Ok guys here's the deal, I have been playing sports since I could walk basically I know proper lifting technique and do on but I've never used a ph before so I need some advice. I never had to be just massive as a track runner and basketball player but I don't play anymore so I wanna get as big as possible...not to big of course. I'm 6'2 and I'd like to weigh about 215 I hear all kinds of talk about ph but what's good for a newbie to take nothing that'll kill me liver but nothing to weak maybe something in the middle maybe 10-12 pounds in a month? Any help is appreciated thanks guys!!
