I am already 11 days into my 1-ANDRO cycle. I was asking about Pure Test because one of the other Finaflex reps had recommended it for my PCT.

Hey bro, I didn't realize you were on cycle. I would recommend more than just Pure Test for PCT. You're going to want to get some kind of AI (aromatase inhibitor) to go along with the DAA. I can recommend our PCT Revolution Black if you want to go the Finaflex route. Also In the future I would recommend having your PCT on hand before you start the cycle in case a problem occurs. I am 49, 5'10" and various health issues had me at 129 on May 20th - when I started to lift and eat better in anticipation of using 1-Andro and EPI-V to gain mass now that my health issues are resolved. I am using weight gainer, creatine, glucosimine, vitamins, and jacked3d pre-workout.

After half dosing for 4 days I started doing 1 - EPI/1Andro in the morning prelift and 2 andro around 6pm - the reasoning being that I am trying to add bulk which Andro seems to be more geared to. I am a hard gainer (no kidding) so I am in no fear of becoming fat - I know I can slim down easily by diet and running (which I like to do). After this routine for 30 days I will switch to 2 epi/2 andro to lean out for 15 days, so a 45 day (6 week cycle). I also have milk thistle and Revolution Black taken in recommended doses and will use pure test after the cycle.

I have noticed strength gains and have been able to stay longer in the gym - today 1 hour 45 minutes. I am on an upper body / lower body / off day split since at my age I believe the extra day off gives me more time to recover. However, I have heard the typical 5 day 2 off 1 body part a week routine works well and would like anyone's suggestions on that.

I currently weighted in this morning (no food, drink, after bathroom break) at 154.8 and hit 161 post workout protein drink and meal. Yep that's 26 pounds in 23 days - but remember I was very mal-nourished when I started ( BAD viral infection). I feel MUCH better, I sleep better and people have commented that I look healthier, happier (?) and my face has filled out from the gaunt look I had - all this in 23 days with only 7 on full cycle so obviously I am very excited and now can't wait to get to the gym. I have gained a bit of a belly but I have a scale that monitors BMI/body fat% (16.8)/skeletal muscle so I am switching to skim milk and eating less bread and carbs.

I am a novice and this is the first time on any type of supplements so I have heard being a "virgin" is a big advantage - as long as I put the work in. I would love to hear input - suggestions, ideas ect. and will update my progress over the next 5 weeks. I am also debating going to an 8 week cycle if anyone has feedback on that it would be greatly appreciated.

Dave I would save the EPI-V for the second half of the cycle. Another thing is try to make your workouts shorter and intense. I personally can't get much out of anything I do past 1 hour unless I am doing cardio afterwards...

The cycle I had in mind for you is 4 weeks 1-Andro then 4 of Epi-v to lean and harden...

You can do 5 and 2 for a while then change to something else, I am using full body workouts now 3 times a week. I like HST it's simple and progressive.
 
This is my 1st time posting on AM so if I leave something out in my question please forgive me in advance. I am 40 male I have low test due to a tumor in my pituitary gland so I have been on Androgel for 5 years. Now taking 3 pumps of the new 1.62%. I have been training 6 days per week for over 2 years. 3 days weight training and other days cardio and abs. I am now at 272lbs and 34% body fat. I am seeing weight loss doctors and on phentermine 30mg once a day. I tried finaflex 1-andro 2 bottles and did finaflex pct about 5 months a go and felt great and was the strongest I have ever been. I took a break for 30 days since my doc wanted blood work to see my test levels and did not want to give him a false level. 2 months ago I tried ep-stane and now almost done with erase, anabata and did not notice much strength but noticed muscles tighter. I want to start finaflex 1-andro and again and wanted to see if you suggest stacking with any other finaflex product 550-XD or Epi V. Thanks in advance for any help.

I am kind of perplexed that you are at 34% body fat and taking a ph to increase mass. I know it will increase muscle mass but this should not be you're primary focus right now. You need to get your weight down and then maybe later run a PH cycle. What does your doctor think of 1-andro cuz given your condition he should know what your taking. If I were you I would ask him to get you on Test-Cyp from what I have heard the gel is not that effective. Go to the HRT section of the board and ask those guys for advice...

I just don't think PH's will get you where you need to go right now. You still have to do the groundwork for these products to do you much good.
 
Pure Test is fantastic to stack with PCT Black. Dose 6 caps daily before bed through out PCT.

Thanks for the great advice! Considering your 53 there is hope for me yet and I will make the above changes and go 4 weeks andro/4 weeks epi-v. I did feel my workout was too long but I just couldn't stop! I will expand my days on and decrease daily time - I like an hour time allotment anyway.

Thank you very much for the help. I am loosing 2 to 4 pounds a week and the phentermine is helping with my appetite so I count every calorie. I am not 100% if my BF level is correct I used a hand held machine at the gym. I agree the most important thing to me is to loose the weight which is most of my bf sits in mid section. The only thing I am saying is I would like to help my Strength training and help with my test levels total 224 and free 34. I am going to do blood work next week and ready to switch docs. Thanks again for the info and will be back after I loose some more weight.

Yah intensity is more important than length.. when it comes to liifting for mass...

Yah swtiching docs to more of a specialist in the field would be a good move I think. If he's reluctant to perscribe real test in your case I have to wonder what he is thinking..

Thanks for the confirmation, I have already decided to do this cycle. I am still having trouble getting out of the gym though - 1-1/2 hours this morning. I am now 158.2 this morning and 163 after protein/lunch.

My gains in muscle mass and definition have been tremendous and my strength has gone through the roof. I've also noticed a significant increase in my energy level while working out. I have worked out everyday for the last three weeks now and have seen my body totally transform. I am in the best shape of my life and still have 26 days left in my cycle. I highly recommend this product to anyone willing to put the work in. You will not regret it.

Well I stopped taking the product around 5/4 and im looking to take 550-xd because of the reviews ive been reading and what my friend has said about it. What are your thoughts on this and should I take 4 a day or 2?

Yah how long ago was that. Make sure you leave enough time between cycles for full recovery...

I used 550 xd a while back and had really good results. However i had to cut it short due to travelling. I only used 1 bottle and my muscles got really hard, vascularity increased and I gained about 5 lbs. What would be an ideal calorie intake?

You should be able to add some decent mass and stay lean on 1-andro and then use Epi-v to dry out and harden but your diet needs to be strong. Start the whole cycle about 8 weeks from your peak and then run them 4 weeks and 4 weeks. Epi-v will help you look leaner but you should already be somewhat cut when starting it. It's a finisher to to make you harder and drier.
 
I wanted to update my progress from my first post last week. I am on the 14th day of taking 4 Andro-1 planning a 4 week cycle then switching to EPI-V to finish for 4 weeks. I am currently 161 and have dropped some of my body fat but still at about 17%.

Should I be concerned about this? I am really trying to bulk up as much as I can then cut on the EPI. I have no side effects that I can tell - maybe a bit of "nervousness" sometimes but my strength is great and I am still staying too long in the gym, some workouts are 1-1/2 hours (upper body) Ideally I would like to be 175/180 but I think thats asking too for a few months. Maybe another cycle would get me there? Or extending to 12 weeks?

I have been focused in the gym and on my diet and will continue to be dedicated to this so any advice is appreciated. I basically work and work out and make sure I am eating properly - no going out, drinking or bad food. The little free time I have is spent looking at routines - I know how I want to look - 5'10" 170/80 muscular but on the thin side - if this makes sense.

Just know that nothing in life happens as fast or as easy as we want it to, so understand that and stay consistent with your diet, your exercise, with your on cycles, PCT, then off cycle (giving your body a proper break) and low and behold in a year, maybe two years you will accomplish all that you have wanted and then some. Our products are amazing and they will help you in your quest, but there is no such thing as magic pills, our products are like an investment, you get nothing in return if you invest nothing, but like I said above, invest the time in the gym, and with the diet and you will work wonders!

Like I said i ended it on 5/4/12 so I would plan on taking another cycle on 7/5/12 after the fourth of july. I was also thinking that since the 550-xd is alot stronger and I am still growing that perhaps I take 550-xd one bottle and then cycle over to the 1-andro after I finish the 550-xd bottle. How do you think my results would be if I were to do that?

Thanks for the quick reply. I have been serious for about a month and have been on ANDRO only 2 full weeks and have seen great results - and I have 6 more weeks to go! I was an athlete and I spent 9 years in the Marine Corps so physical fitness has always been apart of my life, but a serious illness derailed me for a time. Looking to get back in the Lifestyle and a year was my time horizon -why else would I be bulking in the summer - lol.
I am going to see how I feel after the 8 weeks but would still like advice about extending to 12 if no adverse effects come up.

Yah I still think that's too soon, I would go at least 8 weeks after your PCT, 10 would be better. was this the end of your cycle or your PCT. I would not say 550 is stronger but it is different. You will get more of a recomp effect from 550 but gain around the same in lean mass for instance say you gained 10 lbs on 1-andro well on 550 you may only gain 4 but find you lost 6 lbs of fat which is 10 lbs lean mass still...that is a pretty good example actually... I would do 1-andro first then recomp with the 550 which is obviously a bit drier. Always use the drier compound second.

8 weeks is a good length, 12 is more of a longer time user length and might not be necessary depending on your Ph experience...

Yah the second dose of Epi-v should not be at night, the version you have has some stim so you wan to take the second dose in the afternoon...

Agreed, take at least 6-7hrs before expected time of sleep or it can keep you awake, good sleep is essential for quality muscle growth & repair!

Thanks for the advice, but if I take only in the morning 2 caps of epi-V and the 2 caps of 1-andro at night, could be these better?

I would take 1 cap of each upon waking up with breakfast/1st meal of the day and then take another 1 capsule of each about 7-8hrs later and you are perfectly fine, will not interfere with your sleep at all and you are splitting up the dose well, that in my opinion is the optimal way to take our EPI-V!

Its better to be safe than sorry with Phs. If you don't give yourself proper PCT and enough time for the body to start naturally producing testosterone you may run the risk of complications.

yah pct then 8 to 10 weeks before you start another cycle.. let the body recover fully...
 
whats up, question for scotty doc! im new to the forum - been BB'in for about 6 years, took a year off (injury) but im back! im 6 foot 225 and body fat is higher then id like!

questions - taking 1-andro 2am-2pm (2 bottles 30 days) sound right?
- running your rev pct 1 am 1 pm with cycle sound right?
- can i use my animal product while on cycle? i am using "stak" and "pump" and "cuts"
- going to run rev pct after cycle 4 per night and the taper down + pure test 6 per night (2 bottles of pure test)
-diet is simple, high protein 2500 cals per day and going to taper back up after i get the body fat off in a few weeks!
- working out 3 days per week, have to come back in slow from a injury!

thought on all this??
 
I've been looking into 1andro and I believe it said it doesn't aromatize(spell) im gyno prone so I keep an AI in hand do u recommend taking an ai with it with 1andro
