Lol thanks brother!!!! Only joint issues were in beginning...since I start taking super cissus everything is good...I think I messed up my elbow while doing 135lbs lying barbell triceps ext. that's the first time I did that heavy and maybe my elbow couldn't take it and now it's swollen like somebody beat my elbow up lol...it's getting better tho...I'll go easy so I won't mess it up more. ;)

Skullcrusher is from forehead and lying barbell triceps ext. is from over forehead....

DAY 30 CHEST

Ok guys have some bad news...as I said yesterday my elbow were swollen and was in pain...so I kept it on ice all night but in morning it was still hurting a bit...so I thought it will ok by night...but it got worse...I'm just coming from gym and did couple of sets and the pain got worse...this thing nvr happen to me before so I don't kno what this elbow swollen thing call...I'm thinking it can be either TENDINITIS or BURSITIS ...what you guys think should I do??? Did this happen to anyone?? How long it will take to heal?? Coz I can't even lift weights...and one more thing my c20 and prime is finished...and I still haven't received my other bottle...so I'll be working out without supps if my elbow gets better...if anyone kno about this elbow swollen plz help...I really hate injuries...and here's my short workout detail lol...

Bench press

After last set the pain got worse so I did some abs and left...

Crunches
Total did 500reps

Also ran 2.61miles in 30mins while burning 451cals...I hope my elbow heals fast...and if anyone kno the treatment plz share...

Well you are right in assuming its tendonitis/bursitis. Sounds like it happened on your TRI day w/ the extensions. Honestly PJ the best thing for you to do is rest it. You don't want to further aggravate it nor do you want to tear anything either. Use the good ol' RICE. Pop some anti-inflammatories and don't ice it for hours at a time. Maybe 20 minutes per hour. So 20 minutes on, 40 minutes off, 20 minutes on, 40 off, etc for a few hours and keep it elevated. Use Icy-Hot if you think it'll be beneficial. Try to isolate that arm and not use it very often when you do things. I'd give it about a week. If its REALLY bothering you, hit up a doc or go to an ER. That way you can at least have a definitive diagnosis. Beware, however, that I broke my ankle playing basketball when I was in high school, and years later I thought I rebroke it trying to help some underage snatches sneak out of a frat house from the cops and I landed funny hopping over a fence. Went to ER, expecting a rebreak, but nope. Just bad sprain. $600 for the xray to find that **** out. LOL.

Just take it easy mang. And come back better than ever.
 
Yeah bro some off days won't hurt you, just keep up with some cardio maybe. But def rest it, and if it still hurts get it check out. I hope it heals quickly and got you in my prayers. None of us like being down and out.

My guess is that it is most definitely tendonitis. I had the same issue and it compounded from being on an AI which of course can try out the joints and subject them to a little more wear and tear than you are used to. Lay off the weights for a while, pop some fish oil and super cissus, and definitely ice it to reduce the inflammation. I recently had this and i reduced the AI dosage and gave it some rest and it was gone in less than a week.

My body tells me generally when I'm dosing the AI a little too high. I start to feel like the rusty tin man. Push the cardio and work specifically on HIIT principals. It's unlikely to be anything serious but if it doesn't improve in about a week you probably want to hit the doctor. If it is in fact tendonitis you can always get some Icy/hot or some capsaicin cream. They tend to use up the substance-P near the injury and lessen the pain. I'm sure myself and a lot of the older guys on the forum can tell you all about tendonitis! Aging sucks!
 
You;ll be ok dude , just rest up and let it heal, if pain is too much maybe some Ibuprofen can help , if not go for some Bengue to ease the swelling and help the muscle get more relaxed , a nice hot shower might help too!! Keep it up , and keep us posted on the elbow status bro!
 
Thanks guys!! Yea I have my elbow on/off on ice...there's still a little pain...for now I'll just try to do cardio and abs for couple of days and see of it gets better...otherwise I'll see a doctor...thanks for the advise guy!!! Really appreciate it!!! It sux being injured :(
 
You'll be fine Punja. Just let it heal up. Don't be afraid to take a week to make sure it's fully functional. I have come back from injuries many times too soon and ended up taking a LOT longer to heal than I should have.

Man one whole week without gym...I'm gonna kill myself lol...it's too long and I'm addicted to gym lol...yea I'm gonna let it rest for couple of days...maybe I'll do some cardio and abs...is it ok to do leg workout or squats???

Careful with the squats , specially since Front and Back squats do require the arms for stability and might put some stress on the elbows , even Hack Squats will put effort in it since it will be fully extended and under tension from the bar. If you wanna do some leg workout stick to Leg presses , extensions and curls , listen to Axilist , don't stress the elbow atm , this could heal up fairly quick in some days , but if you keep punishing it , it might take longer or actually cause some real damage buddy! I know what you mean , whenever I gotta take a break from the gym it kills me! My whole day sucks without it , but we gotta remember , the most precious possession we got is our body dude , and we gotta take care of it and listen to it!!

I was still able to do squats when I had elbow tendonitis so bad I could hardly even pick up my car keys. You may be able to still do squats, just make sure you listen to your body. I wouldn't do any front squats though. Definitely lay off anything upper body including deadlifts! I strained my shoulder this week and I made it my mission to do a massive cardio,core, and leg blasting week. Rest up and you'll be killing it again in a week! Just think how ripped you are going to be in a week with all that extra cardio!

Ok guys went to gym today after a day rest for my elbow...did kinda light weights and I was able to do smoothly...I was still feeling a little pain while I was lifting weights but it was manageable...not like day before yesterday...couldn't even move my arm...I'm glad my poor elbow getting better and it will be good as new in no time so I can kill those weights in gym...I weight myself today and it was 182lbs...but looking lean overall...maybe gained couple of pounds yesterday coz kinda ate unhealthy food...I was craving it really bad lol...so I still haven't received anything in mail...I font kno when I will get my 2nd month supply...I'm also out of erase pro....so from tomorrow I'll be taking no supplements until I receive my package...I hope it comes by tomorrow...and also tomorrow I'll be taking another day off gym so I can fully recover my elbow....diet was good today...nothing extra cals or junk...everything going smooth and I'm happy that I went to gym today and lifts some weights...that made me feel really good and I'm all confidence again and ready to kill it on Friday...so here's my short workout detail :)

You californian Beast monster! I can barely do 4 reps on military behind the head at 135lbs and u rep em out like nothing!! DAMN! I gotta get stronger if I want those big arms buddy! Lol thanks bro!!! I was doing light and more reps coz of my elbow...the heaviest I did is 205lbs...and yea bro I do abs and cardio everyday...have to keep the stamina up!!! ;)

Haha as long as you are motivated and keep yourself focused on the goal anything is possible! Goes to show how much you really want it with this level of intensity dog! Good thing the gym gives back all you put into it haha!
 
DAY 33 REST

DAY 34 ARMS

After a day rest I felt good at gym...I still feel little pain while doing triceps exercise besides that everything was fine today...did light weights but lots of reps...coz of pain I didn't do that many triceps workout...going slowly till I recover 100%...still haven't received my anything in mail...hopefully i get something tomorrow....diet been good...still look pumped up all the time and looking vascular as fack....looking lean and i weight myself and it was 180lbs...that's good that I'm keep the weight but dropping fat and that's my goal is...so far it looks like I'm doing good...hopefully this month run will get me my six packs...really want my abs to come out more...that's it for now and here's my workout detail ;)

Good to hear your somewhat back at it bro, take your time! I had arms today too, amazing bump today for sure. Threw Agmatine that I won into the mix and damn I'm in love already! :-). Still got in some good cardio I see nice work.
