First, thanks to USP and PES for this awesome opportunity.

I'll be logging this stack for the next 8ish weeks. Expecting to see some great things, so I'm pretty damn excited.

Now, down to business.

Stats:

  • 156 pounds
  • 11ish% body fat
  • 5'9"
  • Squat E1RM - 300
  • Deadlift E1RM - 360
  • Bench E1RM - 230

Dosing:
  • Weeks 1-8
    • Anabeta - 4 caps daily (2 post workout, 1 with lunch, 1 with dinner)
  • Weeks 4-8
    • Prime - 6 caps daily, one day off

Diet:

  • LeanGains on training days
    • 3000 calories
    • high carb
    • high protein
    • low-medium fat
  • LeanGains and carb back-loading on off days
    • 1500-2000 calories
    • low-medium carb
    • high protein
    • medium-high fat

Current Supplementation:

  • Now Ultra Omega-3 (3 caps daily)
  • Creatine (5-10 grams daily)
  • Vitamin D (2000 iu daily)

Training:

  • rep-max linear progression blocks

Subd. I thought anabeta and alpha T2 were great. I hope this goes well for you so I can try it out haha
 
Day 1:

Nothing to note related to Anabeta as of yet. Decent workout, though.

  • back squat (8,8,8+) at 190, 205, 225x10
  • dynamic effort back squat (5x3) at 135 for all sets
  • front squat (5x8-12) at 135 for all sets
  • hill sprints

What is 6/9 protocol. Heard of it but never asked lol

Anxious to see how this goes for u since were about size height weight n bf. I've used both of these products with great success but never together, been thinking about it so good luck!
 
i'm also using this stack right now.....except for 4 weeks....4 ana a day, and prime 9/9/6/9/6/9/0....i did get really good pumps on my biceps last week

From what I've gathered, it's taking 9 caps on training days, 6 on off days, and one day per week of no dosing. Supposedly as effective as running it at 9 caps per day with 1 no-dose day per week.

Thsts pills a day?? How long does a bottle last?! I had fine results even going 4 a day for 30 days... Trib makes my gyno flare bad!

Day 3

Workout:
  • bench press - 2x5 at 135, 145, 1x9 at 170
  • bent 1 arm rows - 2x5 at 60, 70, 1x6 at 90
  • 1 arm lever ohp - 3x8 at 45, 35, 25, 2x10 at 20 (not sure what bar weight is on this one, using a t-bar setup)
  • chin ups - 1x10, 1x6, both at body weight
  • dual-axis plate loaded pulldown - 3x10 at 90
  • hill sprints and stair sprints

Not entirely sure if I should attribute this to the Anabeta or to the unpleasant house guests I had a few days ago, but I've been extra aggressive lately. Things that would normally be mild inconveniences have gotten quite the rise out of me. So far, one phone has been destroyed because of this. Working hard today to get a good handle on that. Not sure what the deal is, but discipline will prevail.

Anyway, if it is the Anabeta causing this increase in aggression, then damn, this stuff is clearly no joke. Either way, can't wait to see what the next several weeks hold.
 
I can't say that I haven't noticed any aggression increase as of yet.

Day 5

workout:
  • sumo deadlift - 3x225, 3x245, 9x260
  • wide stance sumo - 4x8 at 185
  • ball leg curls - 2xf
  • hill sprints and stairs sprints

Great workout today. Feeling like a champ, too. Aggression is under control. Looks like it was environment-related, not caused by Anabeta. I've been leaning out a good bit, but that's probably due to the recent addition of hill sprints. I'll post up a couple progress pics sometime next week. Lady friend is getting back in town today, so I'm off to grab some tail! Take care, gentlemen.

Day 8
  • front squat - 5x135, 5x155x 10x185
  • romanian deadlift - 5x135, 5x155, 12x185, 12x135
  • front squat - 4x8 at 135

Decided to do away with back squat and conventional deadlift entirely. Despite having fantastic form, my lower back just doesn't tolerate them well. Thus, there will be a lot more front squatting, romanian deadlifting, and sumo deadlifting in my future. I have no qualms with this, as these are fuarking fantastic exercises, and I can still push/pull quite a bit of weight on them.

Methinks Anabeta is working some magic. I've got some pretty awesome alpha feelings going on, and I just feel pumped in general. Very nice sense of well-being going on. I seem to be leaning a bit, too, though I've maintained my starting weight. Things are looking good so far.
 
Day 10

Workout:
  • bench press - 5x135, 5x145, 9x175
  • one arm db rows - 2x5 at 60, 10x80, 4x80
  • lever shoulder press - 6x45, 8x35, 10x25 (again, don't know what bar weight is)
  • dual axis pulldowns - 6x170, 8x150, 10x110
  • hill sprints and stair sprints

Fantastic workout today. Feeling good in general, too. I weighed in at 156 this morning. Not entirely sure why I'm dropping weight, but I suspect I haven't eaten enough to keep up with the hill sprints. Pics coming at the end of the week. I can't imagine there will be much of a difference from the beginning, but we shall see.
 
good updates so far.. im sure you are right the sprints will burn alot up... how many cal's are you eating?
 
Day 12

workout:

Damn. Good stuff going down today. Busted out 10 of 275 on deadlift with a couple left in the tank. Hill sprints were a breeze. Feeling awesome. Weighed in at 157 today. We'll see if that lasts. Gonna get some extra calories in tonight. It's fiesta Friday for the lady and I. Queso, guacamole, and tortillas for all!

Still working on those pics. Will try for this weekend.
 
Day 13

Finally, pics. It's been just about 2 weeks at this point. Still holding onto that pound I gained, too. I don't see much of a difference here, but maybe a little more definition in my back.

Day 15

workout:
  • front squat - 135x5, 155x5, 195x10,4,4
  • romanian deadlift - 135x5, 155x5, 195x12,8,7

That shiz was all kinds of intense. Decided to sub the multiple set accessory work for 1 all-out set, and add in a couple more sets of the highest weight on my main lifts. Wasn't sure how it would go, but judging by in-gym performance along with my jello legs afterward, I think these are changes I want to keep. I know at the beginning I said I was doing a modified 5/3/1, but I can't even call this 5/3/1 any more. It's more of an advanced linear progression with periodization built in. I'd be happy to give details if anybody is curious.

Anyway, I'm feeling awesome. Subjectively, Anabeta is doing things, and I'm still holding onto that pound I gained. F to the yeah.

  • incline bd bench - 120x8, 100x8, 90x7
  • bent cable rows - 100x20, 140x12
  • one-arm bent cable rows - 70x12 each arm

Good day today. Surprised myself on bench. Didn't think I'd be able to put up 8 at 185 so easily. The rest of the workout went well, but nothing terribly noteworthy. Weight is holding steady at 157ish.

Are you just using Anabeta?

PRIME is probably the best Natural strength supplement on the planet...

Combo should be sick and your recovery time between works should improve significantly?

I've only got enough Prime to run it for 5 weeks, so I'll be adding it at the beginning of week 4 and finishing out the 8 weeks with ana&prime.

6 caps is all you need with PRIME when stacking it...

Many use PRIME solo at 9 caps but in a stack, I think 9 caps is wasting...if anything, for a solo run, I would run 8 caps on workout days (2 caps pre workout without food) and 6 caps on off day with food and take one day off. In a stack, 6 caps a day with one day off will surprise you.

I'll stick with 6 a day with one day off to get a weekish extra out of what I've got then. This'll have me starting Prime sometime in week 3.

I am starting my Prime/Anabeta stack on Monday... I was thinking of buying one extra bottle of Prime so i can do both for a full 8 weeks.. I will likely lift 6 days a week (dont have my new workout set yet). So rest day would be no Prime? How would the 6/9 protocol work on a 6 day lift schedule.

Day 19

workout:

Good sh!t. Don't think I ate enough yesterday; woke up today at 155.5 lb, and really struggled pulling 285 for 8. Other than that, it was a great workout. Next week starts block 2 of my program, so I'll be decreasing weight initially (or staying roughly the same, or making a very small jump in weight), then making bigger jumps in microcycles 2 and 3 as I go for rep maxes of 6 or greater. The last 3 microcycles I've been shooting for rep maxes of 8 or more.

Looking lean and hard in general lately. Feeling pretty great also. Will update with pics some time next week.

Day 20

workout:
  • overhead press - 6x70, 6x80, 95x11,8,6
  • chin-ups - BWx6,6
  • chin-downs - 137.5x12,8,7
  • one-arm lever press - 80x14,10,12
  • d-handle pull-downs - 100x12,8,6

Decided to throw in overhead press day on Saturdays. Ideally I'd want a day of rest between workouts, but I don't give much of a phuck about overhead press. Still, I don't want to totally neglect it, so I'm just going to do it the day after deadlift day. Performance didn't seem to be negatively impacted by not having a day of rest after deadlifts, and that's pleasantly surprising.

Feeling pretty swollen lately. Getting comments from the lady on a regular basis about how much I seem to be progressing. She's obviously a bit biased, but I'm noticing some changes as well. Getting some good things from Anabeta, and of course my awesome training and diet. Adding Prime at the start of next week. Looking forward to that.
 
Day 22

Awwww shi+. Today was hard. First day at of 3 weeks going for 5+ rep maxes. Starting at 85% of training max (training max = 90% of 1rm) on each lift. As noted above, I wound up getting 7 on front squat, which is perfect. Shooting for 225 in week 3. Good workout, overall. Felt awful going into stair sprints, so I knocked a couple off of what I normally do.

First day dosing Prime today. Not much to note thus far. Haven't weighed myself in a bit. I'll do so on Wednesday.

Went harder on sprints that I realized. Wound up hunched over for a bit at the end trying not to throw up. Good times. Great workout today. I usually feel exhausted by the end, but today felt like I could've done more. I've taken Prime in the past and noticed this effect, so I'm thinking it may be that.

Pics later in the week. My eyes might be deceiving me, but I do believe I'm starting to really see some obvious changes.
 
Do you find with Anabeta or Prime you are hot alot.. almost like body temp has increased. The last 48 hours I feel this way, and can't sleep.

I had a shiiiitty time getting to sleep last night. Haven' had that issue the first 3 weeks on anabeta, but 3 days on prime and BAM. Not sure if that's the cause, but I'd feel better about if it was. Felt hot, got the chills, was not cool. I was about the furthest I could have been from going to sleep when all that was going on.

As for the increased body temp, I have a felt a bit warmer/clamier since I started the prime.
