PES Anabeta / USPLabs Prime ... the Stack!

Thanks JD..

Day 15:

Workout: Biceps / Triceps / Calves

Preacher Curls - 4 x 10
Hammer Curls - 4 x 10
**EZ Bar Curls - 7 x 12
Close-grip Bench Press - 4 x 10
Overhead Rope Extensions - 4 x 12
**Pushdowns - 7 x 15
Standing Calf Raises 4 x 15 (2 sets toes in, 2 sets toes out)
**Standing Calf Raises 7 x 15

Cardio - 5km run

Overall Feeling: Decent today...not as good as Fri/Sat though.. perhaps the day off yesterday took me out of the game a little..
Aggression: 5
Energy: 6 didn't feel overly motivated this morning, but pushed through everything hard.
Libido: 4
Endurance: 6
Strength: 7
Pump: 8 another great pump in my biceps though..
Vascularity: 8 arms were like road maps by the end of my sets..
Recovery: 9 totally recovered this morning
Sleep Quality: 10 I am sleeping very well... didn't wanna get up this morning!
Appetite: 9 ... this is becoming the 'See It, Eat It stack'... going to try to keep it a bit more dialed in this week though..

Two Week Assessment:

I do notice a change.. definitely more hardness in major muscle groups, especially chest, also hadn't said anything to my wife, but she commented the other day how much harder my back felt... Also noticing some 'rippling' for lack of a better term in my delts.

Appetite is up and for the most part energy/endurance/recover/sleep quality are all up.

Starting to notice a bit more vascularity as well as a good pump after my workouts..

Libido went down almost right away, and has not come back yet...but noticed others said in the 3rd week that increased so hoping to enjoy that side effect.

Dosing Change (I have enough left for 31 days of each)

After some conversation with others I have decided to change the following:

ANABETA: Was dosing at 4 per day (1,1,1,1) changing that to 6 per day (2pre, 2 post, 2 dinner)
PRIME: Was dosing at 6 per day (2,2,2) changing to 9/6 (2 off days will be 2/2/2) rest of week will be (3pre, 2post, 2lunch, 2dinner)

May o suggest switching the pushdowns do a set of 4 Nd doing overhead ext for 7's.. You're supposedto use a "stretch" position exercise for sevens to stretch the fascia.. Bet you'll feel crazy soreness and see improved size and fullness :)

Definitely.. appreciate the advice. I will do that on Thursday for my 7's...and let you know how it goes. Would you suggest using a two handed dumbbell overhead extension or bent over rope extension?

I've done crushers and overhead rope extensions (standing straight up) db overhead would definitely work too I'm assuming

Just checking your log. Amazing how different we both responded. My libido went through the roof where yours continues to tank. My recovery, vascularity, and pump was less than exciting but you seem to be responding really well. Just finished up my Prime tonight and will be posting final results after I weigh in tomorrow with a reflection. Good luck with the rest of your run, I know I was pleasently surprised by the stack.

I am still hopeful that libido will change.. I have noticed pretty damn good vasularity, pump and recovery for sure.. funny it did legs today, after work.. my triceps were pumped right up.. (I'm a network admin so certainly not a physically demanding job)...

How much Anabeta do you have left? Are you running anything else with it? Curious to see results with Anabeta alone.

I am kicking it up beyond the dosing on the label to see what i can take away from it over the next month.

I have 19 days left of the AnaBeta at 4 per day. I doubt I will up the dosage as I am afraid of making the black hole that much larger along with the grocery bill, lol.

I'll be stacking what is left with iForce's Intimidate (which I absolutely love) and giving SNS Agmatine a try for a full 60 days. This will take me up through mid-June when I roll Primoridal Performance for a full 12 weeks. God I love summer!

Day 17 - OFF

Sleep Quality: This stuff certainly gives me a restful sleep...7 hours..
Appetite: 8 ..my sons 17th birthday today..so we took him to a buffet.. I dare say there will be no black hole tonight boys!!! lol

Just checked out Intimidate ... sounds like an interesting version of DAA... really effective compared to the normal DAA i take it?

Which Primoridal Perf. do you use?

I like Intimidate for the deep sleep I get as well as, what seems to me, is a lot faster recovery from lifting heavy all the time. Going to running it for 8 weeks so I hope I might see the some additional size and strength gains. Not going to hold my breath, I usually go into using things with a closed mind and walk away with something to smile about.

As for PP - I stacked Lean and Hard last summer to get my recomp on, as well as to get me back into the iron game. I really enjoyed the stack to the point where I will be running Mass, Hard, and Drive with their TRS for a total of 12 weeks. If you're curious, here's my log from last summer:
http://anabolicminds.com/forum/supplement-reviews-logs/182997-phat-guys-al.html
Was my first log for AM and was kept as a reflection. Still not sure if I will keep an open or closed log for the big one coming up.

Good luck on the rest of your stack. I'll keep it on the radar.

Thanks man. I will definitely check out your log from last summer. Also, you should log it..even a weekly update kinda thing.. would be very interested in reading. The p.p stuff is quite expensive so I would like to see what it really can do...

Hooray for morning wood, all homo..

As for the dosing increase... Did u REALLY think your strength would drop or stay the same?? ;)

It's probably a weight dependent thing, at 5'7" 160-165, the standard dosing works well for me.. Cannot recall your weight but I know you're not my size lol.
Personally am in workout limbo.. This week has been not so great for me, stuck between routines for 3 weeks so trying different stuff out.. Diet is getting carb heavy and motivation is all time low coupled with OCD about routines and lifts... The dreaded 'itis' is in full swing.. Usually means it's time for a week off .. Been goin full on since feb 15. Skipped my scheduled off week and paying for it. You're welcome for my diary update :)

Day 20: Shoulders, Biceps

Preworkout: Iforce Maximize Intense (1 scoop)
Taste: 4/10 - was Fruit punch flavour, but had a really strong taste to it (not fruit punch strong).
Mixability: 9/10 - only a couple of crystals left after a good shake
PUMP: 9/10 - my deltoids looked like rocks on my shoulders was nice..very hard looking pump
Workout Energy: 10/10 - I was pretty much bouncing off the walls with this stuff....awesome energy, almost excitement for lack of a better term for the entire workout..
Crash: None to report, seemed to come down evenly and went about the rest of my day.
Recommend: Definitely..

Military Press: 4 x 8 (last set was 20lbs higher than last week)
Front Raises: 4 x 10
** Side Lateral Raises: 7 x 10

Incline Alternating Dumbbell Curls: 4 x 10
**Preacher Curls: 7 x 10 (last 4 sets up 10)

F@g... just kidding dude..

Loving the new dose in that case!

I am 5'11 215 ( I haven't weighed myself since the start of the stack, I will at the end of week 8. But because I was a big heavy guy at one time (365 - 4 years ago) if I way myself now and I am up a few pounds I will starve myself.

How often do you take a week off? I hear you about OCD about routines/lifting/supplement dosing/timing.. I tend to drive myself mental...

You always have a good/entertaining diary Cam...lol

Lol well for about 3 years I went 5-7 days a week, only missing when SO sick o couldn't move, and holidays IF gym was closed. But recently I've been trying to plan an off week every 6-8 weeks to reset the body and mind.. Max 12 weeks. Especially all the cardio n stuff.. Body adapts n no amount if supps or changes to a routine will work unless u just flat out stop for a few days

Same, every few months I take a week off of lifting and all supps to flush it all out of my system. Usually do it before a 8-12 week stack.

I will keep that in mind.. Upto about 4 months ago, I went almost 2 years without stopping.. but that is probably why i didnt progress for the longest time..

Platues suck. That's when I try to mix my workouts and lifts up each week. My flaw is I always go heavy. I need a week to decompress and do light weight and high reps sometime... Hmm, maybe May, lol.

Yes the back off week sucks! I havent had one of those in a while... Mine will be either the week after the stack ends or the week after that..

Thoughts on Cardio... currently I am running 6 days a week in the morning in a fasted state. I take Sundays off.. My right knee has been causing me some grief lately.. just sore in the joint. I am wondering if there would be any benefit to running 3 on 1 off... as a 4 day cycle. The pessimist in me feels that is lazy though... any thoughts?

I'm not sure how you feel about adding another supp to you regimen, but Supper Cissus really helped with my knee problems due to sprints. Gave me a feeling of better fluidity and range of motion.

Cissus is one way to go as stated above.. Very stackable product. I would ask how Long have you Breen following this cardio protocol?? 6 days a week of pounding the pavement would take a toll on anyone! You could KEEP your 6 on 1 off schedule, however I think the best way to do so would be alternate running like u do with an elliptical or stairmaster! You can keep your running, keep your 6 days on, and alleviate the constant pounding on the joints! If you're going for fat loss, I would consider some interval training as well.. I love it and rarely do steady state cardio anymore!

Thanks I am certainly willing to give that a try...

I would have to say I have been running 6 on / 1 off for 3.5 years.. I do not have access to a stairmaster or elliptical as I don't go to a gym. I have a smith rack and power rack in my garage, as well as a treadmill (but really prefer running outdoors). I will give interval training a try though.. thanks Cam.

Crash: None to report
Recommend: Not as noticeable an effect as Flashover, Maximize Intense, Superpump250, or Jack3d but I did like the clean energy.. I will try two scoops on another workout and comment. I would recommend yes, for a change to the daily pre-workout.

Appetite: 7 the black hole has subsided

Yea, I'm just past the 7 week mark on the Anabeta and have noticed that the black hole has subsided a lot.

When one black hole closes, another one opens. Day 3 of ab elite... Omg. I can't stop eating even when painfully full.. Veins popping like crazy, no bloat or bf increase though

Feel free to have the black hole - it was a pain in the ass lol...

Too early to compare to original Anabeta? Gotta love the vascularity!

Day 32: Back, Calves

Sh*t workout and two days in a row to boot! No energy, no motivation - very strange.

I am not sure if I am feeling a bit ill or perhaps tweaked something in my stomach during the last chest workout. Where the rib cage meets in tn an upside down V (mid-torso) - I have pain. After my first couple of sets of bench the other day when I sat up I felt somewhat of a strange pull in that region. Been sore ever since. This morning during my run - I actually had to stop 3 times as it was very uncomfortable. Didn't really affect back workout much, just felt lethargic/wiped ... but as I sit here and type I can feel it. I also have a feeling of nausea that comes and goes..

Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns: 4 x 12
- Supersetted with Reverse Grip Pulldowns: 4 x 10
One Arm Dumbbell Rows: 4 x 10
Seated Cable Row: 3 x 8
Deadlifts: 8,5,5,5,5
** V-bar Pulldowns: 7 x 12
Standing Calves: 4 x 15 (Toes in/out)
**Calves Machine: 7 x 15
Abs: none due to the above abdominal pain.

Cardio: cut short at 3.5km
