Long time reader. I don't think I've ever posted? Maybe I'm wrong
. either way... What up?!
Just looking to see if anyone thinks they can tweak my stack a little better.
Background-
Lifting on and off for about 2 1/2- 3 years (I forge the exact start date)
Started at 6 foot 130 pounds (skin and freaking bones!!)
Been floating around 180 for about 3 months
Moved about a month ago and havent had the money to get a membership till now(think I have to settle for planet fitness
)
Probably 11-13% bf (calipers I'm using are iffy
Diet will be in check as always and around 3000-3500 calories. Will tweak throughout
The stack-
Up your mass
multi
Creatine (have some con cret lying around that I'll finish off before going into mono)
X-factor advanced- 4 caps per workout ( workout days only)
2g Alcar (workout days only)
6g glycergrow (workout days only)
Slin sane (debating on waiting for v2
) or possible some straight na-r-ala
aaannndddd chasing it all with some good ole white flood
No real set goals just gonna try and bulk and keep gaining while maintaining or losing (probably not but I can dream
