Muscle separation - I felt really lean today. Arms, triceps and shoulder keep getting better separations. Abs look to be slightly leaner as well.
Vascularity - Had vein all over my arms during workout. Even saw one on biceps slightly. Too bad they went back in after an hour or so.
Strength - Felt strong !!! Will elaborate in comments.
Workout Energy - Slow start. Ridiculous finish.
Normal Energy - OK energy at work.
Libido - Going strong.
Joint Pains - None.
Skin - Less oily today. However, breakouts remain.

Ho hum day at work. OK energy. No sleepiness. Towards the end of the day, I wondered if I would be able to get in a good workout as energy subsided. Decided to warm up the body a bit at the batting cages. Seven rounds of 20 pitches and I was feeling good. Lacking the energy surge, I decided to add a little carb to my diet - raisin bagel with light cream cheese and DD coffee with cream only.

Arrived at the gym about an hour later and not knowing how much energy i was going to have, I started with the rows. The sets were very methodical like shoulders on Monday. I rested yesterday. What is going on ? I should have plenty of energy today !!! One set after another until I hit 10. I felt good, so I kept going. Hey, this could be my cardio thing again. I hit 14 sets and still felt strong. from this point forth, I supersetted with machine crunches. Kept going until it was tough to hold onto the handle. I was done. 24 sets of rows total. I felt great, but not much pump. I went to pulldowns then straight arm pulldowns. They were easy. They are usually not this easy. I am going to need to add weight. However, still no pump ! It was weird. I should have some kind of pump by now. Don't get me wrong...the muscles were hard, but they were not swole.

Don't know what got into me, but I walked over to the shoulder press machine. Warmed up with low weight then tried 200 Lbs again. My new PR for this lift at this weight - measured on Monday - was 12 reps. I pumped out 12 clean reps. YEAH ! Stripped down immediately to 120 and pushed up 12 more. Shoulders were pumped up like crazy ! Decided to do it again. Repeated 12 reps for 200 lbs and stripped down to 12 more reps at 120 lbs. What this tells me is that my strength gain on Monday was legit !

It's weird, but I started to feel the pump on my back at this point as well. I am alpha. No one could knock me down at this euphoric state !

Pumps all over upper body, but in a different way. Not blown up, but more like bigger, but harder with lot of definition. Damn, I wish I took some pictures.

Checked out the clock and saw there was 1 hour and 20 minutes to closing. Decided to do some cardio. Jumped on the machine for an hour for 1,251 calories burned. During cardio, I had incredible amount of energy. sweated like a pig again.

I was done and I was spent. My body was already sore all over. I love this feeling ! This is the kind of workout that makes you want to go back to the gym to do it again. That will teach me to have a rest day.

Came home and checked the scale. I am at 229.2 lbs. I know this will go up after replenishing fluids lost, but another good shot in the arm. as I type, I still feel the high.

Damn, wated a lot of time watching the triple overtime game (NHL playoffs). It's 1 AM already. Looks like sleepy day tomorrow.

My mind loves the playoffs - NBA and NHL. My body hates the playoffs as I am not getting enough sleep. My cortisol must be through the roof.

Comments:

Muscle separation - Few times I looked at the gym mirror, I saw a real separation between shoulders and arms.
Vascularity - Did not work upper body, but saw veins on front shoulders and biceps.
Strength - Couldn't tell if I was stronger since I did not baseline any leg exercises. 200 on leg press was easy. 250 were much harder, so I know I was on the right weight.
Workout Energy - Good energy at the gym. Nothing spectacular. I think cardio boosts it more than lifting.
Normal Energy - Good energy at work. Felt great !
Libido - No greeting this morning. Not worried.
Joint Pains - None.
Skin - Skin back to normal.

Slept 4 1/2 hours, but it did not affect me today at work. Felt great and confidence was high. When I got home, I did feel a bit tired, so I took a nap. Woke up and realized I did not have much time, so I got up and went to the gym. (50 minutes left till closing and I had a lot to do. Needed to squeeze 35 sets in)

My thing with legs is low weight with high volume. All the exercises felt great and I could not walk for about a minute before getting muscle spasms on my quads. took advantage of rests between sets to check out the mirror and saw nice veins on my front shoulder and arms (specifically biceps) My shoulders are really starting to pop out now as well.

I regretted taking the nap as I wanted to get cardio in as well. I am working from home tomorrow, so I am going to try to get to gym early in the AM for a quick 1 hour session on the elliptical.

Damn, woke up too late to goto gym.

Observation - DOMs on upper back, legs, shoulders and arms like I never had before.

Due to Wednesdays crazy workout ?

Never had this much muscle soreness this year that I can recall.

No pain on joints.

I am loving it !!!

Ahh good all soreness, lifters best friend haha good workout brother. Make sure you taking some BCAA's, they always help me with soreness.

Muscle separation - Any pose in the mirror shows shoulders and triceps. Looking for chest to catch up and abs to get leaner as well.

Workout Energy - Great energy today at the gym. 90 minutes did not seem that long.
Normal Energy - Well rested feeling all day working from home. : )
Libido - It's back !
Joint Pains - None.
Skin - Skin was oily again.

Felt good all day and energy at the gym was top notch again. Went for 90 minutes with NBA playoff on TV. It did not seem that long until I got to about 75th minutes. Still had plenty of energy to finish at good pace for 90 minutes. Any time I can burn 20 calories a minutes, I consider it an above average pace. Decent sweat, but no puddles.

However, I did sweat a quite a bit eating dinner. Added a lot of sri racha to my Pho. Sri racha is a spicy pepper sauce. Heat is always good for weight loss !!! If you guys have never tried pho, it is a beef or chicken broth soup with slow cooked meat added (chicken, beef, pork, tendons, shrimp, squid,...etc) Whatever you desire. It also has vermicelli noodles, sprouts, jalapeno peppers, basil, onions and scallions. The broth fills you up quickly and the soup with all the stuff is amazing. You mostly fill up on broth. Can't beat it for $6-$7. I usually don't get hungry for rest of the night. You can find it at a good Vietnamese restaurant.

My mood has been upbeat for the entire run and my GF loves it. She says I am more talkative and fun to hang around these days. I said, what do you mean these days !!!!!!

My confidence is high and it is positively affecting work as well. And if I break 225 at the end of this cycle, you will see me doing back flips.

I am getting pimples again and my face is back to oily. I hate these breakouts...

Tomorrow is softball....maybe I'll throw in some cardio in the AM as well. I am maintaining weight range at 229 lbs - 233 lbs right now. Would love to be at 226 lbs - 230 lbs next week.

Awesome post brother! Just got home from torney 2 and 2 and done lol. Tonight was my worst Friday night one pitch ever. I think I went 2/12 with 3 walks.

lol man I hit a stroker to the lc and I mean it went in 2 sec flat right to the mofo. Hate it when you hit a rope and it's right at em. I'll bounce bsck next game. Log looking good bro can't wait to see the updated pics.

Workout Energy - Full of energy at the softball game. I picked up some speed as I stretched a ball hit slightly to the right of CF into a double. I felt faster with ton of energy.
Normal Energy - Days of sleepiness gone ? Felt great all day.
Libido - Another test and another success with increased output.
Joint Pains - None.
Skin - Skin still oily.

On softball days, my mind seems to be on the game and nothing else. I know, get a life. I wake up fu of energy and ready to enjoy another day. A little overcast with chills and chance of rain.

My cardio fitness is definitely as good as its been for years. I think I am regaining so
E of my speed as well. Obama sharp ground ball to CF, he was surprised I got to 2B so fast. Normally I would have been thrown out and would have doubled over in the dugout. That is no longer the case. I went 2 for 3 and scored 2 runs. We lost 11-8. I drank 4 beers throughout the game. F me !

We practiced after the game and I immediately went to OF to shag fly balls trying to run down everything hoping to burn off the beer. I felt good but I know the bloat will stay with me a bit longer. Damn.

Went to eat out at and had a nice meal with my GF and had a satisfying night. ; )

Back to seriousness tomorrow. Pics and weight.

Yeah, that sucks since most softball fields don't have fences. They can play as deep as they want.

Normal Energy - I had 5 hours of sleep, but I felt good all day.

Skin - Skin was all kinds of oily.

Another strength test day. This time it is my shoulders on the machine press. I start the presses after about an hour of cardio. Cardio was good and sweat was back. Left puddles underneath my arms again as sweat dripped down to the floor. went to shoulder presses and did the initial 10 sets supersetted with lateral raises on machine. Got to set 11 and 180 lbs went up smoothly. Some effort was required. Now the test. I got up 8 pretty easily, then struggled on 9, 10 and 11. The 12th was a huge struggle and as I started to put up the 13th, I could feel my arms give. I closed my eyes and fought it back up all the way then went for 14th. No dice on 14th. Weight did not even budge off my shoulders. That's alright. Another week, another rep !!! I was so stressed at that point that I forgot to strip it down and blow it out. Oh well...

Now the vein on my front left shoulder makes a regular appearance and veins on arms are present more than ever. Shoulder workout makes them pump up like no other and I love the looks I get.

No one showed for volleyball. we only had 5 people. we decided to play ion the full volleyball court, 2 on 3. What a hell of a workout and a nice way to finish the day. Monday is definitely one of my favorite workout days.

My face was ridiculously oily today. I could also feel more breakouts coming.

I am going to hate the 8 week break from AI coming up.

I am showing gain in mass on shoulders and upper chest. This is probably because I lift heavy on those 2 parts only. Definition is coming in certain areas like arms and upper back. Also, the pictures are horrible and I have to find better lighting some where. I look much puffy-er than I am. I am very happy so far and I just started the second bottle few days ago.

I am 3 weeks in, so let's see what else Licogenix can do !!!

To all, my Sunday update was lost when the forum had issues. I don't want to rehash what I wrote so I will throw out some data here.

I am under 230lbs right now. I think the update came in at 229.6 lbs. almost 6 lbs lost so far.

I regressed on HS Incline Chest Press by 1 rep. It's still up 2 reps since start so I was ok with it. Libido is awesome, workout energy is unreal and libido is slightly improved over already high level.

Overall alpha feeling makes each day fun and I have been feeling rested on little sleep.

Thumbs up so far !!!

All cardio today. Although I felt good all day little sleep, I knew I was going to pay for it workout time. Went into the gym dragging. After 5 minutes, I thought this was going to be torture. Even with the game on, I kept looking at the time. Little spurts in the game got me to go bit faster at about 15 minute mark and energy started to build from that point on. Started sweating all over soaking through the warm ups I was wearing. Finished solid to regain my pace to get back upto average pace of 20 cals burned per minute.

I don't use PWO per se. I have taken fat burners that supposedly give energy prior to workout. Recently, I have taken Agmatine before workout. I have never had workout energy like this before. I have never experienced starting with low energy then having it build. Is this licogenix ? Has anyone noticed this as well ? I am really impressed since I did not expect it.

All day energy and feeling of euphoria and alpha is a normal thing now. My GF did say to watch it as I am getting a bit arrogant as well. I listen as she knows best. No joke. ; )

I went to Old navy to get some T-shirts and noticed veins that are now becoming permanent fixtures on my arms. The vein on front shoulder can be seen as well. The veins of course in a smaller scale. matter of time before they pop out !

I did not feel like going to the gym today. First day off from activity in 8 days. Killing that cortisol level. I am going to see what I can accomplish tomorrow and Friday. Need to get some cardio, back and legs in. Maybe another batting cage session. Looking to go to cages about 50 minutes away. Outdoor cages with fence 250 ft away as a target. They actually dare you to hit it over. If it is as advertised, it will be well worth the trip.

No exercise, so what can I talk about ?

Energy ! Just all around relaxed energetic days. I wonder what it would be like if I slept full 7-8 hours per day. looking forward to that when the playoffs end. Sorry, I am addicted to sports. I also have a very alpha feeling and confidence is sky high. Is it from improving health and just feeling good overall ? or is it something in Licogenix ? not sure if there is an answer, but synergetically, all is well.

Joint pain is not an issue. But then, I did not expect it since erase Pro did not bother me either. All the soft tissue (fat) around my joints truly helps I guess. j/k

My skin was not oily. Why do I continue to comment about this ? Unfortunately, even at 42, I tend to break out easily. It gets pretty bad when my T-level is high and I see it as a pretty good indicator for me. Just an observation, but my skin seems to get oily on workout days and on humid days. This is probably a natural reaction of skin to body temperature, but man it's disgusting when it gets bad. I can literally feel the oil on my face. OK, enough talk about skin.

I feel really good today as I type. Looking forward to killer workout tonight. I think I will hit the dungeon tonight since they are open 24 hours.
