Log: Having fun with Havoc (1st cycle)!

Yeah, it's already feelin' a little better so hopefully I'll be able to squat tomorrow. Can't wait to see what upped dosage of Havoc brings to the game, especially when I'll take 20mg preworkout.

Right now I'm doing everything I can to speed the healing process: as I write, I'm eating huge burger and shytload of french fries :D

Take ibuprofen, ice/heat and warm it up before you're workouts. I have learned the hard way how bad shoulder injuries are.

One word: AWESOME! It went much better than expected even though I ate less carbs PWO than usually. This was the first sign of strength gains :) I did 3 reps more than my previous record was.

Pump was awesome, lunges killed my legs again.

Other notes: I took 20mg preworkout. I got a little headache but it subsided soon and was replaced with awesome drive and motivation at the gym!

Seems like I'm getting dryer. Abs are becoming more visible (probably water going away) and elbows are get a little bit stiffier but nothing too bad yet. Other than that, no sides to report.. Except libido is getting even better :)

Awesome workout again. Strength is definitely going up and recovery time between sets is getting shorter. Pump was phenomenal.

Other notes: again, no sides to report. I'll go to Lapland next Friday so I won't be able to hit the gym there until Sunday or Monday when I come back home.. So I decided that I will skip rest days until that and train more days in row. Shouldn't be a problem, my recovery seems to be quite good now when I'm on Havoc and eating a lot. But now I'll go and have fun with my motorbike!

Libido is still in tact.

I don't really count calories but I'm getting prolly well over 4000 right now (+300g protein, 400-500g carbs and shytload of healthy and not-so-healthy fats). It's hard to say what my maintenance calories are cause I spent last 9 months in the army so following strict diet was impossible.. I'm eating more than maintenance and that's all what matters for me :)

Even though I don't count calories strictly, my diet is almost the same every day and it seems to work fine at this point. When I stop gaining, I'll just eat more if possible. And I won't stop eating big when the cycle is over. I want to make these gains mine.

Easiest way for me to get calories is to eat quark and yoghurt and drink milk. From these I'm already getting 2120 calories if I drink 2 litres of milk per day.. 160g protein, 230g carbs and rest comes from fat.. And on top of that I consume olive oil and eat 3 more solid meals (tuna, dark bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, chicken, fish, red meat) per day + post workout shake.

Workout was okay. Back felt strong and those chins were really explosive. This workout took longer than usually because there was an old friend of mine in the gym.. Delts tomorrow, can't wait :) I really enjoy training delts even though they are one of my weakest body parts.

Other notes: Nothing special to mention except my dreams have been really weird for last couple of nights. I don't know if it is Havoc or GHenerate messing with my head though.. That elbow stiffiness has gone away, maybe it was just because those dropsets I did for triceps.. Or maybe large amount of fish oil and glucosamine are doing their job.

Funny, just yesterday I was listening to superhumanradio and Dr. John Crisler commented that everyone running AAS should supplement with DHEA because AAS suppress your natural DHT levels and may cause for ex. lethargy

Yeah, I know that some kind of test/dht-base would be good no matter what compound you're using.. For what I've read, DHEA isn't very good option because it converts much better to estrogen than it does to testosterone/dihydrotestosterone.. 4-DHEA or some kind of DHT-base would be better..

I actually have a bottle of D-Plex (basically a precursor to methylated DHT) on hand but I won't use it until lethargy becomes unbearable and it's not that bad yet. After all, D-Plex is methylated compound just like Havoc and I wouldn't want to hurt my liver too bad.. I've been thinking about using D-Plex stacked with Estrabolan (prodienolone) at spring 2013 when I already have two cycles under my belt if everything goes well.

It's sad that Primordial's products are so expensive, IMO they'd be good options for test/dht bases but I wouldn't want to pay, like, 120 euros for 4 weeks of Androhard :D And of course there is AMS 4-AD and CEL Stanodrol but they're kinda pricey too..
 
I just did a little googling and found a product called Pro-Stano by Dragon Nutrition (they have M1T too). It's available in many UK stores so I may stock up on that at some point. Not too expensive either - 100x200mg costs 29 GBP. Two bottles needed for a cycle.. It's a clone of CEL Stanodrol.

Look into transdermal DHEA like BPS Dermacrine or RS Transaderm, I've read that the absorption is ~20x better than oral based DHEA + it converts more to anabolic / androgenic hormones because the skin is highly concentrated with steroid-converting enzymes that catalyze the conversion of DHEA to more powerful hormones.

It wouldn't help with this cycle because the cycle would be almost over when the product arrives here if I ordered it.. I think lethargy won't be a big deal and if it becomes too bad, I'll just add low dose D-Plex (maybe 75mg) to the mix even though it is methylated. I've seen people doing much crazier stacks :)

EDIT: I just sold few bottles from my stash to a friend of mine.. 1 bottle of M-LMG and 3 bottles of Delta-2. I'm curious to see how he reacts to that stack :) And now I can buy few interesting items to my own stash :) I've been already trying to decide what cycle I should run next (august or september), maybe Helladrol, ramping up to 100 or even 125mg/day if I can handle side-effects?

I didn't have enough time to do full workout but I think front squat is easily the best exercise for my legs so I'm happy that I had enough time to do it. And I can feel it in my legs that I did something :) Even last set was quite easy, my weak link seems to be that I struggle to keep my elbows up. Legs could've done few more reps.

Rest day tomorrow and maybe even on Sunday because I'll go to Lapland with my friends. I'll take few protein bars with me cuz but still I'm sure that I won't be able to eat enough when I'm there.. But I'm not too worried about it, it may be mentally good for me to not eat so much every day :D

Other notes: Gotta start taking more vit C, my nose is runny right now.. 2 weeks gone, 4 more to go :) +7.5lbs right now, I'm very happy with that! Hopefully I'll gain at least 3-4 pounds more during next 4 weeks..

I wasn't very motivated to hit the gym today but I'm happy I did. Workout was okay. I decided to do paused front squats instead of usual long sets of them, it felt good and I may continue doing them that way at deadlift days.

Not for me :( Before my back injyry I did these sets with much bigger weights, I was gonna compete on May. Gotta build my way back to those weights slowly.. I think I'm gonna try some heavier singles at some point of this cycle though :) I know I'd probably be able to handle my previous weights already but I don't want to risk it.

Welcome :)

Disturbed sleep at first 2 weeks and minor headaches first few days but all of those have subsided by now. Appetite has increased a little which is not a bad thing for me at least. Libido has gotten even better which can cause problems for some people :D

Today I noticed few pimples in my upper back but can't call that acne yet..

This has been very smooth cycle so far, I expected to have more sides. Let's see how this lethargy turns out when I start morning shifts next Thursday - if I feel too lethargic, I'll start taking 75mg D-Plex ED and hope that it takes care of it.
 
Thats awesome that you've gotten very minimal sides. I can't wait to run havoc. I'm also planning on running anabeta in pct and possibly erase on top of a serm.

Anabeta could be really nice addition to traditional PCT protocol.. I have 1 bottle of it currently but been thinking about buying another bottle so I could run it at 6 caps a day for 6 weeks to stabilize gains from this cycle..

I felt lethargic at the gym but strength was still there and I started to feel better towards the end of the workout. Pump was great in my rear delts.. better than ever.

Other notes: I will decide tomorrow if I start taking D-Plex or not. This lethargy is annoying but is D-Plex worth putting my liver under more stress? Last 3 weeks I would be on 50mg of Havoc (I'll up the dose on Sunday) and 75mg of D-Plex, is that too much? Guys, I need your opinions!
 
Personally, I think you would be fine. I know a couple guys who always bridge epi and SD overlapping them 1-2 weeks. I think dplex and epi for 3 weeks will be fine. That's just my opinion, others may disagree
 
Now I decided it. Tomorrow I'll start taking 75mg D-Plex till the end of the cycle. Hopefully that will take care of lethargy. If/when I run a cycle next time, if I decide to run a methylated compound, I'll probably stack it with Stano. This first cycle is a learning experience :)

And from now I'll be eating 7 meals a day because I start working as glazier again.

I've been coughing all day so I decided not to hit the gym today. I upped my vit C intake to 2g a day and vit D intake to 3000IU a day. Hopefully it helps, I'd hate to get full-blown flu..

I decided to limit my fat intake a little and instead start eating little more protein and carbs.. 4 big meals and 3 smaller meals a day.

I was very, very tired after work today but because I felt a little better than yesterday, I decided to hit the gym. I took 20mg of Havoc and 25mg of D-Plex and that made me sooo hungry! I ate huge pile of spaghetti bolognese as preworkout meal and was hungry again an hour later. I felt like a beast at the gym and this was first workout in long time that I felt absolutely no forearm pain when I did chin-ups!

Other notes: I doubled my taurine intake. Lower is pumped at work all the time. Other than that and flu everything is well and I like what I see in the mirror. It's 4 days long weekend now so I'll train, eat and just relax so that I could get that flu out of my system!

Libido is good but I won't post any libido checks right now because I'm hungry. 250 grams of quark and 500 grams of yoghurt are there waiting for me :)

I felt like crap when I woke up so I decided to just rest. Body temp is little high right now so I dropped D-Plex completely and took just 1 cap of Havoc with breakfast because my immune system is under stress right now. Hopefully this flu will be over soon.

Other notes: I had bad night sweats last night. I woke up many times pouring in sweat. I think I lost, like, pounds of waterweight in one night but I'm still up almost 9lbs.
 
Man, sorry to hear your not feeling good. It sucks getting sick in the middle of a cycle. Hopefully you will start feeling better soon and be able to crush it for the last part of your cycle.

Yea, if your feeling better I would work back up to 60mg for the last part. I am starting an epi cycle in not too much longer and am planning on taking it up to 60mg for the last two weeks.
 
When did you start D-Plex and when did you get sick?

Both happened on thursday. I don't know if it has anything to do with D-Plex because I felt sick on Thursday morning before I even took first setving of D-Plex. But it's still possible that I won't reintroduce D-Plex to my body during this cycle. Better safe than sorry.

Yesterday I ate about 3000kcals but today I'll try to eat like I usually do so that I'll be able to kill that shyt tomorrow in the gym :)

I'm not at 100% yet but this was definitely an awesome workout. I took it easier than usually because I was out of breath all the time but weight felt still light. My friend bought Slingshot and I tried it - this was first time since 2009 that I did wide grip bench press. It felt awesome, lifts were really explosive. I will buy Slingshot too.
 
I just ordered two different Ballistas :) For those of you who don't know what Ballista is, it is a clone of "Slingshot". Hopefully it arrives soon, I'd like to try benching some bigger weights before this cycle ends!
