Gerbilly Cutting/recomp/awesome

Starting next week my workout schedule will be as follows,
Monday
morning (HIIT 30sec on/ 30 sec off) Jump rope 15 minutes on
Noon Chest and Biceps workout
Night 30 minute jog 5 minute rest 30minute jog

Tuesday
Morning (HIIT 30sec on/ 30 sec off) Jump rope 15 minutes on
Noon Shoulders and triceps workout
Night Ab work low intensity cardio

Wednesday
Morning (HIIT 30sec on/ 30 sec off) Jump rope 15 minutes on
Noon Back and biceps workout
Night Jog 30 minutes rest 5 minutes 30 minute jog

Thursday
Morning Stretching and low intensity cardio 30 minutes
Noon Legs workout
Night Ab work and low intensity cardio

Friday
Morning (HIIT 30sec on/ 30 sec off) Jump rope 15 minutes on

Saturday
Morning (HIIT 30sec on/ 30 sec off) Jump rope 15 minutes on
Night Jog 30 minutes 5 minutes rest jog 30 minutes

Sunday Snowboarding fun fun.

I am going to try and eat cleaner then ever this week.
I will continue running
Motivate 2 am 2 noon
Alpha T2 1 am 2 noon
Shift 1 noon 2 before bed
Bromo 1 am 1 noon
Creatine 3g
bcaa 10g throughout day
Optimen
4 grams fishoil

Diet in general
Breakfast
Oatmeal 1/2 cup
Apple
4 egg whites
1 egg yoke
200 grams extra lean turkey

Postworkout
brotein with flaxseed

Lunch
200 grams extra lean turkey
Broccoli
Banana with peanut butter
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup cottage cheese

Dinner
300g lean beef
1 tsp spoon sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 cup Bok Choy
1/4 onion
1/4 cup brown rice


After 2 weeks of this I will begin preloading for my cycle. At the very end of preloading I am going to deload carbs to get a good pre-cycle progress pic.

You mean to tell me you eat 700g of protein in one day?

lOL sorry thought you mean 200g of protein not 200g of turkey.. brain slip oopss =]

Just read your entire log looks great i actually just posted mine a bit from now. Not as detailed, and i dont have all the supps you have =] but im trying to cut a bit. Thanks for the advice think im gonna take a day off to do cardio and abs/forearms and start getting 30 min of cardio and workout days. cus i barely can do 10 before getting MAD! lol not a cardio guy =].

Plus ive just been doing 350-400 grams of protein 200 grams of carbs and like 30 grams of fat.... Should i up the fats a bit.. like throw some peanuts in there lol.

Is it more beneficial to have a high carb day and a low carb day like your doing or a medium carb died all the time?

Everyone is different some people respond well to carbs but I am not one of those people I personally am using this diet on lifting days and then cutting out the rice and oatmeal on non-lifting days. Carb cycling is a big thing these days having highest amount of carbs on lifting days and low on off days. Just make sure you consume fiber.

Update after around 2 weeks:
Got my diet back on track by quite a bit now that I am no longer in final mode.
Been doing a 2-3 workouts a day with 5-6 days a week of training.
Been keeping weight at 207 but strength has been going up.
Noticed that if I lower calories my reps have been diminishing which makes me unhappy.
At the end of this week I will finish up my pre-cycle and co my carb deloading and get pre-cycle pics up in a cycle log.

Good to hear man, I think your body just might be a bit stalled out after your somewhat drastic awesome cut, hence the calories only effecting your reps.

Today was an off day nothing of note just a sore throat and stuffed nose. Tomorrow will be chest/calve/cardio my three favorite c's.
 
Keep at it! That's a pretty nice cardio you got there. I'd be lucky if I could straight jog for 5 min on a incline.
 
I developed the conditioning through wrestling and being a smartass at soccer practice and being forced to run laps the duration of practice. I might have been chubby but I could jog forever.

I have been sick the past 4 days, going to hit the ground running tomorrow get a good workout in and hopefully get back on track by the beginning of next week. I also picked up another bottle of dm-zine and I might up the dosage of dm-zine on cycle to 45 last two weeks.
 
So a update:
What started as a simple want to get sexy for the ladies cycle has just turned into a contest. One of my friends who is a rep for AdvoCare, has challenged me to a slim to the death. In 4 weeks we will be getting a base line fat analysis and then 4 weeks to see who can lower their bodyfat % the most. So the battle is anabolics vrs AdvoCare.... ManBeast will be in charge of the betting pool (not really).
I will most likely start my cycle in 2 weeks so the 11-oxo will be kicking in by the time the duel commences.

His advantage is the fact that he is an ectomorph and has spent a month out of the gym due to injury.
