DAY 25 REST

DAY 26 SHOULDERS

Ok guys had a great workout...really pushed myself this time...tried 85lbs db shoulder press this time and I did it!!! But only able to do 2 on second attempt...atleast I kno I'm getting strong...diet been good today and I checked my weight today and I gained 3lbs...now I weight 182lbs...I think cheat day is helping me put on some weight...Licogenix working great...6caps can really make a big difference...looking dry and lean...no joints issue or anything but still getting acne...I think it's from Licogenix...have a long day at work tomorrow...have to wake up in 5hrs...I nvr get enough sleep on weekends plus I got long shifts and plus gym...really get tired...well that's it for now...heres my workout detail!!!

DAY 27 LEGS AND ABS

After a long day at work plus last nite workout got me so tired that I didn't feel like going to gym...but I pushed myself and went to gym and had a awesome workout...not very long workout this time only about 2hrs...still I did enough in this 2hrs...more weights than last week for sure...way more!!! Diet not been too good today...didn't ate much...some protein shakes and some oatmeal that's about it...have a long day at work tomorrow as well but rest day from gym...can't wait to get some good sleep...last nite only able to get 4hrs and maybe same tonite...anyway no joints issue but still getting acne...I wake up every morning with a new acne on my face lol...I think it's from 6caps of Licogenix...I was fine with 4caps...no acne issue at all...but 6caps make you feel dam good lol...and strong!!! Here's my workout detail...

DAY 29 ARMS

Ok guys had a awesome workout!!! Can't believe how strong I'm getting...yesterday was my last for pct...I weight myself and I weight 179lbs...lost 5lbs since my cycle...I still have couple more days with my Titanium, Division and Licogenix log. Diet was good today and yesterday...libido is up the roof and looking lean as fack lol...mood been great but still getting some acne tho...everything going great!!! Arms looks huge lol...first time I did 110lbs curl and triceps ext. with Ez bar...everyone at gym was staring at me coz everyday I'm just lifting more weights lol...here's my workout detail....

DAY 30 REST

Sorry didn't got chance to update yesterday...nyway I missed gym yesterday coz I was tired...I really wanted to go but after that arm workout my arms were hurting as well lol...and yesterday was my last day of Athletix stack, Licogenix and my pct...I was very sad :(...I weighted myself and I weight 180lbs...only lost 4lbs but looking lean and strength increasing everyday...once again I would like to thanks JD and Athletix sports for giving me this opportunity!!!

DAY 31 CHEST

So I went to gym today and workout my chest...I kno my log is over but still wanted to update for last time...had a awesome workout!!! Diet been good...had a really good energy today and really felt good...did weighted chest dips for first time and was amaze!!! I did my body weight 180lbs plus added 135lbs extra lol...did 5 dips...was good enough for me...had a long workout today too...really feeling tired rite now...here's my workout detail!!!

Haha I love messing with my brother JD about his girl. Hell for me it just motivates me. I may not have a low bf yet but by God I will get there soon haha!
 
Sorry guys took a little while to leave my final review....so here's my final review!!!

TITANIUM AND DIVISION 1 STACk

Ok guys this stack is great for PCT...I took this on my pct and boy this stuff is great...my libido my up the roof the whole time...my strength was increasing everyday...I was pumped the whole time...took this stack for a month and I loved it...i was very happy and my mood was great...I will be adding this stack everytime on my pct...it gets ur boys back lol...I didn't lose too much weight either...I was lifting weights like crazy...my reps went up plus my weights...I don't wat else to say...it just this stuff works great and I will recommend everyone to use this stack on pct...

LICOGENIX

Ok I nvr ran AI before so I can't compare this with anything...all I can say this AI works great...it dried me out...my lifts went up...I had crazy energy in gym...my strength went up...used 6caps a day and loved it...there was no sides from Licogenix besides mild acne...my joints were great and my muscle looks full...really kept my estrogen low...overall very soils AI...and really cheap for the price...I will definitely use this stuff again...Athletix sports really bringing solid products!!! Thumbs up guys!!! :)
