Weight gaining

Hello well I'm new to this website. My boss told me everyone is very helpful so I was wondering what kinda of weight gainers are good
I'm 21 about 6 foot and weight about 152 can anyone help me out please email me or whatever it is ASAP
 
Yeah but of what tho I've been working out and trying to eat right but I feel like I'm not gaining any mass or muscle

EAT,EAT,EAT, and when you think youre stomach is going to explode...eat some more lol. Like I a=say, Keep it Clean and Keep it lean. High Carbs, High Protein, and decent amount of fats. Diet is number one.

How long have you been working out?

What other, if any, supplements do you take currently?

How is training?

I took weight gainers for a long time...I mean months at a time everyday. 1000 calories, 60g of protein, 124g of carbs, etc. and now I regret it. I abused them because I noticed I was swelling up and I loved it I continued. Then I got a pat on the bellyu from a freidn saying I looked like I was preggo...I felt horrible. Weight gainers to me put on too much in the mid-section, but thats IMO.

2 Scoops Protein powder
Half cup Oats
2 tbspn Natural peanut butter
1 Banana
Glass of Whole milk

Mix up all of these up, itll be easiest if you have something like a magic bullet. This is a ton of calories, and it'll save you so much money in the long run vs buying weight gainers.
 
I train hard like really and I take just a protein and it is called myofusion advance muscle building and I know I need to eat more
 
an easy homemade gainer is whey+peanut butter+fruit+whole milk........whey, pb, fruit, nesquick, little honey, milk is my go to shake
