Thanks for the compliment brother! My situation is kind of unique. I need to eat a ton just to maintain my weight. I currently get between 4300-4600 calories a day. I actually haven't done any cardio at all in a long time. I think the last time was around October. I used to do 15 minutes on the stairmaster after each workout and run a couple miles on Saturday and Sunday. I was having a hard time putting on weight so I dropped it completely and haven't added any back yet. All I do is lift 5-6 days a week for 45mins-1hour 15mins. My diet is pretty repetitive for cost and convenience purposes. It's mostly chicken, oats, tuna, salad, veggies, yogurt, and whey (a lot of all of them). There's not a lot of variety, but I have a bunch of different yogurt dressings and marinades to switch the flavors up every day. I also usually have a protein bar or two (Quest or VPX Zero Impact) on most days. I'll put olive oil on my veggies for extra calories/taste and I'm not afraid to eat junk to help hit my daily calorie goals. The crap food is usually planned into my totals beforehand. I have the majority of what I'm going to eat planned the night before. It's not hard to keep up with because it doesn't change much. I haven't drank alcohol in over a year and rarely drink anything but water. I don't know how well this would work for someone else, but after a lot of trial and error, I found it a decent approach for reaching my current goals. It looks like you're already doing a great job reaching your goal with your current routine.

Good God bro's I'd die with that much cals lol. I know your situation thought, I just gain weight to darn fast. Gota say though I'm down to 230 for first time in 7 years, and finally can fit into some xl shirts again.

DAY 25 SHOULDERS

Ok guys another awesome workout today but I was really exhausted...today was my 4th day gym in row...I usually do 3days gym and a day off for rest...well I'm gonna take a day off tomorrow...really feeling tired...I think my muscles deserve some rest lol...so today did shoulder and did great!!! Diet been on spot and I'm getting stronger...c20 and erase pro working great!!! Really leaning out...jack3d really making me push myself to limits...really getting crazy energy even I work all day and go to gym at night...after taking jack3d I feel like a fresh new man...really love that stuff!!! I really need to stock up before it all gone lol...ok so tomorrow will be my rest day and I'll be relaxing and watching LAKERS game at bar...maybe gonna have a beer or two...don't kno...so I'll update on Friday...here's my workout detail :)

I need to try shrugs. I am so skeptical with having that surgery in Jan. For me side laterials kill me but every other shoulder exercise I have no issues. Solid lifts again brother!! Yeah weight now is 232!!

Ok guys yesterday was my off day from gym and I had fun all day with my date...did some shopping and watched the LAKERS game...facking sux they lost but had a great time with my gf....

Today suppose to be my arms day but since morning I had huge headache for some reason maybe it's the beer I had watching the game...coz of that my day wasn't that good and I had to work all day with a big headache...I was ****ing pissed as well...took some pain killer but didn't work do I decided to ski the gym and continue my arms workout tomorrow...I do wanted to go to gym...I was pumped and was feeling the aggression of lifting weights but my headache facked sh1t up...so sorry guys but I'll go to gym tomorrow with a BANG and work my azz off...I promise!!! :)
 
Probably some much needed rest anyway man! I noticed after rest days on c20 I actually was more and more cut up each time! Do you also notice that? Almost seems as if c20 jump starts your metabolism quite a bit because I ate like crazy but kept it clean and dropped bf! Ideal I you ask me! Even on cheat days the effects weren't nearly as bad as when I'm not on anything.

Kill it tomorrow!!
 
Good thing you think a rest dude oO u deserved it and some time with the girl is good haha , with the crazy amount of volume you do and all the intensity of your workouts this rest days will actually be for the best :p and I'm sure that you will train even harder when you're back! xD

Gotta love those rest days dude. I just slept for 9 hours and woke up feeling ****ing fantastic. Secreted all that GH last night and my body needed it very badly. Sleep is when we grow, lifting is when we tear down. Gotta hook that body up. You're killin' it bro. SHORTY.

DAY 29 BACK

Ok guys today worked long azz shift at work was really tired but still went to gym and did kinda light weight coz since this morning my left elbow is really in pain and it looks swollen...I put my elbow on top of anything it hurts like mf...I think I over did it yesterday on triceps ext. that's were my elbow got facked up...but still went to gym did light weight...I'm gonna have to put my elbow on ice all night and hopefully it gets better by tomorrow coz I really can afford to miss gym...I hope I didn't broke my elbow coz it hurts...and one more thing I only got one day of c20 and prime left and I think 3 or 4 days worth erase pro...also almost out of jack3d and mordern BCAA...hopefully my extra month supps comes by tomorrow or I'll be facked lol...if both then I have to workout with supps till it arrives...so as I said I did light back coz of my elbow so i did extra abs...first time I only workout for hour and half lol...here's my workout detail...

Yep. I knew it was going to kill my motivation in the gym until I got it straightened out. I'm not drinking right now (alcohol free for 3 weeks! Nothing til the bachelor party ;)) and I'd rather go home, have make up sex, and pass out... but the fiance and I are doing a "no-sex" for the three months leading up to our wedding. Sucks balls.

Make up sex is the best!!! Sux for you bro lol...and yea I been thur all the fighting and ****...and I tried going to gym and it's not the same...I feel really low at gym...can't run, can't lift...life looks like **** lol
