Came here to take it up a level: looking to summer bulk

ginger man

New member
Hey y'all, first post here.

Straight to it: I am 5'9" 160lbs at about 13% bf (estimate, 6 abs show, little bit of fat in hips) 21 yrs old. I started out at 130lbs back in my competitive tennis days, and have gained alot via reading, eating, sleeping, and lifting my tits off. I am an ectomorph, so gains come slow, but I am not one to whine about being skinny. I am notorious for going harder than anyone I know in the gym (including some of my friends who are on legit gear)

I have come far in 4 years with protein, creatine (blends), multis, BCAAs, fish oils, even Arachidonic Acid recently (X Factor Advanced) -- the usual slew of regular stuff.

I came to this forum to take it up a level. I do not want to go PH, I am not educated enough (yet). I was hoping y'all could help. I am not afraid to go hormonal, just don't want to mess around with PCT (unless its super mild like LG natadrol), nor do I want concerning sides like pumps or even a hint of gyno, shut down or anything of that sort.

My diet is in line, most of the time. I carb cycle almost all the time bulk or cut, and have my macros and such in tune. My lifts are fair.

The big three, no straps, shirts or suits:

Bench- 235
Squat- 265
Deadlift- 355

Measurements:

Waist- 32
Chest- 43
Arm- 14 (need some serious work)
Thigh- 22.5
Calf- 14

Thanks very much in advance, I look forward to integrating into this community.

Peace,
ginger

can someone not point me in the direction above the usual creatine/protein/bcaa/multi but below PHs to put on some mass?

Did you see good results from X-factor? I came in here to suggest that. Also, you could look into Anabeta/DAA/Erase, which is a common natty stack seen on the boards here.

As you know, diet is going to be the main factor that attributes to size gain. It seems like you have your staples down. X-factor + Bioforge would be a solid combination to add to your stack.

Ditch the BCAAs on a bulk.
I'd also ditch a multi on a bulk given the surplus of nutrients. Save both of these for your next cut.

Get 3g combined epa/dha daily via fish oil.
Add SNS Beta-alanine caps and take 4 of them split up throughout the day.

Then check out DS Triazole, SNS DAA, or both.

I am an IFer and i find this offensive :p! hahaha JK coop , but just in curiousity why ditch the BCAA's on a bulk? Because I have em and like em on my bulk too oO

If you are IFing, keep the BCAAs for the preworkout dose. Admittedly, BCAAs are poorly researched in true training populations with high protein diets, but there is at least data showing a benefit during a cutting period.

Thanks buddy! :3!

I did, but I did not really like the joint pain. Like clockwork both times I used it my knees would hurt even if I was just in bed or sitting.

DAA Erase Anabeta is likely going to be my next route

I have been on the fence on BF for quite some time now. I plan to read, read and then read and make a decision in the next two weeks or so.

interesting, never thought of that but I guess it makes sense. thanks

DAA, anabeta, erase. You won't be disappointed lol.

just to clarify, with these together... no puff nips or anything like that right? I mean i know everyone reacts differently but just generally speaking

Thanks for the input guys

anabeta elite for mass. natural, no sides, no pct required.
if you toss in erase pro you will lose bf% at the same time- ie a lean bulk.
Throw a DAA product in there (i like litup prew/o).. just tried wyked prew/o too i like that.. or even something like intimidate (i believe that is a DAAproduct) and you're SET..
honestly 2 months of ABE + EP= win

At 21 I say if you have to try something go with Anabeta. But Coop can correct me if I'm wrong just stick with your basics that you have now plus fish oil, beta alanine, LCLT and some COP help his endurance also.

Some people report almost no effect from DAA, but personally when I stacked DAA with erase, or took it alone, I saw amazing boosts in recovery, muscle composition, ability to build new muscle, and mentality in the gym. The thing is I wasnt really lacking in any of those categories, except building new muscle. Im very lean and always have been. I would definitely try DAA/Erase, or DAA/Erase/Anabeta. If you think you macros are in check I would honestly push the envelope with you diet, I mean eating more if you have a high metabolism can rarely hurt you in the grand scheme of things.

Yeah, erase is an aromatase inhibitor, so it's designed to supress estrogen. Low estrogen=no puffy nips.

thank you for the clarification, and thank you all for the responses. I decided to go with natadrol and the 'necessary' formadrol PCT as my first bout with hormonal supplements. I will be keeping an updated log starting today. when I say updated, I actually mean I log just about all of my workouts... not one big first post and then like 3 others saying '...sorry for not posting in a while' :)
