I feel this tip is huge for making long term progress and achieving goals regardless of what specific goal it is.
*Don't judge other people, don't worry about anyone except for yourself, and most importantly, DO NOT COMPARE YOURSELF WITH OTHER PEOPLE! If you are worrying about other people, comparing / judging other people with yourself, you are detracting your performance.*
Bottom line, block out distractions / negativity.

**Notes**
-Really noticing some fast muscular gains while on Glycobol
-Training in consecutive days literally runs me into the ground....really feelin' it today
-Sleep is suffering a bit.....
I hate when other people are negative all the time. I have a tendency to let it bring me down. I've really been working on trying to block out negativity (I work with an A-Hole or two, lol).
Did you get any HGHpro or 3Z with your Glycobol package? Let me know if either worked for you or if you're interested in trying either.

-Ive been doing the 1/1/1/1 dose just about every day (sometimes 2/2)
-Weight is still around 212, seems like my body even dropped a little bit of bodyfat!

You're doing the "impossible" Mainting weight / even putting on a bit of size and dropping BF... and they say it can't be done! Guess they don't know about Glycobol and TheHardOne!

Damn man, great progress! Were you stuck at 205 before the glycobol? im wondering how much of your gains you attribute to glycobol's aid?

Standing Behnd Neck Military Press- 1x6 (PR), 1 x NOS
Triceps-
V-Bar Pushdowns 1x6 + NOS
Ez-Bar Skullcrushers 1x10 + 1 drop set
One Arm DB Extension 1x4
Biceps/Brachi-
Preacher EZ-Bar Curls 1x6
DB Hammer Curls 1x6
DB Curls (leaned back to lenthen biceps) 1x4 + NOS
**Notes**
-Got pissed off because of waiting for the squat rack (I cant clean the weight up for my presses because of a past injury)
-Since I cant overload my triceps/biceps with heavy dips/close grip presses/barbell curls because of not having chains, left wrist past injury, had to take my arms through its biomchanical full range of motion via contraction-mid range-strength exercises
-Had an ok pump, didnt do much sets or reps, everything was in the 4-6 rep range with some NOS sets to take my muscles to complete exhaustion, another overload method
-PR's on every exercise, time to grow baby!
Besides me being in a bad mood, successful workout.
