More PR's!! Sorry john i just had to go for it xD I learned a ton of new stuff today that will help me with my shoulder issue and make me even stronger, this guy gave me one of his bands he uses for shoulder stretching it's AWESOME. That and today i was doing pull ups slow and controlled for lats which means i start and complete dead hang and slowly pull until my arms are bent at 90 degrees, squeeze the hell out of my lats and go back down. Had 4-5 sets of 6-8 reps, i'm seriously blowing up right now, I also am utilizing more nutritional advantages now meaning i cut out my fast food and lowered my sodium intake. Still at 245Lbs but i WILL have abs in the next month or so. I know i owe you guys pics i just want to give the space so the difference is dramatic haha
