Day 9: Already?

Well off day cause I worked late tonight.

So where have the PES & USP guys been lately? Have seen then in many of the logs that are going on.

Either way the only thing to not here is I popped the pro tonight, yes even though I said I would do EOD. That bottle & the little blue caps were staring me right in the face.
I came off an AndroMass cycle about a month and half ago, and man I looked so swole and full; I had a LOT of bloat and I'm glad I got rid of it. Just wish I looked so full like I did back the with out the bloat. :p
Seems my chest and middle area is holding the weight and arms and shoulders are not filling out as much, I think I need to figure out something to help them grow or really cut back on working them 1 of the two.
Still been on the c20 and still dosing the prime 3 caps twice a day.

The way I've been eating for a week has not been for fat loss. I mean I was eating 4 bananas with a scoop of p butter each bite. I also was kicking it with a girl so I ate out multiple times (insert joke), but she's gone now. That = back on track.
I also think I could use much rest because last week I was killing myself going to the gym every chance I got, well it's caught up to me.

So question of the day with arms & shoulders should I cut back on working them or increase the volume to get some growth?

I would either immediately increase volume or cut back for a few days then increase volume. Only you know your body the best. Just go with your very first instinct it's usually right (read this in an article) don't over think it.. Just do what u first think is the right choice. Volume increases are simple too.. Throw in one or two lighter sets of 15-20 before your working 8-12.. Really gets the blood in there! Been working magic for me lately

Something else I noted was last night I popped all my pills together in a close time frame.

The c20 had me drinking about half a gallon of water and I swear I'm pretty sure the erase pro had me waking up to drip it out a good 6 times!! Sleep was terrible.

Good Job so far dude and yes I agree a gf can kill your diet really quick so good thing you got that out of the way .....yes erase pro made me pee so much I found it easier to use a cath up the pee hole and sleep lol jk jk but I did pee a lot which sucked keep killing tho I'll check in later
 
Day 10:

I went into the gym and I didn't expect to be moving up in weight... But I've been getting a lot of compliments while being on this stack, more so than when I was on AndroMass :confused: but either way it makes me feel good.

I'm still on the 4 muscle groups 5 sets, but I'm keeping the reps lower...
Chest, Biceps, Calves, Back

Chest: DB Chest Press hit a PR for me 90lbs got it up about 5-6 times I failed on the last 1... Took a break tried to hit it again and got it up about 3 times, & I remember when I was struggling with the 80s-85s a month or 2 ago.

Back: Seated low row resistance band, onto 150lbs for about 5 reps that's a new PR as well, sure I could've done a bit more & maybe I should have but I'm going to hit some DB rows & T Bars my next go around.

Biceps: Did barbell curls @ 90lbs and I had 2 sets of that weight around 5 reps each set. I've hit 90lbs before but I had a lot more reps this time around. Also did some cable curls to even out my total of 5 sets.

Calves: I admit when it came to this I was a bit tired I got about 3 sets of 150lbs on standing calve raises dropped the weight down each set, nothing to right home about on this 1, but I'll keep after it.

So weight is increasing or reps are so that's a win.

Still using jack3d as my pre with 1 heaping scoop as well as sipping the BCAAs troughs out my work out. Energy is there from the jack3d @ 1 scoop for me still and the BCAAs can't really give a comment on because I can't notice much from it, still sore at night? yes I am... :)

-People are telling me I'm holding the weight well too, pretty pleased so far.
I'm not sure if it's the c20 making me thirsty but I drank half a gallon of water last night (was up to 3am) and pissed about 6 times!

Bloat is like and off and on thing with these pills, like the c20 adds the bloat & fullness and the pro acts as a diuretic.

Guess with me trying to keeping going heavy my fat loss won't come as easy unless I pick up some cardio which I still have not been doing.
 
Sounds like its working well for you Aaron. Makes me miss the gym. I gotta get back. Its only been 1 week off but it feels like forever since being sick. I actually took some psyllium husk which I always take but have been skipping it since I've been sick. Took it about 1 hour ago and my stomach feels much better. Hope it lasts. Keep at it!.

Thx man... Take the week or 2 off for some R&R and when u come back it make take a week or 2 to get the strength back up, but muscle memory!!!

Good update man, nice job on those DB presses and the seated row PR! Got to add that cardio bro! Its done wonders for me so far and I've only been doing it about 2 months now.
 
Well this is what happened...
I never really tested myself on strength, I was just taught to overload. So today I went in to do my "routine" I usually warm up with 60s-65s and then rep in the 75-85lbs range. I'm sitting next to a personal trainer that actually looks like he deserves his job, 220 big cut n jacked, he's shoulder pressing 110-120lbs, looked over and said you're a beast, he said what are those 60s? He said basically I can move weight and should try it, he offered to spot me and even w/o his help I was hitting it, got the 95 & hundos set in my sight for sometime in this log. Guess I never really been pushing my self on the strength side, when I got done and failed I said man that felt good!
I don't know if it's from this stack or me just pushing myself, it's probably a combo. Either way if this is what OTC pills feel like I'm liking it!
 
I almost always try to go higher, even if I fail, I know that I tried. Even if it is just like 5 lbs. But, keep up the good work!

I was in the same predicament before I got sick. Never really pushed myself that hard on strength and then when you do you realize you can actually lift much more than you thought. Especially with a spotter. Lifting is 90% mental. When you second guess yourself your setting yourself up for failure. Of course I don't think you need to go to failure all the time to gain mass/strength either. I don't always like constantly asking for a spot so a lot of the time I use lighter weights than I can actually handle.

This.

I lift alone and it's always busy in my gym so gettin a spot is tough.. When I do get one I always surprise mysel a how much more I can lift. Training to true failure feels amazing as well.. You can tell you did work
 
T Bone and Cheeda u guys had opposing opinions on getting biceps to grow...
I've heard more on less sets and volume for biceps except for that old lifter last night and you Cheeda who suggest a lot of volume...

Whats the logic between both options to grow the biceps?
Also would that mean if a person did a lot of pull ups (which I am starting to hopefully incorporate) should they not do those everyday as well?

I think pullups r ok 3 times a week, broken up by a day so like m,w,f...

It really depends on your body's ability to recover, as well as what else yiure training arms with.. Like pullups uses biceps.. So that's indirectly pitting stress on the muscle.. It really depends on your body. As a skinny fat ecto, I need frequent stimulation of muscles to keep me in an anabolic state. Otherwise my body will store food as fat..

I read an article that said our bodies adapt SO quickly to weight lifting that the only way to grow is do MORE volume and stress the muscle further. There are different ways of doing this though. You could incorporate drop sets, x rep partials, decrease rest time, or just add extra sets. Anything that makes the muscle work harder than you're currently doing will cause growth... Specifically if you can't increase weight, this is when you would want to increase volume via the ways mentioned above. The less is more guys are usually mesomorphs who don't need lots of time in the gym to grow, or have natural abs, etc... Their bodies are hormonally primed and ready to pack on and retain muscle. It's impossible for me or t bone to say x,y,z will or won't work for you... Thats why I recc. Taking a break from direct arm training for a week, see how it feels, then increase your volume

It's definitely a delicate balance.. 12-15 direct sets per 5-7 days is perfect IMO. Think about how much you use them for bask, chest, shoulders.. Deadlifts, shrugs.. Constantly stressing the muscles in your arms..

I saw the biggest growth when I worked bi's less than I am now. I usually did 3 sets of 8-10 reps of hammer curls, single arm cable curls, and BB curls once a week the same day I worked my back. I've been giving the higher volume a try and I'm still seeing some growth but I'll probably cut it back pretty soon. As to what the "best approach" is I think it's highly based on the individual.

Day 11:

Wonder if I missed a day... Well anyways I have noticed that I am more harder and have more definition and a bit more separation it seems like.

I have noticed frequent trips to the bathroom for a #2.

I woke up around 430am to go lift, simply cause I couldn't sleep. I kind of liked training on am empty stomach. Took some Muscle Marinade for a strong boost/different feel today. I went in for shoulders and TRIs today, they need work and the other 4 muscle groups a day was a bit taxing.

Military Press: Max weight was 155lbs failing on the 7th rep. Then I did 3 sets dropping down to 115lbs & if I remember getting 10-12 reps on it.
I hit some seated shoulder presses, I really have to get some more solid form on this I tried to hit the 52.5lbs... I just wasn't feeling the seated shoulder presses... I never am cause form is terrible.

I did some other shoulder work...

Hit the TRIs up to, but not like I wanted cause I was rushing because I had to get to the bathroom.

Wasn't the most productive work out but still got some stress on the shoulders with the military press...

People are telling me I look solid too... Kinda funny, got more compliments on this natty stack than AndroMass...

I've been dosing pro everyday, some people doing every other day....
Prime I take 3 caps twice a day.

How erase working for you?? You see any difference?? And 6caps of prime...that way the bottle gonna last you only 20days...if you dose 4csps then the bottle gonna last you whole month....

Yeah but I may snag another bottle of prime... Or they may send me 1 who knows...

Erase is making me drier and tighter & the extra water does add some bloat...
It's like c20 makes me thirsty and I piss it out with pro...

Day 12:

Appetite and thirst have died down some what I think. Can't pin point the bloat weather it's the c20, food, a lot of water or excessive creatine, it's weird the bloat doesn't happen consistenly.
Cut back on a few sups that have creatine in it...

Today I did hams, quads, calves.
Started with some leg curls started with 5 sets minion of 15 reps, 1 set went as high at 30 reps.
Leg press 5 sets rep ranges between 15-20...
Calves did 5 sets of 20 reps.
Normally I would have done the triceps and shoulders as well but I hit that yesterday. Rest period was 30-45 seconds between sets for the most part.
Nice pump. I need to make sure with the cutting routine that I hit keep everything grouped together cause parts of me breaks off certain mucsle groups during the week. Moving heavy weight was not the goal of this work out.

-This lifting session I was very tired not a lot of energy or motivation, that's probably from the lack of food and lifting fasted which was a bad idea, it worked for me early AM on Sat but not today.

I'm going to make sure to keep eating, some days I like what I see, other days I don't. Either way I remember when I started the new routine I looked better in the mirror, so I'm going to make sure I keep sticking too it for the most part.

Product Notes:
-Hunger is not as aggressive as it once was, neither is thirst. Still there but seems a bit more normal, not mild but not overly aggressive either.
-Erase pro is doing it's job, still dosing everyday.

We will see if my routine (& food) can give me that pump and leaner look like I feel I had at the start of this stack.

I'm definitely not as thirsty as I was at first either. Same deal with the Erase Pro dosing too. With food are you trying to eat below maintenance or just cleaning it up and putting more focus on the new routine and supps to help with leaner look?..or a combo of both?

Day 13:

Off day...

Nabbed some new protein to try. No fat, no cholesterol, & more than half less carbs than my old protein. Less Cals too. I was using syntha 6, who knows maybe those double scoops were adding up.... That's 800 calories and 60g carbs and like 80g protein, so I figured it was time to give up syntha 6 and go for this.

Nabbed some yok3d as well to rock with this stack, so I'll be playing with timing. Of anyone has any tips on getting the timing down let me know. It seems I can almost tell because after like 90 minutes it's like my veins "light up", but we will have to see.

Not much changes today, bloat has went down some :)

I look more solid and dense. <-- so I'm liking that.

Update: Allergy issues at work.
Took my prime, c20, & pro around with food around 1130... Around 3pm-330 my eyes were burning red, stuffed up, not feeling the best & watery eyes....

I don't know if it could be stack related cause I haven't had this issues before and my allergies have never been that bad before either.

It could be the prime building up maybe? If so I may have to eliminate that...
 
Day 14:


Off day

So stack is still going good... Think I'm a bit tired and stressed. I've been up until 3am the last two nights and waking up around 930.
Food wise I have not been feeding myself like I should. I've been eating cleaner and I think I didn't get enough calories in because its been making me sluggish, plus I need some rest and sleep time.
Dropped the prime for the last day or so cause of the allergy issues. Erase Pro I'm going to take a break from as well and hit again on Wednesday cause I am a bit achy. C20 we are going to keep on dosing.
As far as my routine goes, I was that "cut" routine & I've been doing it for the most part the past 6 weeks or so, I think I'm going to go back to my standard routine and tailor it a bit which is 4 days a week and just add in the cardio. I think that routine was more for people that have a ton of muscle built and they want to drop significant weight.... I think the proper cals and cardio should help shed the bodyfat and just continue to lift in the 8-12 rep range.

Main attribute I've notice is the presence of more definition as well a harder feel.

Day 15:

Mid-Week Review

So I took a break from the erase pro for a day or so, I'm supposed to pop one today cause it's Wednesday... May wait until Friday we will see. Hit another PR today on dumb bell press 95lbs for 4 reps I think w/o a spot... Finally got a burn in my biceps as well doing ez curls with 65lbs instead of trying to go super heavy. Was pumped in the gym as well.

-So what I've noticed so far erase pro I think is suited for a person who has already packed on a good amount of muscle mass. I'll be honest it'll dry you out so good that if you're not pretty jacked already you would look pretty frail. Its perfect for people coming off a PH cycle that are bloated to all get out as well, cause it will run you dry. Myself personally I started playing around with the dosing from everyday to EOD to 3 times a week and M/W/F seems legit, u should still see results and it should make the bottle last longer.

-As far as Compound-20 is concerned at first I wasn't feeling it too much cause I got the bloat like when I first tried it and I ditched it. The erase pro was playing tricks on me cause I was drinking so much water everyday and waking up 4 times a night to piss. This last 7 days or so I haven't notice much bloat, just a fuller look which I do enjoy. Appetite is still up more than normal and thirst has died down a bit. I like C20 more than I did when I first started.

-With Jack3d the 1,3 crashes finally caught up to me and I have been lethargic as hell the past couple days like I figured I would. I'm not a fan of 1,3 either way. I like Jack3d it gave me good energy and focus; 1 scoop always did the trick for me as well. It's not something I can use consistently though due to the 1,3.

-Prime I was dosing everyday since I got it at 6 caps a day. I backed off it because I had a a bad allergy episode I never had before at work with crazy itchy red eyes. Took a day or 2 off it, went back on today and may finish the bottle at 3 or 4 caps a day from here on out. I have hit PRs, especially on military press and dumb bell press not sure if I can equate that to Prime though.

-Modern BCAA is a very legit product when it comes to a smooth taste and mixing well. The ratio seems legit too. I do think with longer use it will def help with recovery and reduce muscle breakdown. I have still been sore at night time but not often. This could be helping with my recovery, but either way I've been learning the importance of BCAAs with food maybe hard to get to at the moment. Either way solid product.

With just speaking on the 2 major game players in the stack c20 and erase pro: personally I would run them solo. The reason for this is they seem to have a yo-yo effect but they have the same goals in mind. The erase pro is addressing the hormone pathway fine & dandy perfect when you're done with a PH cycle to help recover & dry out, where as c20 is going a different route and still letting you focus on gaining that muscle mass with out putting on fat which is awsome. I'm still holding at 193lbs when I checked today as well. I do think c20 needs to be ran for at least 8 weeks to see some decent results but recomp is the term that comes to my head. By all means if you can control your appetite on this then I could see this being used effectively to help u drop b/f. Both are very solid products I just would use them in different ways with different goals in mind. This last 7 days or so I haven't notice much bloat, just a fuller look which I do enjoy. Appetite is still up more than normal and thirst has died down a bit. I like C20 more than I did when I first started.

-With Jack3d the 1,3 crashes finally caught up to me and I have been lethargic as hell the past couple days like I figured I would. I'm not a fan of 1,3 either way. I like Jack3d it gave me good energy and focus; 1 scoop always did the trick for me as well. It's not something I can use consistently though due to the 1,3.

-Prime I was dosing everyday since I got it at 6 caps a day. I backed off it because I had a a bad allergy episode I never had before at work with crazy itchy red eyes. Took a day or 2 off it, went back on today and may finish the bottle at 3 or 4 caps a day from here on out. I have hit PRs, especially on military press and dumb bell press not sure if I can equate that to Prime though.

-Modern BCAA is a very legit product when it comes to a smooth taste and mixing well. The ratio seems legit too. I do think with longer use it will def help with recovery and reduce muscle breakdown. I have still been sore at night time but not often. This could be helping with my recovery, but either way I've been learning the importance of BCAAs with food maybe hard to get to at the moment. Either way solid product.

Reps when im not on the phone....i kinda figured out what you mentioned about the erase by what i had read/opinions on the forums. I plan to stack igf-2, daa, and anabeta, but hold off on erase until i see a need for it. But it is still great to see you discuss this based on your personal findings. Great log man!

Great update man. At first I felt a little "frail" too. I'm not sure what caused the change but I'm feeling solid now. I'm really liking running all three products consistently. Hopefully I get a chance to extend this another month.
