You both make very legitimate and excellent points, and have pretty well convinced me out of running anything at the moment lol. If you wanted to sell the crap of of your product I'd be a perfect candidate, but you are not, and I really appreciate that integrity.
My impatience mostly comes from being "the fat kid" growing up. From about 6th grade on I was a pretty chubby kid and maxed out at around 225 at the start of my senior year, I finally said eff this and made up my mind I was going to lose the weight. In around 3-4 months I dropped to 150, and I was happy for a while, but I was still skinny fat. Enter: Weightlifting. I read every magazine article, blog post, and forum thread I possibly could and started to soak up the knowledge. I feel I have a pretty decent understanding of what it takes to put on muscle/lose fat, but I know I still have a TON to learn.
I'm sitting around 160-165 at the moment, my ultimate goal is to be lean enough to get rid of the last of my love handles/lower belly fat (a constant struggle) and be able to see all 6 of my abs. I am not sure of my current bf% but i'd guess 10-15%? I can see my upper ab's but I still have a bit of fat on my upper body that doesn't want to go away. I try to keep my diet clean but I work a 12-8 full time job most days and I have school, so its tough.
Summary: I want to get shredded for the summer and still put on some muscle. I have read and seen great things from Epi-V as far as the cutting properties go, so, I was thinking of running a 6 week cycle of Just that at 3/d. If I am understanding correctly Epi-V isn't as harsh/supressive as the 1A would be. Is this a decent idea, or would you both still recommend I wait?
Again, thank's for all the advice, it is much appreciated!
