Any suggestions on my xfa run?

Long time reader. I don't think I've ever posted? Maybe I'm wrong :p. either way... What up?!
Just looking to see if anyone thinks they can tweak my stack a little better.

Background-
Lifting on and off for about 2 1/2- 3 years (I forge the exact start date)
Started at 6 foot 130 pounds (skin and freaking bones!!)
Been floating around 180 for about 3 months
Moved about a month ago and havent had the money to get a membership till now(think I have to settle for planet fitness :p)
Probably 11-13% bf (calipers I'm using are iffy :p
Diet will be in check as always and around 3000-3500 calories. Will tweak throughout

The stack-
Up your mass
multi
Creatine (have some con cret lying around that I'll finish off before going into mono)
X-factor advanced- 4 caps per workout ( workout days only)
2g Alcar (workout days only)
6g glycergrow (workout days only)
Slin sane (debating on waiting for v2 ;) ) or possible some straight na-r-ala
aaannndddd chasing it all with some good ole white flood

No real set goals just gonna try and bulk and keep gaining while maintaining or losing (probably not but I can dream :) ) bf%

Get at me!

I'm pretty sure you should be running alcar everyday, not just on workout days

But I would focus more on tightening up on your diet until its at least 95% perfect. Set concrete goals. Otherwise supps aren't going to really help IMO

Ya I was debating running Alcar every day. From what I understand it's for the emulsification of the ArA? So technically you could run it only on workout days, but then again it's a good supp to run in general so I'll see how the dosage plays out.I think workout days should be ok unless someone has any info on the dosage that can correct my opinion. We shall see. As far as the diet goes I'm pretty good man. Eggs,steel oats, whole grain pasta and rice, veggies, chicken, tuna, a few steaks here and there, cottage cheese, olive oil, veggie juice, and protein shakes. Pretty much what I eat all the time right there. I mix it up a little evey day but I calculate out between 3000 and 3500 calories for a bulk. I'm pretty active and decently lean I guess so I burn calories like crazy! :p btw its a 50 day run ;)
Oh and two reasons I don't have concrete goals right now. I've learned to use the mirror rather than the scale. That's just personal preference though. And I haven't been in the gym lately so I'm not 100% on what my max's are. I'm not runnin this for another month though so I'll have a better idea by then ;). Thanks for the solid advice though! Anything else? :)

My run looks about the same only thing is that I have BFV3 and also waiting on SSV2 :naughty:

Sounds good to me. I loved this combo (ArA, Carnitine, and GMS) and the pumps are insane. Make sure to take the XF, Alcar, and GG on at least a semi empty stomach (I did roughly 1.5hours-2hours after my pre-workout meal) for best results.

Honestly one of the most effective supplement protocols available IMO and nothing else is needed on top of it with a good workout plan and diet.

Thanks! I didn't know the relatively empty stomach part. Didn't even think about that (duh!). That's why I always check with others before hand. Gotta make sure everything's perfectly in place :).
 
Though its not really comparable i would prefer BFv3 stacked with Triazole over XF/XFA from my own experience everytime.

Any specific reason? I've tried ax and triazole and I liked it, but from what I hear the X-factor stack is better (bulk or cut). I guess we'll see. I think most people would agree with me on that one, but to each his own. ;)

Individual differences will make different products vary in effectiveness from one person to the next so it is hard to say what is "better". I do really enjoy X-factor as I find it helps increase my strength effectively and gives great muscle fullness. Using it for yourself is the only way to determine what works best for you.

True! Everyone's body chemistry is different. Gotta try all the good stuff to see what the best stuff is for you. :)

AX and TZ are among the best in their class, but for sheer body composition, I give the nod to XFA.

The carnitine is to prevent platelet aggregation and prothrombotic pathways, FYI.

Was hoping you'd show up eventually :). I should have been more specific with the ax/tx post. I think they did exactly what they were supposed to do, but the fat loss and or non-fat gain I guess are what attracted me to xfa. I'm more interested in the body composition. Thanks for clearing up the Alcar. What I had heard didn't sound right (hence the question mark after the statement) but I knew it was important with the xfa so I figured and read dosing it along side was the right choice. Thanks for the post!
