Would there be a reduced effect of the phenibut if combined with the Pr spray? I take phenibut prior to sleep, and saw that the Pr spray can be a suppressor of GABA activity.

I like it, just don't depend on it. I use it on rare occasion and it does relax me but too much and you'll feel it the next day
