I wanna thank iForce Nutrition and VaughnTrue for giving me the opportunity to log Intimidate and Reversitol v2! :)

Goal: Lean Bulk

My diet:
4 Meals a day consisting of 650 calories and BCAAS in between meals.
Around 400 complex/simple carbs a day. Simple being around workout time.
Around 200 grams of protein a day.
The rest of the calories are coming form natural fat sources.

Only supplements I will be on during this log will be:
NOW ADAM
NOW Vitamin C
Now Green Tea
Dymatize Elite XT
iForce RVC Protean
Bulk BCAAs
Maximize Intense or Dexaprine Pre-workout

On Workout days, calories might be pushed up a bit.
On Rest days, low carbs so I can maximize GH release.

Shoulders Today
Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 3x12 60 lbs 1x10 65 lbs
Inward Shoulder Press Machine: 5x15 70 lbs
Lateral Raises: 4x15 1 Superset; 20 lbs 7x 15 lbs 7x 10lbs till failure
Shrug Machine: 4x180 Foward; 4x180 Backwards
100 Reverse Crunches

Foods: Oatmeal, RVC Protean, BCAAs, Chicken Breast, Wheat noodles, Sweet Potato, Lamb, Fiber One Bar, Egg Whites, Tuna and Cottage Cheese

Will be taking first dose of Intimidate tonight
 
Last night, my sleep was great. Only slept 7 hours, however, it felt like 10! I was really surprised upon waking up. I thought I overslept so I jumped right out of bed to seer if I was later to work and it turns out, I woke up before my alarm went off :D Pretty amazing. Whether or not this helps me with packing on mass or not, I LOVE the fact that it made me overall sleep quality that much better.

Today I won't be working out. Today is my rest day and I will be working and soaking up some sun afterward at the beach. Ate some Bacon, RVC Protean and a fiber one bar this morning. Took some dexaprine 2 hours after and sipped on 10 grams of BCAAs. I will be limiting the carbs today with high protein and fat content. Carbs will be from fiber today. Looking to maximize GH release and maximize fat loss.

Notes:
Last night's sleep was great. I'm really liking the effects of Reversitol v2. Libido is WAY up. On Erase my libido is not as high as it is on Reversitol.

Foods: Lean Ground Beef, Low Fat Milk, Fiber one Bar, Whole Wheat Bread, Turkey, RVC Protean, Baked Potato, Chicken Breast, Black Beans, Valencia Rice, & Sunflower Spread.

sleep is king, regardless if a supplement will add mass, increased sleep always will aid in that
 
Is 135 the most you go on deadlifts bro? Belt, straps?

Have no belt it sucks being a poor college student :( I hustle just to get my supps lol
And yesterday was really rushed. I shouldn't have even gone due to class and school. Was just trying to cover as much as possible yesterday. Gonna make it up big time today tho!

Yeah nothing to crazy. I love the sleep quality I receive from this product. It's not like melatonin or Valerian root. When I take those it's hard for me to wake up. On Intimidate, I wake up and I'm all ready to start the day!
 
I dreamt I was a Viking.
 
In for the party... after hearing everyone's progress over the first week or so - gotta say I am really looking forward to running this (mid-July). I will follow everyone's lead though and run it both oars in the water... kill it bro!
 
Solid workout bro! I can relate to you on the dream aspect of Intimidate... Im dosing it with their ZMA as well and getting some super deep sleep and some rather vivid dreams.

So far I am very satisfied from this product. Even though DAA has the scientific proof behind it, I think I would go for NMDA if I were to buy a test booster and I had to pick between the two. I still love both though.
 
Being this is one of my favorite stacks I cant wait to see how it goes for you.
