Kris65's Recomp at it's finest hour - An OxyECA, Licogenix Production

Tomorrow im planning on hitting shoulders, was going to do this today, but time was short. Did some swimming, then went golfing, then had a date, then penguins game. Pretty eventful day in the Steel City for me.

Had a great shoulders day today.

front lateral raise SS side lateral raise - 3 sets
barbell shoulder shrug SS 45lb plate shrug - 3 sets
reverse pec dec SS dumbbell rear fly - 3 sets
dumbbell military press - 4 sets
barbell smith military press - 3 sets

I have a few days left on the licogenix and OxyECA and I can say the licogenix def helped me with my strenghth. It is def something I will be using again in the future. It was excellent on this recomp. The OxyECA did an excellent job as well, def saw some cuttage occuring. Planning to keep it going when I start running the Allpha T-2 for PES.
 
So this log is officially over.......sad right?!?!?! Overall I have had some great results with both the OxyECA and the Licogenix. Recomps are really the road less traveled, to gain muslce and lose fat is hard; I have leaned out, gained strenght....overall I would say it was a pretty damn good recomp. I will be writing detailed reviews over on SR.com you guys should check it out. Ill post a message on here when they are up.

I suggested SR to add Licogenix to there Athletix product list...
