time between sarms?

13 mg of ostraine is what im working.lets just say a 4 week cycle. How long should I take off of ostraine before getting back on. If I like it there is a strong posibility that I will do sarms instead of ph's. Much thanks.
 
Bumping this. Interested in this answer and also is it ok to go straight from ph cycle to sarm back to ph. Was going to run ostra through pct and for like 10 weeks after. Should I take a couple weeks off to give my receptors a break?

Ostarine has been known to raise estrogen levels and lower testosterone. If you do a 4 week cycle at 13 mgs you might still have high e and lower t so its probably a good idea to pct or atleast get blood work done. I just did 4 weeks at 25 and im sure as **** I need to pct usualy inhibit e and daa would work well enough but I wont reccomend anyone who asks this question (bc if you dont ask you dont care) to skip pct, or use ostarine in pct after a hormonal. But by all means check for your self and get blood work done. You may not feel like you need to pct or take time off because it is so mild I know I didnt after my first time because ppl said you didnt have to but a year and 4 cycles average 5-6 weeks long later I feel shut down after 4 weeks.
 
To answer the question I would try time on + pct= time off. Ostarine might not really compare to aas but if its real your veins will pop by week 3 and you will only feel better from there on.
 
Also is it liver safe?
 
4 weeks at 13 mgs should be alright using some liv52 or nac would be a good idea. I can tottaly see why people want to run this in pct or bridge with it if they never come off because it is worth taking but there are still a lot of unknowns.
 
Pyro keep us all updated please if u start this and do bloods. I was looking at running about same dose u were looking at.

Have a pct log going. I went with 6 mgs
