAINST just about anything. Oil contracts, agricultural commodities, stocks, stock indexes, CREDIT DEFAULT SWAPS (YOUR MORTGAGES/VALUE OF YOUR HOUSE). Hedge funds have become out of control and have sucked the blood out of this country. Hedge funds and IB's are the reason gas prices are where they are.

If people knew exactly what these hedge funds partake in on a day to day basis they would be outraged, which is why the media keeps it quiet. Which is why the media tells you "Oil prices are up today because Iran blocked the straight of harmuz". Actually oil prices are up today because Goldman Sachs bought thousands of oil contracts on the commodities market, driving the price up, and will dump them when it's time to go short.

IMO hedge funds and investment banks for the most part are borderline illegal. The only reason there are no restrictions on them is because of their massive donations to just about every politician since the late 1990's. And if you are a politician who does not take their contributions, they will make sure you lose. In essence they are running the country/world, and until someone actually stops them which may be never, the middle class of America will be destroyed.

Ill tell you right now, Obama is not a Liberal.

You're right Obama is not a liberal. He is a straight up Marxist. Ever read Rules For Radicals? It must be the official Obama administration hand book.

At heart he is a Marxist/Liberal/Socialist. In his actions running the country he is a Crony Capitalist and massively corrupt.

What I see him is a dictator, corporate, pro-war, pro-police state, pro-banking cartel fascist.

I dont see any liberal or socialist policies that have taken place, but he talks a good game.

You don't see liberal policies?

-He's trying to raise taxes
-Will not provide a balanced budget
-Spent over a trillion dollars in the "stimulus package", which was basically a payback to the unions that put him in power.
-Social policies are LIBERAL (pro gay marriage, pro abortion)
-Just granted amnesty to 1,000,000 illegal immigrants
-Is anti Right To Work

A dictator yes. Dictating his liberal policies.

The reason he is pro-war and pro big banks is because those are actually not in his control.

Look up the MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX.

And refer to my recent long post regarding investment banks and hedgefunds and you'll understand why EVERY politician works for the Banks.

Alot of what you said fits in the fascist political party such as high taxes, unbalanced budgets...

These stimulus packages, the way I view it is transferring the wealth from the poor and middle class to the mega-corporations and banking cartels empowering them in Washington further fueling the fascist state. (Obama-care is a mega corporate police state policy. Its a tax directed to the corporations at heart)

The gay marriage or abortion thing...I dont get caught up on that...gay marriage can be a libertarian policy as well (if you even want to call it a policy), and abortion, well that just never got my interest I feel alot of these little issues are just to distract us from bigger issues. What we have to ask and find out is why he pushes these issues. His appointed science zhar John P. Holdren wrote a book about population reduction, forced abortions and even infanticide called Ecoscience. He promoted it as a good thing. This is an example of who is in the Obama administration. Ill end that at there but Ive spoken in detail about this in my personal thread.

Obama feeds and propagates the Military Industrial Complex. He is every bit a part of it.

Yes, Im aware about the banking cartels (and corporations) running our politicians.

Im not saying your wrong, I respect your opinion we just have a different perception and understanding of who Obama is, its all cool. Nice talk though Ill consider what you said.

I agree with a lot of this. And we may be on the same page for the most part. I actually believe most Americans are on the same page and want the same end result, but cannot see this until they lift the blinders off. People need to get past the "Republican vs. Democrat" mentality and understand that it's all a charade. The social issues are charade.

The word Liberal actually comes from Liberty, and today's meaning of Liberal in the context of politics has changed. Liberal now has become left leaning and more towards fascist/socialist. So TECHNICALLY Obama is no where near a LIBERAL. Trotskyite is more like it.

I do believe he is a left wing communist at heart who has a strong disdain for traditional America and its values, as most "Democrats/Liberals" do today. All you have to do is look at Obama's past to see where he truly stands. But once he or any politician comes to power there's only so much they can get done that they truly want to get done.

Coming into office his first order on the agenda was to shut down Guantanamo, have open talks with Iran, apologize to the rest of the world for America's success, I mean wrongdoings...

And unfortunately the whole new banking/political order is very "liberal/communistic" in itself in that it will destroy the middle class by taxing them and corporations to transfer wealth to the poor AND the corporations in line with the current party in power.

General Electric did not pay a penny in federal income taxes last year. They are a huge contributor to the Obama campaign. And until recently, owned MSNBC.

My friend you have been brainwashed about hedge funds. You are right on PE. I have worked at two hedge funds and what we do is risk management for our limited partners. The biggest scam is the mutual fund industry. Hedge funds also supply much needed seed capital to emerging businesses. IB do the same. There is nothing illegal about PE, HF or IBs. They all have been tarnished by the left as part of their class warfare.

Without the flow of equity, we would still be in the stone age. Capital finds the best risk adjusted rate if returns. Always has and always will.

There are good and bad firms as in any industry, but the survival of the fittest always wins.

I love how the price of gas/oil is blamed on HF and IB. For every buyer there is a seller and net contracts are zero sum. So when oil tanks like it had recently, you hear crickets. When it goes up, blame the HF because they have some magic power to make people take the other side of their trade and can just move markets wherever.

Actually I have done financial analytical work and accounting for a number of hedge funds and the investment instruments they use under the guise of "risk management" SHOULD be illegal. I say this because the investments they make effect the lives of EVERYONE in the world through the rise in oil prices, rise in meat and agricultural prices, and devaluing of the US dollar and other currencies. All in the name of "Hedging investments". And the reason it should be illegal is because 99% of American citizens have no idea this is going on and what is exactly causing the sharp rise in oil and food prices, as well as why their dollar is worth less.

The left amazes me in that it takes money from IB's and Hedge Funds, mainly in the form of Super PACs and then they rip those same IB's and hedge funds for political purpose, in making their argument they are for the little guy/middle class.

This is a charade we can see through.

But when you see through it, you see exactly what these hedge funds are doing and for the most part, IMO they are taking huge gambles for their investors and in turn the middle class and little guy does suffer.

Yes for every buyer there is a seller. And net contracts are zero sum. The price of the commodity contract is always the same. BUT, the price of the actual commodity is always changing based on suppy and demand of the commodity itself, AS WELL as the demand of the contract. So when you have Goldman Sach's or Paulsen Funds buying a large amount of oil contracts, the price of the actual oil commodity increases.

I'm sure you are familiar with the Glass Steagall Act, and it being lifted in 1999. Take a look at the history of oil prices on the commodities market, and look at what happened to the price of oil over the years since the lifting of the GS Act, at the start of 2000.

The same goes for GOLD, LIVE CATTLE, etc. etc. Look up a price timeline for each. Massive increases in these prices began in the early 2000's.

After lifting the glass steagall act, investment banks had less restrictions on their investments and began investing in commodities. This unfortunately effects us all when we go to the grocery store and the gas pump.

Yes hedge funds do provide equity to corporations and big banks do as well. They also underwrite many IPO's. But the SPECULATION has gotten out of hand. Especially when it trickles down to us, the non speculators.

Not sure if you're familiar with John Paulsen. One of the most successful hedge fund operators in the world. The man became success when he made billions of dollars shorting credit default swaps. What happened as he was making money shorting those newly created investment instruments that you and I didn't have access to or even know about?... the value of our homes plummetted.

So please don't tell me I've been brainwashed about hedge funds. I know the good they do, and the bad. And IMO the bad far outweighs the good.

I don't want to debate the whole HF thing since we seem to mainly agree on the main points of this thread. The difference between a hedge fund and a mutual fund is basically allowing to short (hedge long exposure). Whether on equity, fx, metals, softs, etc.

I'll say the good of allowing the flow of capital to determine prices is much better than regulated guberment determining prices. Either way, when u buy Apple because you like their iPhone, you are speculating. Speculators provide price auction and liquidity.

Now, how the hell can we get odumbo out of the Office? :-).

Just out of curiosity what would you have classified George W. Bush's presidency as? To me Obama's biggest failures are the simply continuation of the crap policies he said he would go against of W. I do think the similarities have opened many eyes to the fact that both parties are essentially the same on the big stuff. Both parties are war mongers, both wish to control you, both are bought and paid for by big money interests. I will admit this wasn't evident to me until Obama became President just how eerily similar they both are.

I agree the flow of capital is important. I just don't like having my tax dollars bailing out these investment banks when they realize they made the wrong bets and go belly up. I think we both agree on that.
