Getting Shredded with PES and Muscle Pharm (not sponsored)

How's the AT2 treating ya? Or have you started?

Not yet! I ran shed matrix about 7 months ago and have no problem running it the duration, and love the appetite suppression I get from it which is why I started it solo. In 2-3 weeks I'll add in erase then 1-2 weeks later AT2. I wanted to see if I noticed any differences from SM from the last time b4,adding anything else. It's hard waiting for the PES stuff considering I've been staring at these bottles since last December lol.

Quick mid week update on the shred matrix..... Today weighed myself and I'm back down to 176.6 which minus all the water from shizzy eating is a little below where my normal starting weight should've been. Upped it to recommended dosing this week and to be honest not really noticing MUCH of a difference but this is only the third day at 3. Mood is great, endurance for early am workouts getting better and the combo of SM and Assault (1/2) scoop is a great clean FOCUSED energy. Appetite still down in the "manageable" category, this is actually quite good for me because when dieting and lifting as hard as I do plus 4-6 cardio sessions my cravings for junk is usually through the roof. For me this is where SM shines I haven't caved or really even contemplated caving on bad food once over the last 2 weeks!! I'm expecting great results! My wife noticed I looked a little drier and skin tighter I thought it was just me but she confirmed that last night!
More to come anything you want included for my weekly review let me know. Have a great day!

March 27th,

Sorry been swamped with work and family will try to update later today.....

Update 3-27-12

Training-

Training has been great for the most part. My intensity is there as always but my strength/endurance is iffy.....I'll do a set at X weight for say 11-12 reps rest 45-60sec then maybe only get 8 reps with same weight and then maybe 5-6 next set. Frustrating but if I don't get 8 reps I'll drop and grab lighter weight and pump more out till I can't. I've dropped HIIT cardio for now to maybe once a week with carbs being low most days I'm doing more low-moderate paced cardio 4 other days. I really miss having a training partner but you do what you have to.

Diet-

With only one minor exception, diet has been pretty damn good! Sat after about 2pm is when I usually let myself eat whatever for the rest of the day. Sunday is my trouble day first it's my only true day off and I usually sleep till 9 am cause my wife and son are so sweet to let me do so then I'm just starving and it's so hard to not just continue on eating some stuff that's not in my diet, this last Sunday was the worst the one before was great so we'll see how this one goes.

My protein comes from-
Protein Factory Bio-Fresh Whey Isolate
Chicken
Flank/Round steak
Angus Burgers
97/3 Ground beef

Starch
Brown basmati rice
Sweet potatoes
Ezekiel bread

Veggies
Cucumber
Spinach
Green beans
Cabbage(green)
Salad
Brussel sprouts
Zucchini

Fats
Almonds
Avocado
Walnuts

Misc
Peanut butter
Cottage cheese

Side note I am generally a very stressed guy I worry about everything and I'm trying to just let go and let god have what I cannot directly control it's definitely a process but I'm getting better. It's hard trying to work as much as I can to keep my wife at home with our son but I do my best. We are also trying for another child so hopefully that happens soon cause this two a day workouts are fun but killing me :) lol. Have a great day and conquer something new each week that's what this guy is trying to do !

The first fatty pic is where I started last June July. The second pic was from just after thanksgiving last year just to give u all an idea of where I came from!

Starting my FST7 training Monday which I'll probly do the remainder of this log and I'll be adding some sort of test booster/recovery for the last 8 weeks. My test levels are low for my age and I've been off IGF2 for a couple months now and I can tell. Libido down energy down and strength down. Had great results with IGF2, wasn't impressed with Free Test at all. So I'm open to suggestions. I know erase will help so I can't wait to start that.

Yeah, you notice the difference withOUT IGF-2 - I know I did for a long time...FREE TEST was a good product and I saw muscle gains in my upper body for the first time ever when I used it. That said, I definitely prefer Erase over FREE TEST though for personal reasons...Then again, everyone is different and has different experiences with every product - it's just about finding the best ones for YOU...

Update 4-10-12

Sorry for the long delay, I've been through a lot this last week or so. Just to update I decided on a whim 9 days ago to finally give up my Copenhagen habit of 15 years! For anyone whose been addicted to anything you know how hard this is. I've basically been chewing since I was about 15 years old and I finally said **** you to tobacco and I'm done killing myself! It's basically been hell, anxiety is crazy right now, no sleep workouts are suffering but this week is better and slowly day by day I'm getting better. I am supposed to start my At2 and erase Monday still contemplating that as I may have to take some lexapro for a bit and am not sure the ramifications of these three mixed. I will try and post a weekly update later this week.

Awesome bro, good luck! I've been smoking about 15 years and as much as I'd like to quit i'm just not ready..i'm dreading it!! Lol. Someday tho.

You'll pull through, work outs will get better. I don't have a clue on drug interactions, but erase and at2 have been treating me right..enjoy!

4-21-12 Update

So sorry for the effed up log so far, but I've been through a lot these last 21 days, I'm still tobacco free although I've added some nicotine lozenges to help me with my dieting. I never realized how much I used copenhagen to keep my dieting in check as far as over eating, I would always put in a chew when I got the urge to eat (pathetic I know). Training hasn't stopped although my focus has been pretty lacking until this week. I stopped shred matrix because with my anxiety I was having major panic attacks. The last three days have felt awesome the constant withdrawal hazy feeling is diminishing and my focus at the gym is BACK baby! I've only gained 3 lbs which is unheard of mostly while quitting tobacco so my goal is to drop that in 12 days and get back to square one for my final 7 weeks!

My supp plan has changed a little. I'm starting erase on Monday and have decided to go with shift over AT2 for now until the stims quit giving me anxiety. My shift should be here tues or weds which I'll start right away! Again I'm sorry for the fcked up log, I'll get back to at least a weekly update for sure.

Hey, don't stress it, bud - life happens to everyone and you just do what you can; believe me, I KNOW! Sorry to hear about the panic attacks - I've been experiencing this a lot recently myself and they're no fun, so I hope things smooth out and they dissipate. Maybe you just need some time out to recuperate and regather yourself - even as short as a week can help.

As for Erase, you'll enjoy that :)

~Rosie~

Hey bro, don't sweat the little ****..congrats on staying tobacco free! Like Rosie mentioned, you should love that erase..and FWIW at2 isn't too strong stim wise..personally I don't even notice it. The thermogenic effect on the other hand is wicked.I take one preWO And I'm pouring sweat

Okay sorry for the lack of updates I figured I'd finish what I started. Let me update you all.

Still tobacco free which is nice it's just the last three weeks have been hard diet wise. Had to get a tooth yanked three weeks ago so for 7 days I wasn't aloud in the gym or anything other than protein shakes Greek yogurt jello and ice cream shakes for 5 days. Needless to say I overdid the chocolate shakes and Greek yogurt and put on 14 lbs over those seven days. I dropped 8 last week. This will be my 2nd week on full diet, erase, AT2, through in ABE that my wife picked up for an early bday gift so I figured what the hell.

First impressions after a week

Erase, pretty pleased with this so far I feel it has helped shed this water I was holding and vascularity is up overall throughout the day. Libido up as well

AT2, love it so far. Very smooth energy, the appetite suppression hasn't hit me like I've heard from others, but it's only week two. I love the sweats I get from it in the gym!

Anabeta Elite, too early to tell, a little hunger increase but I'm cutting so I'm strictly using this to preserve any strength muscle I can.

I almost gave up on this log since I quit chewing but I said fugg that and I'm giving it hell for the last six weeks, I know I'm not going to get as low as I wanted but I'm going to do my best.

Hey, life happens to us all - if you can only get in a single weekly update, that's fine; we understand, bud.

Erase is definitely great

Never say "never" - you could possibly get as low as you want if you do everything possible for it, regardless of all else. You have to BELIEVE in yourself and that you CAN do it, because then your actions will reflect that, and it's our actions that determine whether or not we achieve what we want!

You honour me, but in the end YOU are the one keeping yourself going, because something inside you wants it more than you think or know :) Thank you for letting me know that what I do is not completely useless - if I can help motivate even a single person to create changes in their life, then it's worth it...Never let that dream go. It's never too late to do anything, and even if it is years until it comes to pass, it still will if you hold tight to that dream...

You're right, I just really appreciate your motivational quotes I always see them when I need it the most. Reviewing your past logs helps as well to see what you've gone through. So again thanks and keep killing it as will I!
