Step 2: The most important step, acquire Body Mortar. All three flavors work. If you're carb conscious stick with lemon.
Step 3: Add your Body Mortar flavor of choice to a shaker cup with water (no ice), and shake it up just as you would before drinking it. In this example I used a 28 ounce blender filled to the top with 4 level scoops of Body Mortar Blue Raz. I would suggest lowering the water content and using more Body Mortar depending upon the size of your popsicle trays.
Step 4: Rinse or wash the trays before using, and then fill them up with the blended Body Mortar (careful not to overfill, they fill up fast).
Step 5: Place them in the freezer overnight.
Step 6: When you are ready to eat them just run the popsicle tray under some hot water, and they will slide ride out. Enjoy!

Step 1: Purchase popsicle/ice pop or even ice cube trays from a store like Wal-Mart. Typically $2-$4 per tray that will hold 3-4 popsicles each.
