DAY 9 OBSERVATIONS:

Today was a rest day for me so no gym and limited my physical activity. I would have sworn I would wake up feeling the wrath of my two hour gym session from yesterday but this was not the case...

... Sorry for the dramatics but I woke up with next to little to no soreness at all. Keep in mind I dosed three caps of IFORCE ZMA 45 min prior to sleep then the Intimidate cap right before bed. Slept a solid 7 hours uninterrupted :) Looking at myself in the mirror this morning I can see my lowest ab coming in with more definition even tho Im on a caloric surplus and do hardly any cardio. Reversitol must be kicking in.

Also, noticing stronger, harder erections last nite when having sexy time with my lady. An added perk from the stack perhaps? ;)

... Glad I am running this a full 8 weeks. Lets hope its not placebo just yet cuz it is rather early still (9 days in).

Protean ice cream and greek yogurt is simply amazing, these flavors are too damn good! I love that the Intimidate and Rev2 is starting to kick in cuz i'm gonna need all the recovery and sleep benefits I can get as I only get about 5 hours of sleep during the week (M-F). I need quality sleep!

Man, the libido surge is the first major noticeable aspect of this. I'm waking up with morning wood consistently now and its hard wood, trust! My girl is loving it and probably hating it too lol (made a comment about soreness yesterday :D).

I love high volume man! Feels like I actually accomplish something while in the gym and gives me the most results the quickest I believe. This stack and log is a definite motivator for pushing my limits!

Whenever taking hormonal supplements, do not be concerned until the 2 week mark has passed!

As for my supplement intake, idk if its that much... mostly just staples (protein, fish oil, agmatine) with the stack thrown in! I used to have to set an alarm to remind me when to take my supps but now its like clockwork lol

My average time in the gym is roughly one hour and thirty minutes. During the work week it's a lil over an hour and the weekend I would say around 2 hours which averages out to about 1 1/2 hours. Thx bud, Im loving ur log so far as well!

Im not too concerned about this stack as Im clearly starting to see results! My skeptical mind just needs to hit that two week mark to be more convinced and we're getting closer! :)

-Very good and effecient workout! I felt that the squats were super easy (possible strength gain). Im noticing increased muscle in my pectoral region which Ive been hitting pretty hard recently.
-Endurance and stamina was great and felt strong throughout my workout. Good focus and MM connection even tho I have had a rough two days at work!

-Weighed in at 144 lbs pre-workout today (2lb increase!) and have been eating at roughly 4000 caloric surplus daily. Im really happy I am putting on weight as it will help me with my goal to increase strength and mass. Sleep is good even tho I only got 4 hours last nite. I woke up refreshed and still had plenty of energy for work and an intense gym session. Dreams are deep and vivid. Grogginess is still there when I awake but thats no problem.
-I am feeling lean and my muscles feel harder and denser. I have gained weight but still show leanness and my bottom abdominal muscle is coming in more and more everyday! Hoping the stack comes thru tonight as my body is thrashed!

Today was a rest day. Only had work which was a relatively easy day. I did about 100 ab rollouts which hardly constitutes a workout.

Sleep was not good last night. I was only maybe able to sleep for about 2.5 hours due to a ghettobird (police helicopter lol) flying near my house for which seemed like forever! There were 4 squad cars at my next door neighbors house too. Around midnight I heard one gunshot loud and clear haha so my mind was racing a bit. I don't attribute the lack of sleep to the supplements but rather my unfortunate circumstances :/

Regardless, I still woke up less sore than usual which seems odd considering the volume Im putting in at the gym. I felt refreshed considering the amount of sleep I did get. As soon as I got home I passed out tho! Lol

Also, I placed an order for some Genomyx Protocol to add for my post workout shake. Mainly using it for the endurance and stamina benefits. Might fit it into the 3rd week or hold off until the stack is over. We will see!

-Today was an off day. Dosed usual staples and stack as usual.
-Had some horrible sleep and payed for it at work today. Just couldnt shut my brain off. I should sleep good tonite tho.
-AGGRESSION IS UP! I notice I have to watch my mood as I feel like snapping at co-workers sometimes if they cant perform their job competently (which is almost all the time lol). I have to calm myself sometimes lol no worries.

I dont always train fasted but when i do i notice i dont feel as strong as usual! Just depends on time of the day. Mornings = fasted... Afternoon or later = pre workout meal :)

DAY 17 SHORT UPDATE:

REST DAY

-Today was an off day. Dosed usual staples and stack as usual.
-Had some horrible sleep and payed for it at work today. Just couldnt shut my brain off. I should sleep good tonite tho.
-AGGRESSION IS UP! I notice I have to watch my mood as I feel like snapping at co-workers sometimes if they cant perform their job competently (which is almost all the time lol). I have to calm myself sometimes lol no worries.
