Yes, Hemavol will give better pumps than flashover. Craze and Hemavol make a sick stack for focus/energy and pumps.
 
Hemavol provides awesome pump.
SNS Focus XT + Hemavol or AX SuperSize + Hemavol may be exactly what you are looking for.
 
For easy to buy and get:

Craze+Hemavol , or C4+Hemavol

Make yourself:
-10g BCAA
-Citruiline Malate (5-10g)
-2.5g Beta alanine
-1g Agmatine
-1g Alcar
-1g LCLT

Post workout:
-1-2g beta alanine
-.5-1g alcar
-1g LCLT
-10g BCAA

If stims are needed you can add in the P.W.O. :
-EC
-Methyl-Synephrine Caffeine
 
I been using C4 lately and I like it a lot.
 
Make it at home (that's what I do). You need the following:

Ephedrine tabs
Caffeine Tabs
Citrulline Malate (I prefer SNS)

That's your base, then add LCLT/ALCAR/PLCAR if you wish.

Flashover has over 1.2g of NAT, 200mg caffeine, and 54mg 1,3D per serving. It also has a hefty dose of glycerine for a cosmetic, non-functional pump. I'd say it would achieve both quite effectively :)

I dunno for some reason the candy apple flashover was horrible i got more energy from a redbull

Ah, I've only had the old version and thoroughly enjoyed it given the price point.
