Yea went to the doctors and he said there is no way this had any thing to do with drinking. He gave me some stuff to help with the nausea and peeing out of my butt (sorry but it's true) I'm feeling a little better today. I'm going to try and hit the gym tonight but it's not for sure. I'll be in tomorrow no matter how I fell though

So I went to the gym we'd still feeling sick but pushed through my workout.

Rope pushdowns. 100x10 all three sets

Reverse grip single arm pushdowns. 40x10 50x10 60x10 70x10

Skull crushers superset with close grip bench both using same 85ln ez bar both for 3 sets of 10



Single arm cable curls 50x10 60x10 70x10 70x8

Concentration curls. 40x10 all three sets

Reverse curls ez bar 65x10 65x9 65x8

Hammer curls. 45x10 for three sets



Called it quits arms were extremely pumped. For jot feeling well the endurance was there !

On a side note I feel 100% today and will be killing it tonight on shoulders and legs

haha my second to last workout before my show, I was sleeping while driving to the gym, my stomach felt gross, i kept throwing up in my mouth. The whole time walking into the gym i kept thinking i should turn around. Went into locker room, drank my aminos while gagging, walked out of locker room gagging, did 4 pullups.. ran to the lockerroom and threw up.. left. haha Got to love it!
 
Well started throwing up again last night ! Man I thought I was done. I think it was a good thing though because I woke up this morning feeling great. Gym tonight for sure !
 
Well hit the gym tonight finally feeling like myself. I'm so glad to be over whatever I had. So since I missed a decent amount of workouts and wanna be on the same body part as my workout partner I hit chest and back.

So since it was my first night back I went a little lighter than normal but felt as if my workout was super effective. I took 1000mg agmatine on top of my maximize intense (holy crap this is the way to go !!!)

Flat bench 185x10 205x8 225x5 225x5

Incline. 135x10 165x10 185x8 185x8

Wide chest hammer strength 3 sets of 10..80lbs each side

Wide grip lat pulldowns 140x10 140x10 150x10

Cable rows. 130x10 all three sets

Reverse fly machine 100x10 all three sets

5 sets of 12 body weight pushups

Well after adding the 1000mg agmatine on top of the intense I really need to try this with hemavol ! Hoping I get picked to add it to this log of not I might just have to pick some up if my budget let's me.

If your budget allows it, definitely worth it. 2 scoops of Hemavol and 1 heaping scoop of Intense is an awesome combination. The energy is clean and lasts forever, and the pumps are just ridiculous :D . The pump on leg days is almost painful lol

I can't even do 2 scoops of hemavol on leg day. Lol
 
seriously a good way to keep legs short is to take 2 scoops hemavol, the **** just won't even contract after that LOL
 
Well last nigh went pretty good. Hit a pr on my one arm cable curls. Pumps were insane took 1000mg agmatine with my intense again.

One arm cable curl 60x10 70x9 80x7 (pr)

Hammer curls 50x 10 all three sets

Cable curls 2 hand super sets with reverse curls 80x10 for three sets of each

Rope pushdowns 80x10 for all three sets

Single arm reverse pushdowns. 60x10 70x10 70x10

Skullcrushers supersets with close grip bench 80lbs easy bar for 3 sets of 10 each

Single arm pushdowns no handle just holding on to the cable to really extend. 40x10 50x10 50x10


So glad to be done being sick and back to killing things. Next week it's time to up the weights ! It's time to bulk !
 
Two 16 hour shifts in a row still going to the gym, and now going to work again update coming tonight or tomorrow morning

also, glad to hear you're feeling better OP, looking forward to your next string of updates. 16 hour shifts though, damn, that sounds brutal :/

Okay so let's get this rolling again

Wed was shoulders Should have been legs as well but I hurt my quad a little at work and didn't want it getting worse

Military press 135x 10 for 3 sets

Standing up right rows super set with front plate raises 85lbs for rows and 35lbs for plate raises each for three sets of 10 (so much burn right here.

Sitting side lateral raises. 25x10 for three sets

Shoulder shrugs 75 lbs dumbells 3 sets of 15
 
Thursday night had a pretty decent arm workout.

Was feeling pretty worn out but the maximize intense changed that woke me right up. Gave me the drive I needed

One arm cable curls 60x10 70x10 80x8

Hammer curls 45's 3 sets of 10

Reverse curls 65lbs ez bar 3 sets of 10

Rope pushdowns 80x10 for 3 sets

Reverse grip one arm pushdowns. 60x10 70x10 70x8

Sat night was chest And after 16 hrs of work Friday and sat I was feeling beat but I got off took a scoop and a half of the maximize and was ready to kill it !

Incline bench. 185x10 185x10 195x10

Wide chest hammer strength 90 each side three sets of 10

Decline hammer strength 99 each side 3 sets of 10

Wide grip lat pulldowns. 160x10 170x10 180x10

High rows hammer strength 90 each side for 3 sets of 10

Pumps were amazing again I also took 1000mg agmatine along with with maximize.
 
I forgot to mention about the endurance I have gotten. I pretty much force myself to leave the gym. I feel as ifni can lift all day and want to but have to force myself not to over do it

That was one thing about Intense that I noticed, my endurance literally skyrockets from that stuff. It's a great feeling but good that you manage to keep yourself in check

Siting side lateral raises 25x10 for 3 sets superset with front plate raises 35x10 for 3 sets.

High row hammer strength 90lbs eachside 3 sets of 10

damn, hefty dose of agmatine when you factor in what's already in max intense, but then again, that's probably around what I use and seems to be the sweet spot in terms of pumps. glad you found a combo and dose that really worked for you OP
