DAY 39 SHOULDERS

Ok guys did shoulders today and killed it!!!! Amazing workout once again...went heavy and lots of reps...really went crazy on weights and showed them who's the boss lol...still feel a little pain on elbow maybe coz today was my 4th day straight working out...I think I'm gonna take a day off tomorrow so I can rest and relax...again today I didn't receive anything in mail...it's really taking long...i don't kno what to do....keep going or end this log...confused...still looking lean and diet been on spot....I hope I get the stuff ASAP...here's my workout detail...

You get some Craze PJ? I have like 3 tubs of that **** sitting around. I bought a ton when the rumors of it being banned were coming around and now I kind of regret it because it does nothing for me. I seem to not react well to a lot of stuff people love around here. First it was MaximizeV2, then OG Dexaprine, then Craze... lol... Maximize Intense is still working strong thank god. I'm doing chest tomorrow. I may actually try Craze with Hemavol. Haven't tried that yet...

Glad to hear the elboner is coming back around again! I myself have never been injured lifting *knock on wood* and hope something like that never happens. The gym is my second home and I'd miss it too much!

Glad to know I'm not the only one. Did you notice anything at all? You always hear that the typical preworkout drink window is like 30 mins before... so I took Craze accordingly. Well god damn did it work fast as ****. I remember sitting at a stoplight about 10 mins after I took it and just stared so intently at the stoplight. Wondering how it worked. Who invented it. How it knew to change. What kind of wattage it put out, blah blah blah. Then I noticed how hard I was gripping my steering wheel. Like white knuckling it. Thought to myself damn this Craze is kicking in. I could give a **** about a stoplight. Then I got to the gym and about 10 minutes into the workout I felt like I had taken nothing at all.

Nearly the same thing happened for me, I got the craze and was so eager to try it I took it before work. Felt amazing for the first 30 mins of work then gone. The next day I took it preworkout and nothing. Complete let down.
 
Awesome lifts PJ!! Craze is the shiz. I got a bottle in couple days ago but it didn't taste like it did my first go around, but def my fav pre workout.

Haha once I play with bigger toys in the gym I wanna be like you on this matter. But mostly my competition is myself and last weeks workout , since the guys that train early in the morning at my gym are pretty hardcore and lift way too much for me to compete with them...yet :p!

Hahahaha yeah I got some rage in my pics right!? Got pics day on monday and my stack is over by wednesday haha so far its given me massive gains in strength , my DL went up by 20lbs , my squat by 20lbs too , BP by 10lbs and OH press surprised me oO sitting I got to do past 1 plate on each side , and standing I how have a max set out for around 110 , which if I beat I'll feel like a beast hahaha

Great man couldn't be happier! He's fully healthy, strong as hell and is smart already at 2 weeks. He can already hold his head up, he stares, doesn't really cry and sleeps full nights Haha he's awesome!!!

Sorry guys didn't had chance to update but here it is...again had amazing workout...feeled pumped and really vascular....felt great in gym coz I skipped my work...I only get one day off a week which is on Thursday...I woke up I morning to get ready for work and I didn't feel like working so I called my boss and told them I'm sick and won't be able to work for 3days...but nothing happen to me it just I was tried of working all this time and need some time for myself...so I rest all day on Friday and went to gym on evening and felt great...relax and fresh...I was like NEW again...my battery was all charged up and ready to go lol...today's is Sunday and my last day off from my job and tomorrow I have to work even tho is memorial day...oh well I had fun these days just chillin at home relaxing watching movies and stuff...cleaning and doing laundry lol...still didn't received my c20 and erase pro...I guess I have to wait till Tuesday now...here's my workout detail...

Bro , it sucks that you still havent gotten your supps , but you my friend are the LIVING PROOF that supplements don't make you or break you. You are doing fantastic and getting stronger and leaning out even MORE without even the supps! And I am not saying they don't work , because I KNOW THEY DO , but its your determination , drive and focus that is making you get there with or without them! Punja my man , you know I have high respect for yah , keep pushing through those lifts are awesome bro! And you are doing ****ing great!

Thanks bro...yea supps helps 50% and ur diet and training is 50% as well...if you don't give ur 50% and the supps won't work either...it's like you take strong fat burner and keep it junk and don't train thinking you will still lose weight...no that's not true...you need to control ur diet and workout and do cardio as well...thanks for the respect bro and I respect you as well...and log is kickin Azz lol...keep it up ;)

It's always good to rest for a few days! I just finally got a weekend off after working 21 days with no time off so I know the feeling! Keep killing it man, start that purus goodie stack and save the c20 for after?

Haha, meant 21 days straight of work but I can't remember the last time I took a full 24 hours from the gym... I try to at least do cardio every day. Thanks man.

Hahaha I have never taken a whole day without cardio xD I feel like sh1t if I don;t do cardio in rest days! :p besides , with such nice summer weather a 7-8 mile run outside (with at least 4 miles shirtless) helps with the tan and detox ;)!

Bro , learn , its awesome for the back and for stretching...damn its just different...the hypertrophy you get from swimming is amazing...but not to be taken lightly oO for a bodybuilder it can be catabolic if overdone and not with the proper amounts of calories hehe

BTW, I can't swim either. That's one of my test I have someone teaching me... But working, working out, swimming & all this is a lot of work.

DAY 43 BACK

Ok guys yesterday I did back and it was my worst workout ever...my workout only last for one and half...it sux coz I took craze yesterday for first time...took one and half scoop didn't feel sh1t at gym...no energy no focus...nothing...on top of that I was feeling like throwing up and I felt really down but still I did my half an hour cardio and did few sets and left...when I got home I had like a hole in my stomach...I was feeling desperate and I think craze kicked in after an hour I took lol..I couldn't sleep all night...didn't sleep at all...today I had work and felt like sh1t...seriously I think craze is good stuff but yesterday it kicked in late...so I'm gonna lower my dose to 1scoop...and took one scoop today and felt great...it worked perfect...I think I'll get use to one scoop then maybe after a week I'll up my dose...here's my short workout detail...

Ok guys did chest today but didn't feel like going to gym coz I didn't sleep all night thanks to craze...I was feeling tried so I wanted to skip but all of the sudden I was fack this and let's go to gym...took one scoop of craze and went to gym...all day today my feet were killing me specially my ankle maybe coz all the sprinting I been doing...so I took it easy and just did incline walking for 20mins...hey it's better than nothing rite...one scoop craze made me feel great and had amazing chest workout...I'm still looking lean even to its been 2weeks I didn't took anything beside preworkout, protein and my joint support...still looking dry...I wished I had c20 and erase pro in time so the results gonna be outstanding...and for some reason my arms looks big...maybe I'm losing all the bf% and it making me look big coz of the cuts and vascular...diet been not good today...had a slice of pizza and cheeseburger...it was good tho lol..here's my workout detail...

245 for 12 on bench, man would I like to push that! Pics look great man! Lean and huge. ;-). It's going to be a good summer!
