IF with ketone/atkins diet while on hdrol/furaza

Liver was perfect as well,, my doctor was real happy I did that,, he said I was his first patient to do pre-atkins labs,, he'd had several do labs after,,, some of whom had elevated ldl.. but without pre labs, it was impossible to blame atkins
 
This'll be the first time I've combined atkins with body building,, whenever I've done it in the past, my primary focus was fat loss, nothing more, nothing less,,, this'll be interesting to see how I feel on it while lifting.... I can't help but feel that atkins is inherently perfect for body building,, minus the insulin pumps,,, but I'd rather have long lasting hard, lean gains than a temporary "pump"
Also will be on AAS' for the first time in combination with Atkins .... this combination should produced awesome results!

Focusing on cardio first and foremost until I reach single digit bf%... this will be in combination with helladrol and katanadrol... once I reach my bf% goal then I'll concentrate on lifting while taking tren (not the ph.. the real deal)

yeah I guess so....I probably saw the breakdown of the atkins diet, said fuq this shyt....and went on the anabolic diet straightaway. Thought I did the atkins for a while though like a decade or more back....but maybe not? or I did a "FLEX magazine" style atkins hybrid lol. That happens as well, you read an article about a particular diet, and its not really the actual diet they are outlining but their variation. either way, the anabolic diet kicks atkins diet ass all day long for me. I still have the dipasquale anabolic diet manual and duchaines bodyopus & isocaloric diet books...all three great diets.

not to belabor the point........BUT..... yes the keto diets, ultra low cal diets etc, work wonders for women and "dieters" in general...I don't dispute that.....for bodybuilding? you need the carb weekends, or weekend day singular. also, a mid week carb boost....say 100 carbs wed night, in addition to your saturday all out carb up.....works well for bodybuilding. under 30 grams carbs every day but saturday where you carb up, and later in the night wed when you have 100 carbs all at once. but hey, do your girly fad diet and lift your big man weights with it and see what happens w/o carbs at all for the first weeks or month :D

Read the science,, the actual science, behind atkins and you'll see why carbs will screw it all up,, the diet is healthy ONLY in absence of carbs!!

The diet works,, really really works,, once your body makes the true shift to fat as the primary energy source, you have tons of constant energy!! No carb high and crash ... it's a constant energy source ... been there done this several times over the years,, I've always felt awesome on it,, now combining this with high doses of test and ph's... I can only imagine how good I'll feel,,, also stims are fine while on Atkins ... plenty of espresso with a dash of heavy cream,, silky caffeinated love!!!
 
personally I don't feel worse or better in ketosis vrs carbtosis (:D), never saw any sort of difference to be honest. I also think dr. atkins has you brainwashed. although he has valid ideas since he is advocating cycling the carbs, just a sort of "gay carb cycle" if you ask me.

I gave you rep even though I think your diet sucks ass....since we were talking about 2 different diets earlier, this "carb phase atkins" vs the generic keto week/carb weekend diet I was thinking it was. reason I had no idea what you were talking about and you had no idea what I was trying to tell you. when you said "when you get to maintenance you can do this..." I was like WTF? is this guy alright? lol....then I saw the atkins page.....so you probably should get negs for this diet, but I owe you some for the misunderstanding :D
 
Unless you truly stay in ketosis long enough for your body to actually shift to using fat as THE primary energy source,,, (takes about a full week) then stay there for some time, you won't feel what I'm talking about

yeah, not 100% sure I ever really did it for more than a week....usually there was a carb up day on the weekend....I'm sure I may have went longer than a week at some point, but mostly it would be half tue/wed/thurs/fri/sat morn in ketosis for me.....since I'd carb up on saturday aft/night, and maybe early sunday....you figure by tuesday night you have depleted all those carbs and are back in ketosis again if you did it right....

I cook all my own food!! Lol... "cycling" by definition means to do something repeatedly,, you never "cycle,"
You "eliminate", then gradually reintroduce just enough to maintain fat loss and then just enough more to halt weight loss, but not so much you begin to gain fat

you should buy it, "The Anabolic Diet" by Dr. Mauro DiPasquale.....read it....once you go anabolic diet you never go back atkins :D LMFAO.....

I just think the carb day(s) make the anabolic diet, generic keto diet, etc superior for a bodybuilders mentality/goals.

"Bodyopus" by Dan Duchaine is another you should pick up if you can on the cheap....has a "standard diet" section (garbage of course lol) and an Isocaloric diet section (I like the iso diet personally), and an all out bells and whistles keto/recomp diet. all good reading though, I like to take things from each diet and make my own.

Definitely buying some of those atkins snacks.... I'm planning on starting the tren after I reach my bf% goal of 9% or less... during the fat loss stage I'll be running @ three times a week and HIIT once a week while lifting three to four times,,,, anyhow cardio and tren don't get along!! Will use helladrol and katanadrol during the fat loss phase,,, only stim I'll be using is caffeine and lots of it!!

Nutraplanet bulk Leucine is terrible to mix as well. I just take the 5 gram scoop, dump it under my tongue and them chase it with zero coke. do that twice each time I take it. won't mix for nothin'.

But the endulge candy bar line comes in handy on keto type diets, since the sugar alcohols "don't count" like fiber....(which I don't really believe but anyways....)....if not on keto/ultra low carb? might as well just eat regular candy....almost the same cals and no protein boost to speak of....just the supposed carb benefit....

I attract clusterfuqs.....some of it is joking around with me and others, that gets out of hand of course ending up in 42 pages....or just bullshyttin' with whoever....same result...and sometimes my "fan club" that follows me around waiting for me to "say something wrong" gets a bite and they jump on it LMFAO....they wait in the weeds until they can verify something I said is not of scientific fact or is not entirely accurate....I consider it a compliment that they have to wait so long to get something to jump on me about....that means I kept them waiting for months on end LOL :D

he's kind of like manbeast jr.....he disappears....but comes back time to time....manbeast fell in a black hole I think though. Hey, did they delete his SARM log? that would have pissed him off....I didn't check, I wasn't subbed to it but know it was there....

Makes me think it might have been something drastic, as in health related, IF he's not back in 1-2 weeks from the last time we heard from him. which is normal vacation time periods. Those are usually the culprits though, mods or admin got it in for you....or board members pissed you off....or something health related happened all of a sudden. Last place you want to be is in a BB forum when your sick or injured.

thats the point, if you have a critical health issue....guess what they do in the ER? they put you in ICU and lock your ass in there for a while....then maybe they move you to a regular room or whatever....either way you may not have internet access. upshot is that its all of a sudden and there is no opportunity to alert anybody.
 
For the record in the other thread.....i have never reported anybody for rule breaking OR "hurt feelings". arguing or inappropriate joking ok....but i don't even know where the got-damn report button is on this site. Last thing id do is cry to mods ....usually someone else crying about ME :D
